First i will reply to your earlier 7 questions, then to your more recent ones:
1) Oils can indeed work that way.
2) As others have noted, Essense of Bend Over bends him to your will, but it is not a love oil and also, if he has another woman, you may need to do some Break Up work on their relationship too.
3) If by that you mean that the name is evocative of the condition addressed, yes. Also, putting oils in contact with someone is traditional.
4) The question of "which oil is most powerful?" cannot be answered. It is like asking "Which food tastes best?" or "Which kitten is cutest." Not everyone will agree.
5) Follow Me Boy Oil is a love oil, used to cause a male to follow you around. It will not drive off the other woman and it will not make the man marry you.
6) Yes, most folks work with spiritual supplies until they get the results they want, and then keep up a sort of low-level of work to ensure it stays the way they want it.
7) That question is impossible to answer. There are no guarantees in magic, medicine, the law, or even in prayer. We recommend that if you see no results in three months, you either accept that the answer is "No" or you try a different type of spell work.

Now, to your next set of questions, about using Essence of Bend Over in a honey jar:
Forcing someone to bend over is not the same as sweetening them until they favour you and like you. Therefore Essence of Bend-Over is not suitable for sweetening work.
Also, i would not add any OILS to a honey jar. That's not the way honey or sugar jars are made.
Essential oils, although natural, are not always edible.
Since you TASTE the honey in a honey jar, it seems medically unwise to me to place essential oil blends in the honey.
