Hello!

I added star anise to my mojo bag on Friday. I think they have broken because the bag has shrank, and I can hear pieces.

Do fickle things like bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise need to stay whole after adding to the bag?

Thank you for your time.

Hello, DGT124 --

Fragile herbs break up all the time inside mojo bags. That's just "the way it is" and there is nothing wrong with it at all.

Good luck to you!

Re: Mojo Bag, Conjure Hand, Toby, Gree-Gree Questions & Answers

Hi I have I question,

I have 6 mojo bags in my possession (crown of success, fiery wall of protection, money draw, psychic vision, lucky red clover, and come to me). Some of them I use on a consistent basis, especially when I go out (fiery wall of protection, lucky red clover, and come to me). But some of the others I only find myself using every once in a while because I haven't had many situations to employ them for (crown of success, money draw, and psychic vision).

I keep them all fed once every week and I often pass them through sage incense to "rejuvenate" their spirits, as well as dressing them with their appropriate condition oils. I even talk to them and ask them to let me feel their energy so that I will know if they are still doing well (I usually get a slight "surge" in my hand when doing so, some stronger than others).

With all of that being said, when you have a bag or bags that you don't use much but you do keep them fed, would that affect their their working relationship with you in any way?

I hope that's not a stupid question but I was just curious if anyone has had experience with that sort of scenario.

jdsmooth85 ,

I keep mojos I dont need daily in a wooden cigar box with a petition paper I wrote and a personal item of mine worn so they are still on my essence. I would make it a habit to wear them at least once a week for a few hours to keep the strong bond between you. That is my personal preference.

Thanks for the suggestions Jay Dee!

I usually try not to go a full week without at least taking them out of my hide box (as I call it) and feed them. I do sometimes wear them but I just felt bad with having them and not having as much need for them as I thought I would initially. So I just don't like the idea of them sitting there going to waste.

With my money draw bag, I don't gamble much so I don't have much use for it as of current, but I have used it around the time when I first got it and it worked at least once! It once had a powerful and raw energy, but now it has dwindled. It is still alive though. I can tell.

With my psychic vision bag, I started out using it quite a bit and it was powerful the first few times. It definitely increased my psychic sensitivity at times. A bit hit or miss tho. I just haven't been doing anything much with it lately.

As for my crown of success bag, it does come in handy at times though!

jdsmooth85,

You can also use the money drawing mojo on money you set aside to gamble with and put it on top of it. The psychic vision mojo I would keep with tools you use when not in use. Wearing them, talking to them, praying over them, dressing with oil, or burning incense related to the mojo to feed it. You can also wear more than one depending in your needs at the time.

Yes I know what to put in but what do you do after you put the ingredients in it. You breath on it. Anything else?

Hello Kristina30,

I have moved your post to the correct thread on how to use a mojo bag. Have you read through the posts here? You will find 20 pages full of advice and ideas on how to work your mojo.

In the future, please search the forum for the right location to post questions and please read through the threads before asking a question that has already been answered here.

If you need this level of detailed spell advice, I suggest you book a magical coaching session with a member of AIRR, who can give you one-on-one assistance with your spells.

What are some of the advices if I want to bring the mojo through airport security. If I leave it in my pants, the TSA might touch it or let me empty out my pockets. If I put it in a carry on bag, it could be safer but still could raise suspicions. The only thing I could think of is put it in a luggage inside a small bag, but some airlines charges you more money for checking in a luggage.

mastersirius678,

Good question! I personally do not fly with mine for this reason. If you "stash it" on the body they will likely find it and pull it out the technology is so good it will detect a hidden item. I would stick it in my carry on bag and put it through the scanner. Iv traveled with tarot cards, oils and herbs and never been stopped or questioned lol.

I really like the idea of putting it in heal of your shoes that way I won't forget to take it to work since it is to help you make more tips. I can't wait until my green bag I ordered comes.

So in comparison, it is best to just leave it in a lockbox and put it in a luggage. It will cost me money to check a bag tho.

I left mine in a lockbox at home, password protected. Does the mojo still works as intended if I go on my trip without it?

The only kind of trip that I could bring the mojo with are travel in my own car or by train, no security check required.

mastersirius678 ,

Even checked bags get looked through and opened up, I have friend who works for TSA. If you bring it on a carry on they normally send it into a x ray machine, they may or may not see the mojo, its a risk you are taking. The mojo works but certainly its effects are different when its not on you, such as a protection mojo or a luck mojo. If I was going to Vegas I would want my luck mojo on me.

I live in Virginia and a three hour drive away from a local casino. But I guess if I really luck in Vegas, I might have to take the train.

Airport security is way too tight.

loststar67,

The steady work mojo is crafted by lucky mojo and is a product they sell, they will not list that out on the site. You can pick up the spell kit which makes the mojo, or three books that are filled with many spells and mojo recipes.

Mojo Bag..Hair and/or finger nails?

Unread post by Salomonb » Fri Jun 07, 2019 8:36 pm

I am in the process of making some mojo bags based on some of the publications from Lucky Mojo....but I have also read other books on the subject which alwayd include a "personal concern" such as hair or finger nail clippings in every single one of thier mojo bags.

Is there an additional benefit to including these in the mojo bags in the lucky mojo publications or is it recomended that the mojo bags suggested in the LM books be left alone.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Salomonb,

Welcome to the Lucky Mojo forum! We're happy to see you here.

I have moved your post to the topic on general mojo bag questions. Please do not start new topics on the forum as you did, as you will find that we already have established locations for nearly every subject.

The Lucky Mojo publications that outline how to construct a mojo bag reference the traditional methods of Southern hoodoo or conjure. Personal concerns such as hair are often included, so I would follow the instructions they give you.

This book, "The Art of Making Mojos" by Miss cat, is particularly recommended as a fantastic resource to keep you on track with tradition:

I hope this helps. Good luck.

Mojo Bag, Conjure Hand, Toby, Gree-Gree Questions & Answers

Can I place my mojo bag into another lightweight breathable drawstring bag in order to protect it from wear and tear? Will doing this interfere with it's work?

Hello Moongazer72

Yes, this is perfectly fine and will not affect your work. I would be certain do it in ritual form, however. Perhaps recitation of the 23 Psalms as you do this. Speak to the bag and make it aware of your intentions.
