The only thing the shopsite account does is memorize your address and telephone data so you don't need to type it out every time. If you do make an account and it gets messed up -- usually because you've changed browser software or changed your service provider -- you can just start a new account.

BIG CHANGES AS OF TODAY!

As of April 16th, 2012, we have decided to no longer accept text-based EMAIL orders or FAX orders.

Why:

Our ONLINE SHOPPING CART has been online for many years now, and the system is reliable and secure, yet we still receive two to four email and fax orders per day. However, each of these requires an office person to cut-and-and-paste or actually type in the order -- a complete waste of time. Online ordering is the norm now, and if people have internet access, they can order online. End of story.

HOWEVER --

We recognize that many of our older clients and those who do not have reliable internet access cannot order online.

Therefore:

For them, and for all who require a high level for secrecy, we will continue to accept POSTAL MAIL orders, if accompanied by cash, a money order, or a personal check. (Checks are held for 3 weeks to verify clearing).

For full details, pelase see:

I am so disappointed...I just tried to order by calling the shop, which I have done time and time again, over several years and was told that I was no longer able to order via phone, which is unfortunate as for whatever reason, the online cart will not process my card and one of the girls has always had to call me back when I tried to use the online order system and we have to start over with my order. I guess I'm s.o.l.

Angel212,

If you mistakenly lock up your account by typing in the wrong password too many times, just call 707-887-1521 during business hours (9am to 5pm Pacific Time) and tell who answers the phone that you have this problem and that you need to talk to someone who can help you to fix it. They'll connect you with an account specialist.

Good luck!

Hi
I need to order 13 Herb Bath and Chinese wash. I can't find the products at LM Curio shop.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?
I'm afraid I cannot phone the shop as it is expensive to call from England.
Thanks.

Hi,
I have been trying to order oils through the website shopping cart for a long time now, but I cant get the shopping cart to process my orders, it just says no selection, whatever browser I use, whether I use google chrome, safari or firefox. I was wondering if I could just send the order form by email and include my credit card details, I've tried to do it before but after someone replied to me on email they still didnt process my order.

Thanks a lot

Hi,
I tried to make an order several times but I failed each time.
I can't enter my shipping address, nor payment details or preferences. The "No selection" button pops up each time. And I tried to click on the select button but nothing appears. What's wrong? Please help me! I want to order asap...
Btw, how long does it take for the order to arrive to Vietnam?
Thanks
/M

!) Since no one else is reporting a problem with the shopping cart, we would have to assume the problem is at your end. I have never seen a "no selection button," but it would appear that there was nothing in your cart, hence nothing was selected that could form the basis of an order. Difficult to say. Maybe a more computer-savvy friend cn help, or if yu can afford a call to the USA, call the shop and ask for Leslie or Leslie Anne to walk you through the ordering process step by step.

2) See the thread about international shipping -- but as you read through it, please be aware that we simply cannot guarantee a time frame for shipments, nor how long they may be held in customs (if at all), nor what customs duty charges may be assessed (if any).

Hello, Barbaramcnair,
I know that this can be a little frustrating for some people but sometimes it does indeed take a little longer to receive an order. This is because Lucky Mojo makes their oils, incenses, etc., on site. I am personally always thrilled that anything I am ordering is AUTHENTIC, and therefore, time consuming to make and bless, etc.
So, I would just call the company (have your order number ready. You can check your account for your order number or your e-mail) and call them.
The phone number is: (707) 887-7128.
We apologize for any inconvenience to you.
Take care of yourself

Hello

I don't know if this is in the right section or not...so apologies if it's not in the correct section.

I was wondering, if I wanted to get a gift certificate for a friend, would I be able to have it shipped to them instead of to me, since they live in the US and I'm in the UK, it would be easier to just have it shipped to them, also, I was also wondering if LMCC do gift wrap at all?

Good Evening, Pixistix,
I am pretty sure that you can ship to another person.
But, I am not sure about the gift wrapping.
Better to call the shop and ask them (707) 887-1521
Good luck!

When the shipping address and billing address are under different names, we require verbal confirmation that we are speaking to the card holder. This is a red flag for fraud, so we always check it out.

We can probably gift wrap -- not super-fancy, but good enough. We can add a gift card. Just ask.

Greetings everyone. I hope I've posted this in the correct place. This problem seems to be a technical problem and is kind of hard for me to explain, so please bear with me. I've placed orders with Lucky Mojo every few months or so for the past few years. (I've also been registered with the Forum for I think about a year or so.) The Problem: For the past few days I've been having trouble signing in to my account at the Lucky Mojo online store. I thought maybe I forgot my password, so I clicked that link that says "I forgot my password". And I got the online message that says that an email would be sent to me with a new password. Several hours passed and no email came, so I clicked that link again, and still no email. So, what can I do?

Also, though I was actually able to fix this problem: For the past few days I had also had a similar problem logging into the Lucky Mojo Forum. Since I'm posting this, I obviously fixed that problem. I clicked the "I forgot my password" for this problem with the Forum and I did get an email, and was able to login. Before I was able to fix this problem, I had followed the instructions in the Forum FAQ, and had emailed forum@luckymojo.com. First, I emailed about the problem logging in at the Forum. The next day I discovered the problem with not being able to sign in at the online store, and so I sent another email to forum@luckymojo.com to explain that in addition to the problem with the Forum, I now had an additional problem with the online store. I never received any email reply to either email. I know the people at Lucky Mojo are busy but I'm thinking that I probably should have received an email reply by now, which makes me think that Lucky Mojo didn't receive my emails for some reason.

I haven't had these problems elsewhere online. The only thing I can think of that could be contributing to the problem of not being able to sign in at Lucky Mojo's online store is: I now use a different computer because my old one broke down. Maybe for some reason that's contributing to this problem, though, like I said, I haven't had this problem elsewhere online.

I'm concerned about not being able to sign in at the online store, obviously. I'm also concerned that there seems to be some problem with the emails and messages sent between Lucky Mojo and me. Lucky Mojo didn't seem to receive the 2 emails I sent to forum@luckymojo.com, and I didn't receive the 2 requested emails after I twice clicked "I forgot my password" at the online store. So, the emails don't seem to be getting through on either side.

I'd phone the store but I don't have long distance service with my phone plan (and long distance service is expensive, and I'm on a fixed income). I'm also not sure what the people at the store could do about this particular problem anyway, since it's a problem with the online store, and apparently with emails.

What can I do? Helpful advice is appreciated.

Is why my order I placed about two three weeks ago has not been received?

Hi Flapz,

Depending on where you order from and the back-log of orders to fill at the shop, it may take longer than two or three weeks to receive your merchandise. If you call the shop, they'll be happy to give you the details on where you're order is at.

Blessings.

Hello,
I am a new customer and trying to place my first order. I was able to register my name and email, but when I go to edit payment and shipping information, the drop down menus are blank and I get an error. I have tried on both my laptop and my iPhone. On the iPhone it makes the browser crash. I hope to be able to place my first order with you soon. Thank you :) Jen

I'm not sure where else to post this, so please forgive me if it's in the wrong place. To whom it may concern: I would like to humbly request that more images be added to the inventory catalogue. Many items are missing an image, and it would make the online shopping experience more lucrative having a basic idea about what something might look like. Merely a suggestion, I'm hopeful someone can find the tine someday.

Hi, Naexis,

We have more than 5,000 items in stock and keeping up with photographing them has proved to be quite a chore, especially on the smaller amulets fro foreign countries which may come in quantities of less than a dozen. Ernie Medeiros is our web catalogue worker at the present time and he is adding pictures every week. We are trying!

Hi Isd,

You should call the shop to get a more precise answer. These are solid candles.

Good luck.

I am an issue with my acocunt and payment...

1. I tried to login and purchase two spell kits. However, after changing my password, it is still locked.

2. I didn't hav this prob in the past when I ordered candle work in the church. It must have been a new ruling in my country and I am unable to pay with my card through Paypal because Lucky Mojo is registered as a non-profit organization. Is there a personal paypal I can pay to (instead of a corporate paypal) so I can have the candles set as quickly as possible?

In this regard, can I order candle works in MISC using the Lucky Mojo order form?

I live in a different timezone so I won't want to be calling them at unearthly hours.

Ms. Athena, I know I could order from there, I have done it before. But my local new regulation forbids us to pay via card through Paypal to overseas non-profit organization. So I have to find a way to send my card details to Lucky Mojo or MISC one way or another for them to process my payment. Can I do so using the Lucky Mojo online purchase form? Or MISC has a separate order form for their candle service?

Hi Edrin,

You would need to contact MISC directly using the email address I provided earlier. We can't speak for them and it would be best if they advised you themselves.

Good luck.

Hello Everyone,
I am hoping that I'm posting in the correct area. I am placing an urgent order before the end of the week. In order to determine what is most important to order first (money may be tight), briefly I will explain my circumstance:
Late last year the love of my life and I separated after living together and helping raise each other's children for 10 years. Although separated, we have continued an intimate relationship for the entire time of our separation. I found out earlier this year, from a woman that does Guatemalan root work, that the reason things became so terrible and we broke up was due to someone who wanted him (and is currently with him) performed voodoo to break us up. I believe in true love, which is why we never fully separated, in spite of how rough things got for us (especially losing our home).
I have done several readings with my Guatemalan Spirit Lady (through San Simon) and will continue with her (even though she speaks no English and I and don't speak enough Spanish), but I am drawn to hoodoo--maybe because of my deep Louisiana roots; I'm sure some of my ancestors lived hoodoo. I would like to continue working with San Simon and Saint Martha the Dominator, but step it up a few notches. The Evil Person who split us up has done some powerful work and continues to do so, I believe. It may have been done in Brasil (not sure if it matters).
To make my long story as succinct as possible, I will be doing the following, but need to know, given the circumstances of our separation, what I should totally invest in first (yes, its a lot, but I want to have him back in my life forever):
1. 3 Break Up Vinegar Jars (one for each of my 2 homes and one to bury on the side of their front door (yes, that Evil One moved him in within a month of our separation) with a lot of goodies and personal concerns of both of theirs. 1 Vinegar Jar water balloon to throw on top of their roof.
2. Break Up Moving Candle Figures
3. The Buried Lemon Spell to break them up
4. 2 Honey Jars (for each home) to get him to come back fully (we meet and have sex at least 2-3 times weekly, but he is so fearful of losing his place with her--he doesn't feel he can make it financially without her, because she
pays most everything and he is in major debt. My Guatemalan Spirit Lady said he is with her for money, but loves me.
5. Protection Work to protect me and him from her wrath (UNLESS THERE IS ANOTHER SUGGESTION TO MAKE HER GO AWAY FOR GOOD AND NOT GET US). She must be skilled or have family/ friends done work for her. I am new
but extremely determined to get what I want.
6. Cleansing work to be done before and after each day.
7. Maybe a doll baby or two to get him back
8. Beef Tongue container spell for a legal matter that I have coming up.
Your input is so very important and appreciated!

Hello, gmjlovesconjure ,

Welcome to the forum

I will answer each question after your question:

1-. Cleansing work to be done before and after each day?- THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT! Do this first if you have a spell on you: www.herb-magic.com/13herb-bath-13.html

2-Protection Work to protect me and him from her wrath?-Do this immediately after the cleansings: www.luckymojo.com/spell-fiery-wall-of-protection.html

3-Here is a spell that covers a lot: www.luckymojo.com/breakup.html

4 Break Up Vinegar Jars (one for each of my 2 homes and one to bury on the side of their front door with a lot of goodies and personal concerns of both of theirs. 1 Vinegar Jar water balloon to throw on top of their roof?--YES!!

5- The Buried Lemon Spell to break them up?-Definitely yes also

6. 2 Honey Jars (for each home) to get him to come back fully (we meet and have sex at least 2-3 times weekly?- YES

7. Maybe a doll baby or two to get him back? -You can do that too. Also a return to Me Spell: www.luckymojo.com/returntome.html

8. Beef Tongue container spell for a legal matter that I have coming up?- Yes. Here is a good webpage for you: www.luckymojo.com/courtcase.html

Wishing you the best

Hi there,
Tried to place an order this morning but the cart is inaccessible. I can't connect to the secure server, and pinging it brings up no reply. I guess it is down?

Would like to get my order in soon before this month ends. Thanks!

Hello Fox,

I just went to the website to see if I could add an item to my cart, and it seems to be working. Have you tried placing your order since this morning?

If you're still having trouble, you could always place your order by phone by calling the shop!

Shop number at the top: http://www.luckymojo.com/catalogue.html

But if you want to order online and it's still not working, let us know and we will investigate.
Thank you saints and spirits!

Lucky mojo as far as I know doesn't take orders over the phone. In most cases they can fix declined card payments or if they are out of a product handle substitutions.

I am obviously a moron, as I forgot to include my petitions with the candles I wished to be set. My phone is currently being used by someone for the next day or so who is awaiting an important phone call and I see that petitions are not accepted by e-mail. Is contacting the the candle deacons out of the question? Perhaps since the candles are for specific things, they might work without a petition. Oi. I need to find someone who can burn a candle to help keep me from being so airheaded.

dillpickle,

I'm sorry, but this is the Lucky Mojo Forum. We do sponsor a small section of the Forum for our friendly associates at AIRR, HP, and MISC, as a courtesy, but we are not associated with them financially or on a work basis. I suggest you phone the church. They will tell you what to do. Their hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time.

Hello everyone,

I have encountered an issue with ordering candles and can’t wrap my head around it. I have sent an email with photos attached to the MISC but never received a reply from them acknowledging they have linked my photos to my candle order from the same day. All l have received was an automatic reply confirming the order.

In my email containing images for the candle lighting, l had briefly explained the issue l had encountered. That is, although l wrote my petition correctly in the Petition section of the candle ministry order, later in the PayPal page my petition appeared in the “Select a Candle Report Method” instead, rather than the Petition one. So my concern was: will the staff at MISC realise that there actually is a Petition even though in the PayPal page the Petition space looks empty and the actual petition is moved to the candle report method space?

I would like to know because l was going to place a few runs of candles today but I do not wish that they are lit without a Petition because of this switching mistake in the PayPal, and unfortunately my email from two weeks ago where l detailed the issue remained unanswered.

Has anyone encountered my same problem? I.e. that although you write your petition correctly in the Petition portion of the order page, it later appears in PayPay in the Candle Report Method section? And is staff at MISC able to still print the original petition?

Thank you
Elisa

Elisa,

I have never seen a problem with this -- and since i am not in the church, i suggest you phone them -- 707-887-7808 -- tomorrow, preferably before 2:00 PM California time (because that is when the candles are being tended and lit) -- and ask for Ernie, Althea, or Margee. If none of them are there, ask for Leslie to help you. She is not a candle server (she is the office manager) but she knows the whole business and can substitute for them if she has t.

Ask them to look u your candles and see if the photos were attached and if the petition was printed in the petition boxes.

Thanks for contacting us with your concerns.

Hello Miss Cat,

No problem with that, l was mainly concerned for this upcoming run of candles. I was hoping to purchase them yesterday to back up my work starting April 5 but, no problem, l will purchase them today. And yes l will definitely call the office today and get correct instructions with that. I am sure other people are encountering this...perhaps the MISC office receives the petition in the correct petition box, but for sure it appears moved to the Candle report box in the PayPal page. This happens every time. It surely is a problem with PayPal.

Thank you for your kind help

Miss Cat!!! I think I have UNRAVELED THE MISTERY 😃
There must be a bug in the MISC website.

So, what I did before was: went to the MISC website, directly to the section “Candle Ministry: Order” (l’ll post the link, l hope you can see it)
http://missionaryindependent.org/candle-services.html

This is the page where all vigil candles appear in a list for you to purchase. So l purchased one Break Up and one Hot Foot and wrote my petition in the correct Petition box directly from this page. Then when l clicked on Add to Cart button, my purchase was redirected to PayPay and in the PayPal page my original Petition was moved in the Select a Candle Report section, while the Petition section appeared empty.

But look what l have just found out. A few minutes ago, l placed an order of three runs of candles for each Blockbuster and Influence and Reconciliation. Instead of writing directly from the page where all choices of candles appear, l clicked directly on the candle l intended to purchase. For instance, l wanted Blockbuster so l clicked on Blockbuster, and l was redirected to a page where only the Blockbuster candle appeared. And l wrote my petition into the Petition box from this single candle page.
http://www.missionaryindependent.org/ca ... uster.html

When l was redirected to the PayPal page l notice that, this way, my petition appeared in the correct Petition box for PayPal as well! I did this for all 3 runs of candles and it worked fine.

So basically there must be a bug somewhere in the MISC website that, if you order from the initial page and write your petition in the Petition box, for some reason, your petition will be moved to a different section during info transfer to PayPal. But if you look for your choice of candle from the list available, and you click on the single candle, and you write your petition from the page of the single candle, your Petition will appear in the correct section for PayPal as well. That’s strange! But that’s what it is, try it yourself.

At this point l am sure my candles from the previous candle order went without a Petition...Alas!

But at leat these 3 runs l have just placed will have a petition.

I hope l have explained myself well enough, English is not my first language. I just meant to help.

Elisa
