Hi Miss Cat,

someone on the myhoodoospace group saw a post in which I mentioned I had made the 17 herb male tonic awhile back. Said person asked for the recipe. Am I allowed to share it? A little confused, as it isn't a propriatary formula, though I learned about it via the course.

I posted that I would check in and see if I have the ok to share it.
