Can I mix those 2 powders and sprinkle them in my target's house inorder to make him quit his bad habits and love me? or they'll "cancel" off the effect?

I would separate how you deploy them to keep each ones energy as strong as possible. So, you could still use 2 powders, but I wouldn't mix them.
