Dragon's Blood Oil Questions and Answers
What is the correct use/function for Dragon's Blood Oil? I see where the use is slightly touched upon (making pacts "sealing the deal", protection, luck, etc.). But I want to make sure I am getting the full understanding of its purposes and how to use it, and am using it correctly.
For example, I have been dressing the candles I use to work the honey jar for my husband with it, and my intention for the DB is to signify the pact of our marriage/vows; that it comes before all else. I don't know if I am using it correctly, but since adding this oil to my dressings, I can definitely tell a significant change in my husband and I haven't been working the jar for a long time either.
Any clarity/correction/guidance for usage would be appreciated.

Re: Dragon's Blood Oil
It add a strong "oomph" to things, and has a very aggressive and fiery protective nature. You can add a little extra Dragon's Blood to many different formulas to give it an extra bit of punch.
When used in making pacts it is usually being used as am ink-dye with strong spiritual vibrations, as the resin is blood red and makes a deep red ink.
If it's been working for you, then keep at it and don't doubt your work.

Thank you, Devi.
The bolded is exactly how I feel about it, it has definitely been giving my honey jar a kick as of late!
Its seems like a good oil to have around as an additive to things that you especially want to add a little fire to. I love the color and smell as well!

Dragon's Blood is very lucky in its own right, but as Devi says, it also adds "oomph" to just about anything it is blended with.

Dragon's Blood is wonderful stuff. Try using Dragon's Blood Ink or Dove's Blood Ink for some of your petitions to add that extra oopmh. Adding the resin to any incense mix seems to heighten the effects as well.

Re: Dragon's Blood Oil
Dragon's blood is powerful stuff. You can use it on its own to strengthen yourself, or mix it with other things to add its strength to them. It's wonderfully versatile, you can add it to almost anything with no problems whatsoever. I find it very easy to work with. Dragon's blood has a long history of use in many magical traditions and the more you work with it the more you'll find this. It quite literally imparts 'dragonesque' qualities... Strength, power, fire.
You'll find that with your honey jar, the Dragon's blood has strengthened both your intentions and the effects of the jar. Keep using it. It's a great idea, I'd never thought to use the oil for candle dressing before. (Uh... Most of what I do involves candle work, so I feel a bit silly for not thinking of it.) Thanks for the idea, I AM STEALING IT. I forsee a lot of dragon-ish candles in my future.

jwmcclin, I concur!!!
Cat, I am glad I inquired about it, I think this will be one of my staples!
ConjureMan, that is my next goal, to get some of the ink, makes perfect sense!!
NotDorianGray, today I mixed a drop with my body lotion cause I am doing some fiery wall of protection at work. I am also doing a Crown of Success spell. I must say, I feel great and I normally don't feel all that good at work, even when am working the individuals in my surroundings in my favor. It is such a negative and boggy environment.
Thank you all for your guidance.

Re: Dragon's Blood Oil
Great info about the Dragon's (and Dove's) Blood Oil.
I am wondering...along with dressing a candle, can or should either be used when writing a petition paper? And if so...how do you handle "not" lifting the pen when writing your circle petition on the paper? Could you write the petition then trace over in Dragon/Dove's blood oil?
I'm still a newbie....and appreciate any and all ideas & helpful hints.
Thanks bunches!!!

Re: Dragon's Blood Oil
If you really want to use a magical ink to write a circular petition with, you'll need to invest in a good old fashioned fountain pen with an ink well that can be filled with your own choice of ink. You could try to find a vintage one, but a few of the major fancy pen and calligraphy supply companies make them.
Normally, you would just write the petition using a quill. (Not all spellwork requires a circular petition.) If you wanted to add Dragon's Blood as a boost to a regular petition, you could dust the petition paper with it or add oil to the corners.

Re: Dragon's Blood Oil
A great many spellcasters merely use pencil or pen in their petition, but if you want to use Dove's Blood or Dragon's Blood I'd suggest investing in the ink sold by LM. They also have quills that you can purchase, if I am not mistaken.

Re: Dragon's Blood Oil
I just use colored pens, personally. I'm good at calligraphy and also at using fountain pens, but I've never enjoyed it...so I don't bother.

Dragons's Blood scent
Should Dragon's blood smell like baby powder, sorry to say I bought some in a hurry from another company, to do some sex magic. I'm a man, and I feel like when I added the Dragon's Blood to my oil, it now smells like baby powder, I don't think that scent will attract a woman.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Dragons's Blood scent
We have no way of knowing what the other company put in its version of Dragon's Blood oil, but it shouldn't smell like baby powder. Next time stick with Lucky Mojo oils.

Re: Dragon's Blood Oil Questions and Answers
Dragon's Blood comes from the sap of a tree, the Dragon Palm; naturally blood-red in colour, it is used in spells, pacts, and wishes for warding off evil and bringing good luck and protection in money, love, gambling, power, and courage.
Use oils to fix candles, prepare magical amulets, anoint the body and hair, add to bath water and floor wash, and dress furniture and rooms, according to folk magic spell lore.
Hand-made, faith-based, perfumed hoodoo dressing oil with herbs and roots included, in a 1/2 oz. glass bottle with a colourful label.

Re: Dragon's Blood Oil Questions and Answers
Hello cecila,
Dragon's Blood oil wouldn't necessarily add more "power" to a spell, it simply adds a different energy - in this case, for protection or luck. Read more about how Dragon's Blood products works here:
https://www.luckymojo.com/dragonsblood.html
I hope this helps. Good luck.
