For some reason, I was compelled to redo this spell, so I am publishing as promised again...

SPELL

In a saucer, light 3 candles and put sugar all around it. Ask archangels for three wishes. One for business, one for love, and one impossible wish. Promise to publish.

Heavenly Father, you have given us archangels to assist us during our pilgrimage on Earth. Saint Michael is our protector. I ask him to come to my aid, fight for all my loved ones, and protect us from danger. Saint Gabriel is a messenger for the Good News. I ask him to help me clearly hear your voice and to teach me the truth. Saint Rachel is the healing angel. I ask him to take my need for healing and that of everyone I know, lift it up to your throne of grace and deliver back to us the gift of recovery. Help us O Lord to realize more fully the reality of the archangel and their desire to serve us.

Holy Angels, pray for us. Amen

I am thinking of trying this one out in a bit, now that things seem calmer in my life.

I have heard of a variation of this spell from my neighbor, who's hispanic. You use three candles and an apple and white flowers, and you write a letter with your wishes and set everything in a special quiet space. At a certain time one night, you open your front door to greet the angles, who have been sent from someone else to you. At the end of three days, you open the door again at the same time and dismiss them with thanks and send them on to three other people you have notified. The angels travel on horseback, so the apple is for their horse.

Many moons ago I had performed this spell with excellent success, and completely forgot about it. Seeing it here made me want to try it again, but this time, I wanted to make it "special." Last time, I didn’t have a lot of money, so I used what I had, which was definitely not special. I still don’t have a lot of money, but I digress…

I burned an incense made using three ground herbs, chosen deliberately (cinnamon for love was one). I anointed three 6" white offertory candles, one candle for each specific wish, with a combination of the special no. 20 and an oil specific to the wish candle. For example, my "impossible wish" had the special 20 and crown of success.

I placed the candles in a glass, flat bottomed vase and surrounded the candles in the vase with white sugar. I wrote one wish for business, one for love, and one impossible wish on parchment paper, anointed it, and placed it under the vase, which was placed on a fancy gold rimmed plate. I took some of the same herbs I had used for my incense (unground) and surrounded the bottom of the vase with them. I had a clear glass of water to the left and to the right of my plate.

I prayed over my candles, asking for my three wishes to my guardian angels, ST. RAFAEL, ST. MICHAEL, and ST. GABRIEL. This is day three, which is the day to post it. I’m waiting to see what happens on the fourth day...

But just so you know, my love wish came to pass on the second day. =)

Mimi, just so you know, you inspired me to start the spell yesterday! Sunday's a good day for all positive things.

I also brewed up my own oil mixes and used a plate and a bowl that were precious to me. Everything was set up on top of the highest cupboard in the kitchen. I made a wish for love, career and an impossible one, as we're told to do. Funny thing---as I was preparing the candle to Gabriel (for career/prosperity), a votive I had going on my altar, one devoted to my improved prosperity all around, started talking! It didn't crack or pop, just made some noise---kind of humming---as I was working. Once I had the three archangel candles lit and set, the noise went away and nothing else odd has happened!

OK
I'm going to try this. However I can't put it in the highest place in my home since a) I can't reach it and b) there's a bit of a mouse problem. The cat's doing his part but you'd be surprised at where they can get. I'm going to try it on my altar. Just curious if anyone else has done this.
I'll post on how this goes.

Soooo when I perform the spell, do I only burn the candles for a certain amount of time or do I burn then all the way down on day one, repeat with new candles on day two, and repeat on day three?

I used 3 tea light candles each day, let them burn til they went out and used 3 fresh tea lights the next day and 3 fresh ones the third day.
