Echoing the idea of causing accidents, vandal root inside of the car can do that, also.

Hi markx,

I've merged your question into the long existing thread on personal concerns. You'll find lots of ways to use them, substitute them and work both with and without them (as well as lots of sneaky ways to get them). In addition to the fine advice you've already received, you should be good to go.

Blessings.

I have been reading Miss Cats book,
I have found my estranged husbands hard hat only worn only by him for several years in a box in our garage.
It has a cushion type head band that would gather and catch his sweat. Can I cut this band out and use this as a personal concern as well?
According to the book , the armpit sweat is listed. Is the sweat of the brow(forehead) good or no?

I was wondering to use it as it is?
or How should I use this to bring out the sweat?

Has anyone used this type of hatband for a personal concern??

I haven't used such a concern, but brow sweat would be a good concern to work with. Go ahead and use pieces of it in your work as needed greeneyes2. Kudos to you for your resourcefulness :)

hello, i have a rather dumb question

a long time ago i did a love spell for some guy named Mark to fall in love with me, and a couple weeks later another guy I knew that was also called Mark started to ask me out. how can I avoid getting the energies crossed like that? I've seen most practitioners and witches always ask for the birth date, what do you do with it? inscribe it on the papers and candles along with the name?

Hello Missy. You want to reference as much personal information as possible, about the "Mark" you want. Birth date, complete name, including middle name, phone numbers, you name it. You can inscribe this information on papers, candles, etc.

Hi Missy,

in addition to jwmcclin's excellent advice, getting a personal concern such as a hair, nails or worn clothing (socks and underwear particularly) to use in the work creates a stronger link associated to one particular person.

Hi All.

3 weeks ago I went to my guy’s place and collected some of his semen by wiping myself down with small squares of red satin I’d prepared earlier. The plan was to use them in future hoodoo work (doll baby, nation sack, etc). I put them in an airtight jar (an empty moisturiser container) and forgot about it. A week later I saw the jar sitting on my kitchen bench, I opened it up and the stench was so bad I had to hold my breath. The semen had been sitting in the airtight jar for a whole week, the average temperature during that week was about 28 degree Celsius (82 degree Fahrenheit). The jar and everything in it smells like dead fish that’s been left out in the sun for 2 weeks. The satin squares were still damp when I opened the jar! I tried to salvage them by laying them on my window sill. It’s now been 2 weeks and the smell is mostly gone.

My question is, can I still use them in my hoodoo work?

Thank you

Queen_of_Wands, your post title answers your question. These personal concerns have gone bad.

Preserved personal concerns are effective magical tools. Collect another sample and dry it or freeze it.

Good luck,

I want to do a money spell on a guy that I am currently dating. I want him to spend more money on me. I want to do this spell before I see him again. I'm currently waiting on my LM products. At the moment, I don't have any of his fluids or personal effects. All I have is his full name and I took a picture of an online picture of himself (he has an online dating profile). Is this enough to work in a money spell?

Hello, GodAboveAll ,
Yes, that will work for now (until you get the personal concerns).
Hope you're using Cleo May products also for this purpose. www.luckymojo.com/cleomay.html
That makes men give you money
I like to mix it with Love Me oil: www.luckymojo.com/loveme.html
And, hopefully, you have browsed this page on an array of money spells: www.luckymojo.com/moneyspells.html
Hope this helps.
Wishing you the very best

Thanks for the tip Miss Aida!

I'm also confused as to what ink I should write my petition. I want to not only acquire money from him but I also want him to be more romantic, honest, and a gentleman. So do you think when I'm asking for money, I write that petition in green and when I'm writing the ideal man I write in red/pink? Should it be on the same paper?

Maybe I'm overdoing lol. I don't know. Thanks :-)

It certainly wouldn't hurt to use different colors for the differetn petitions -- but many effective workers don't bother.

When I'm doing love work where prosperity or generosity is an issue, I like to use this sigil: The outline of an eye, with a heart where the iris should be, and a dollar sign inside that. Like this:

Image

This can mean anything from "God is watching over your love and your prosperity" to "All you can see is your love for me and how much you love to spend money on me." It depends on how you frame your intent.

Good luck,

Hello, gifted72 ,
That Is a WONDERFUL idea with the rinse cycle! Congrats!
You can do a lot of things with his personal items. You can even make and stuff dolls with them.
I do recommend that you keep all of this in a seal tight plastic bag until you start working with them.
And, PLEASE don't use all of his personal belongings at one time. Always save something for a rainy day (just to make sure that you always have something on had).
Also, take a look at what others are recommending on these pages.

Have fun! PLEASE let us know the outcome!

Hello Everyone,

I have three questions:

1. Could someone clarify the meaning of “tying his nature? Does it mean that he will/can sexually perform only with me or does it just keep him from straying, or does it mean something else?

2. I want to tie my boyfriend to me with the underwear in a knot in my backyard spell; however the boxers I currently have I’ve used snippets from the groin area for other spells. Will this spell I want to do work as they are or should I use another pair? And how would it be performed?

3. I considered and pondered over collecting some of my menses to use on my boyfriend; however when I finally decided to do it I was no longer on my period, and they are fairly light too. To collect what I can, can I soak a couple of the pads (they are the thin panty liners) in water to get what I can or are they not usable anymore because they have been in the trash for a couple days?

Thank you so much for any and all responses. Have a Wonderful Day and Many Blessings to All

Hello, RosaRose,
Tying his nature to you. If you buy the Nation Sack, it is all spelled out for you (step-by-step) and it is a beautiful spell. nation-sack-questions-and-answers-t7809.html
For your second and third questions, I would use different underwear as the main essence is gone. And I would use fresh blood. You might want to look at this page www.luckymojo.com/urinemenstrual.html
Hope this helps.
Take care

Hi g00db0y,

Feeding someone semen is a binding spell that works in much the same way as a woman feeding someone menstrual blood, the techniques for the work are pretty identical. For how effective the spell is - it depends on the same factors as for menstrual blood and therefore I suggest that you read the extensive thread on the subject here: menstrual-blood-questions-and-answers-t ... f04cfa6f17. You'll also probably find some useful info in this thread: spells-to-keep-mate-faithful-and-to-tie ... f04cfa6f17

Once you've read through these techniques, if you have questions, feel free to ask and we'll try to help!

I have done a forum search on a simple question and have come up with many discussions but not so much the answer. My question is, how to reactivate semen to use on the string for the nation sack? Could I use an oil, and which would I use, or some type of water, florida, holy?

Thanks for your help. Blessings to everyone

Hello, RosaRose,
I'm not sure what you mean by "reactivate".
If you mean that it dried out, you can use a little normal saline (sold at any drug store cheap) to moisten it and keep it in its natural environment. It is the normal amount of salt water that humans have in their bodies.
That's what I would do.
Other rootworkers might use water.
I hope this answers your question (if that's what you meant)
Take care

Regarding personal concerns if you don't have semen, hair, blood, etc, then will A picture of the person, along with their full name, and birth date be fine?

Yes, LA127 -- in fact, the name, photo and date of birth are the most commonly used personal concerns in candle work.

If I wanted someone to contact me had their picture, and their name but didn't know their birthdate, well could grass pulled from their front lawn be used? Like does grass from someone's lawn contain their energy?

The use of someone's foot track dirt is traditional; random lawn grass, i think not.

im not sure where to put this so i put this here.
in using personal concerns how does one use them?
i have only righting from my ex so that is really all i can use
but i have no idea how i use them. do i just put them in a bag or at the bottom of a candle?
am i supposed to burn them or is there anything i can do with them to make the energy much stronger to really pull my ex back to me.

I heard using your own body fluids on the hand righting. even if thats what you do. i still would not know what to do after that with the paper.

also. i can't for some reason get my account for the store on here to work. it wont let me add my billing address and it wont let me but a credit card either. i have tried many times...

i have no stores for this stuff near me so im not sure what to do.

It depends on the spell. Most of the methods you list below are traditional, but I'll get to that in a minute.
i have only righting from my ex so that is really all i can use
Excellent! You can write your own commands or petitions right on top of his own handwriting, and your own name on top of all that.
but i have no idea how i use them. do i just put them in a bag or at the bottom of a candle?
You can do either of those. "At the bottom of a candle" can mean either of two things:
  1. Attached to the underside of a candleholder
  2. Underneath a glass-encased vigil light, perhaps underneath a saucer for fire safety
am i supposed to burn them
NO! A thousand times no! You only burn things when you want to UNDO a spell.
or is there anything i can do with them to make the energy much stronger to really pull my ex back to me.
There are stronger personal concerns than handwriting -- hair or unwashed clothing or a foot track picked up from dirt -- but writing from the target's own hand isn't bad. I've done effective work with that.

You will find many more useful answers in this thread: ... which is where I am about to move this post.
also. i can't for some reason get my account for the store on here to work. it wont let me add my billing address and it wont let me but a credit card either. i have tried many times...
Call the shop -- you can order over the phone.

Best of luck,

I understand that objects your target touched can be used as a personal concern. But what if you can't take that object or any piece of it with you?

Say that what your target touched was something large, metal and/or glass - like a car, a kitchen appliance, a window.

The first thing that comes to mind is to wipe down the surface that was touched with a cloth or napkin, and then use that cloth or napkin as the personal concern.

Is this a legitimate way to go about it?

(Apologies if this has already been asked. I don't always have success with the forum's search engine. Feel free to put this post in a more appropriate thread if necessary.)

Me again. Once you're done reading/replying to my previous post, I've got another for you. :D

So, burning a target's personal concerns. (In this list I am referring to photos, name paper, and handwriting, as well as biological concerns.) To burn, or not to burn? I've asked before, but now I see two conflicting answers.

One moderator said:
The burning of personal belongings takes it up to the spirit world for manifestation.
While another moderator said:
NO! A thousand times no! You only burn things when you want to UNDO a spell.
I'm as confused as I was before.

With spells, especially candle spells and spells involving fire, when is it preferrable to burn the concerns, and when is it preferrable to preserve them?

Hello, Pwincess Buttacwup ,
To answer your first post, you want the person's DNA. If you can get it on a rag, then that's good.
To answer your next post, every root worker practices differently and it all depends on your beliefs and intentions.
As I have said repeatedly: everybody's right and nobody's wrong.
What's in your heart? Will burning take it up to spirit or destroy it?
Well, I believe both and I practice both.
If I want to destroy something, I burn it with Florida water or another clearing agent.
If I want to take it up to spirit (like incense works), I burn it without any destruction agents on it.
Again, it's up to you.
I hope this helps
take care

Hello, I am preparing to do a reconciliation/peaceful home honey jar. I have my husband's semen and I am menstruating now, I'm just wondering what is the correct way to use these concerns...I have read on the lucky mojo page that you should always put the fluids on either a piece of paper or cloth and then put it in the petition paper as it should be dry. But on the forum I read it could be anointed in a fivepoint pattern on the petition paper. I wanted to use the fluids "wet". Is this ok to do, or should it really be dried?
Thanks.

If you can use it wet then of course do it! lots of works call to use it wet if possible like dressing lodestones with his fluids and yours. tie a mans nature you would wet the string then pull it.. Also however its not always possible to use it wet and you have to use dried. Like if you have a man get his cum wipe it off on a napkin and put it aside to use in the mojo, honey jar, spell etc later, thats completely ok as well.

Also however its not always possible to use it wet and you have to use dried. Like if you have a man get his cum wipe it off on a napkin and put it aside to use in the mojo, honey jar, spell etc later, thats completely ok as well.
j82, Thanks very much for your reply :-)

This would vary with the kind of spell you were doing but in general people cut out a small sample of the semen on the tissue and place it in the center of a written petition paper.

Hi, maybe I'm having a "bizarre" question, but I would like to know if personal concerns are having an "expiry" date, i.e. how long after collecting them the used? Obviously if they are dry, they can be used for quite some time, but is their potency diminishing with the passing time? Does it depend upon the type of the concern? Thanks!

:D

Thank you again St-Anthony! You've helped me find my lost faith! Be blessed your name!

I'm not aware of any hard-and-fast rule about this, beyond the sensible concerns about bodily fluids going bad.

Best of luck,

I assume this is the correct place to put this, as it says.
Herb, Mineral, and Animal Curios in Hoodoo and Rootwork
Discussions about how to use Lucky Mojo herbal, mineral, and zoological curios, plus human personal concerns, in magic spells and conjure craft.
I have a few items that someone touched, BUT he wouldn't gave been the only/last person to touch them, is that okay to use as a personal concern?
For instance, I have items that he bought me. I'm not going to cut up those items, but I have the bags/tissue paper they came in, as well as the receipts.
Ex: he bought me some Victoria's Secret panties (which I had to exchange-wrong items), but I still have the original receipt, and the tissue paper. The tissue paper would have also been touched by myself, and the 2 sales women (the one that rang him up, and the one that did my exchange). Or he bought me some dresses. When he initially bought them, the cashier gave me the receipt, and I handed it to my guy (he put it in the bag).
Would something like this be okay to use? Also, could I use a printed copy of our text messages? I won't use the whole thing, just a small piece, as this is for a honey jar.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello, Grenade,
No, this is the incorrect place to post. I'll move and merge your post.
In the future, just go to the upper right hand corner of the pages. In the dark green area, there is a white search box. Write in what you 're looking for (in this case: Personal Concerns) and you'll get taken to the correct places.
Since I am taking your post over there, you can look at the posts and get ideas about what you can use.
Unfortunately, the things that you have are a very weak link. And I certainly wouldn't use anything that has other people's DNA on it.
Text message might work but, again, a weak link.
Any way you can get his Kleenex that he blew his nose? Hair? Something he's worn?
Like I had said, take a look at the posts on personal concerns.
Wishing you the best

Unfortunately I won't be able to get any of those things yet. He lives about 2 hours away from me, and we're not planning on seeing each other for another 2 weeks or so.
Hair would be kind of hard to get, he shaves everything. I could try to get an eyelash/brow hair.
I didn't want to use magic with this guy, so I missed a good opportunity to get a condom he used. :(
I will bring a small sandwich bag with me next time I see him.
Thanks

Grenade: I like your idea of now having a sandwich bag ready for the next time you meet with him. If you need to get started right away you can, at the very least, print out a picture of him from the internet, print a text message from him on the back (the more personal the better) including his name, address, birthday, and any other personal information. This will work as an as-strong-as-you-have-right-now link to him. Later you may add the actual Personal Concerns you get to the jar you are working. Otherwise you may wait and get started when you have a stronger personal link to him. Good luck to you.

So I finally was able to do some work with a candle, LM oils, and a used condom. The candle flame was the HIGHEST I've ever seen, and I've been doing this kind of work for a while. Usually I'm working with photos, sometimes handwriting or cigarette butts. Am I crazy, or is this a common experience - the more powerful the personal concern, the more powerful the flame?

Hello, poeticone ,
It would make sense that spirit is expressing that you have more powerful magic here.
But, to say that the personal concerns make the FLAMES more powerful is incorrect. Because, if you're getting resistance (with all the personal concern in the world), the flame would most likely be low.
I hope this makes sense.

I have been doing work for a while now on someone with some success! However, I am getting some resistance now and things are moving in the opposite direction so to speak! Would doing a 13 day herb bath and starting fresh help? I'm trying to get someone to commit to a relationship and then marriage! I have done a break up on him and another girl which worked. He move back in with his mom and is now having more female friends and afraid to commit! I have a Stay with Me kit for future use! I have done a follow me boy and the nation sack to tie his nature! The only results I have gotten was sexual, nothing solid! He is the father to my 15 mo old son and I want us to have a happy marriage and family together! However, I am in the process of getting a divorce! I need more help! I a still working and wearing the sacks but like I said, I only get sex! I need something for resistance! Thanks!!!

Hello, mags76 ,
Definitely do the 13 day bath.
Then, follow it up with a blockbuster spell for yourself: www.luckymojo.com/blockbuster.html
Then, start again. But, remember: Prioritize your spells.
You've been doing a fantastic job so far. So, I bet this will clear you up.
Take care

Thanks again Miss Aida! I will most definitely do a Block Buster on myself! That is most definitely needed as I have obviously jinxed myself! However, instead of getting the entire kit, I will just do the simple spell! It should be just as affective right? This has cleared up a lot of things for me! From now on, I will do a cleansing bath with hyssop or a 13 day herb bath after all of my work! Even the good work! As of now, I only have good work to do, lol! When I post this, I will cleanse my working area and then cleanse myself with hyssop! That is what the breakup spell kit says ANSI still have the candles and rest of the items so I will do the cleansing part of that spell! This is amazing! You have cleared every thing up for me! I now know what the problem is! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You just don't know how happy you have made me! :) No reason to doubt my work right? Right! Thanks again!!!!!

Hello, mags76 ,
I didn't say that you are jinxed.
Just implying that you need a cleansing to make yourself clean to start new spells.
Take care!!

Hello,
I met a guy on Friday night that is awesome. He travels around a lot for work but does frequent the town I live in often. Needless to say we got pretty drunk and I ended up going home with him. We did hook up but I was kind of drunk and didn't think to lay any tricks or do anything. He did get my number though earlier in the night although I dont know if he remembers that he has it. Anyways, I was able to get one pubic hair of his. My question is, what is the best way to use this hair to get him to text me or call? I'm aiming to start with at least a text. I have not heard from him yet. I do have a red 7 knob candle on hand and some white glass candles as well as some pink and red 4 inch candles but thats about it. Any ideas? I've tried the paper circles with his name and blood and calling at him but I wanted to use the one pubic hair I have for the most ooomph. Any ideas? Thanks!
