I do have one more question, how would it be best to word a petition for the hot foot in this situation? Something along the lines of "Prevent *Person A" from getting a visa to stay in *country*. Banish *Person A* from *country*"?
or

Are MISC vigils still effective if I am not working with the same formula at home? When I do spells at home, most of the oils I use are from the same general family. I would like to have a vigil lit that is from a separate formula line, but would use the same petition as I use in my other spells.

I'm using a lot of love drawing formulas at home, and vigils, like Come to Me, Kiss Me Now, Love Me, Follow Me Boy, etc. I want to add a vigil like Crucible of Courage.

My reader told me that my situation has changed as a result of my spell work and that my ex is feeling warm and emotional about me, but he compared my ex to a mouse: unsure of himself, unpredictable, and always hiding!

That is how I've always known him to be, and I want to boost his confidence so that he will feel comfortable making a move. I want to give him enough of a boost to come back, but not enough to have him running around with other women, so I was thinking of just using the same petition, which is for him to resume his monogamous relationship with me. I just wasn't sure if a vigil alone is enough, if I am not working with that line at home. My ex has been a tough nut to crack.

What would be good choices of vigils to go with the Intranquil Spirit? As in coercive vigils that won't interfere with the workings of it? I was thinking Follow Me Boy and Commanding? Or is there something else I should consider? Thanks!

I notice a lot of people here post the same candle wax reading as the one I got from Misc word by word... It just seems strange do the people who read the wax use the same generic interpetition looking at the candle or do they read it case by case differently? Just curious... I noticed it a couple of times but now I am beginning to wonder...

I've noticed they sometimes use wording that seems generic on the "clean" burns, but if it wasn't, they'll be very specific (grey haze at the top but clean throughout, gnat on glass showing possible interference, etc) and tell you something you can do to help things manifest the way you'd like. Candles are definitely read for signs individually, though!

I keep getting the same type of response even tho they're are different people interpreting my candles however no one ever seems to make suggestions to what can be done to overcome the resistance or etc.... I'm glad there done individually tho.

Hi Mezan,

Personally I've waited between anything from a few days after the candle was set to 1-2 weeks to receive a candle report. You can always ring them up and ask if need be.

You can call or email to follow up. I did after not seeing anything in 3 weeks and their was an issue with my email. So it could be something as silly as that. the trick or rule for me is be patient but if too much time passes and it is clearly something seems off then ring them and see.

My situation is I am a real estate agent but I have not had any buyers/sellers at all -- YES I am very desperate because I need money to pay my bills. Since Friday is a good day to request for drawing things. Thought I'd ask & add this order as well. Another situation is I am trying to get something back and I know the person who took my parent's thing. Do you think St. Anthony will be good to request for the a "SPECIFIC ITEM" return to me? By the way both my parents are deceased. The relative who took that "material thing" is very hard headed & he thinks that it belongs to him. We don't even speak and he is in another country.

I would like to have a candle set to banish the doubts of the man I'm seeing. We've been dating since March, but we aren't in a committed relationship. He was really burned by past relationships and wants nothing to do with them now, but he obviously still wants companionship. We aren't just bed buddies because we do go out to lunch, coffee, dinner and movies and spend quite a lot of time communicating. I recently had a reading that indicated he could be swayed by rootwork, so here I am.

What would be the best choice?

Dear littlewing,

I would recommend a Crucible of Courage candle, since you want him to rise above his fears, a Love Me candle, since you want love, and a Marriage candle or Stay With Me candle (either one, or both) to get more commitment. Be sure to write your petitions accordingly, because each of these candles addresses a different area of life.

Yes, we had to raise the price. We are still at a price below most candle services (the average is $25.00 from other, similar services). We are comfortable that now, with this price increase, we will have enough income to cover the cost of payroll, which we have also raised, as we want to give folks a decent wage. The state minimum wage just went up on January 1st, but we have always set our wages well above the minimum, as this is specialized work and requires training, devotion, and customer care -- it takes dedicated people to dress, set, and interpret the candles.

Hi everyone,

So I had the MISC set a run of Return to Me candles for my ex; as well as a run of break up candles since he is currently seeing someone.

I just got the first candle reports back for each candle, and I'm confused on how to interpret them. I'm thinking I will likely call the church tomorrow, but wanted to know if maybe some of you fine folk have some insight.

The Break Up candle had dark gray haze at the top lip, and a ring of unburned wax on the bottom indicating serious delays, distractions, and interference caused by unresolved past issues. However, the Return to Me candle burned clean & clear, indicating roads are open and all signs in my favour!

I feel like one candle is lying! Now I'm wondering if maybe it was my petitions - for the break up, I said "Break Up X & Y. Fill their relationship with hate, anger & bitterness towards each other. Drive them apart quickly and out of each other's lives forever" Maybe the issue is that they won't break up with anger & hate; maybe it'll be more mutual? My petition for the Return to Me stated a loving, committed relationship with me - so the idea that he'll come back to me and see her on the side, I feel was addressed; although maybe the universe needs more specifics lol.

I'd love to know people's thoughts on this...or whether anyone else has experienced two conflicting candle reports similar to this. My mind is spinning trying to interpret this, coming up with all sorts of explanations. Thanks in advance for any input or thoughts.

That makes a lot of sense. I was definitely full of anger when I ordered/wrote that petition! I've had a reading since ordering those candles, and was told that there is a good possibility in getting my ex back; that this woman is an obstacle; but that my focus really should be on improving the relationship of him & I, rather than on breaking them up. Last week I made a new sugar jar for him & I; and I felt so positive and good when making it; I feel like I threw in some really good energy & love into it; and continue to work it regularly. My anger towards his new relationship has really subsided, and I'm just ready for him to walk away and come back to me - I don't care how it ends or what happens to her.

So I think these candles are somewhat reflecting my real desires. My ex is going to return; as shown by the clean & clear burn of the Return to Me candle; and while I may not get the anger/hate driven breakup that I asked for, I think the relationship will ultimately end in some fashion. I think it's my change of heart towards this relationship that is causing the break up candle to burn hazy. It might be too late to change the petition to simply "break up" but that's ok. Here's hoping the other Return to Me candles continue to burn clean & clear; and I'll focus on the positivity of my work! And we'll see if when I call, if the deacon agrees with me!

I've had 3 runs of 3 candles lit for my intended for a little over a month now (Follow Me Boy, Kiss Me Now! and Come to Me). Before that I also had Bewitching and I had stopped with it since my rootworker told me to (since it appears it scared him a little. Also it came back clear so my rootworker said 'that's a job done'), although Bewitching seemed to make him much more flirtatious with me while, without it, he also seemed to flirt more with others... But he was definitely more comfortable around me and would often come and sit with me once the Bewitching was out the picture.

The Follow Me Boy always came back clear and clean (and despite it, he flirted with others..). But there always seemed to be obstacles in the Come to Me and Kiss Me Now!
Since then I don't see the intended since he's left the workplace and he's now in another city until mid-March. He's got my contact details (email and phone) and I have his email address but neither of us have been in touch.

I have a Block Buster candle lit now (started yesterday). I spoke to Lesley Ann on Friday. Since, if the Block Buster comes back clear, I'd like to move on to a Healing candle on the trust issues between us, before I return to "Come to Me". I asked her how could I know without waiting for a report.. since they'll come about a week or so later, and I'd like to move straight from one to the other.

Lesley Ann said I should know through visualisation and signs, within three days.

While I day dream a lot (as a writer, it comes with the territory), I always found it hard to visualise. And I've never been able to meditate either.

1. Are there other ways I could know? I did see A LOT of signs while the other candles were lit, but since I had the three runs at the same time, I wouldn't know which candle gave me those signs. So if I get signs at all, does it mean it's working, and I could order my Healing candle? (and if this is the case, I'm guessing the signs before came from the Follow Me Boy, which always came back clear?)

2. I've always been using the name he uses (Joe), but I know it's short for Joseph.. Should I include Joseph in the petition too?

3. If I wasn't sure about the Block Buster's success and ordered another one instead of going straight to Healing, but then the first Block Buster's report came back positive, would a second vigil harm the results of the first in any way? Since it's such a positive candle I suppose it can't hurt but better safe than sorry

Wow, this is getting complicated...

As far as your signs, I have no idea what Spirit will send to you as signs. Every sign is personal. And, if you look for them (as opposed to just letting them happen) then, you're going to misinterpret everything that happens and you will drive yourself crazy. When Miss cat says: "Look for signs..." she doesn't mean to literally look for them. She means to expect them.

Signs are personal to every individual

The Kiss Me Now, is for sex. How can he have sex with you when he's long distance? So, problems with that candle is obvious.

The Healing, followed by the Come to Me (providing that the healing candle has no obstacles) makes more sense.

And, no, a second blockbuster can NOT hurt anything at all.

You can use Joe. That's fine. But if I were performing the spell (and this is JUST my personal preference): Full name

Following a rootworker's advice, I went with a second Block Buster, which was lit a couple of days ago.
Now I ordered a Healing candle to be lit this coming Saturday

I was wondering if while his Healing candle burns (for trust), if I may have a candle for myself? For luck and/or perhaps the Psychic Vision one for spirituality and creativity? Since I'm currently writing a play and I want to boost that and generally my motivation and happiness, but I don't know if it's okay to do while I have the Healing candle burning for him (and then, next week hopefully, a Come to Me candle while I'm doing the ritual at home).

Shall I want with my own candles until I finish burning ones for him/us?

Also, I should add, I've been having very weird vivid dreams lately, since the first Block Buster had started burning. One included an ancestor (whom I never dreamt of before, and he died 13 years ago), one included the guy I've been working on (in which he actually, physically, came to me) and yesterday I had a dream where I saw angels. I obviously still haven't received the report for the first Block Buster, which must have only finished burning a few days ago, but I have no doubt these dreams are to do with it.

My breakup Candle burned with black soot and the report indicated that this was a sign that an enemy was fighting back. I am ordering spell kits, but what candle I can request until I get my spell kits...Please advice.

Should i wait till this one is done burning and then order the others, or should i just go ahead an order what i want to already?? I want two of them for now (the uncrossing and the blessing even though i ordered a reversal, as strange stuff has been happening since i ordered that....

You may set as many lights as you wish, both at home and in the church and you need nt wait for one to finish before you set another.

For the record, the MOST candles one person ever had lit at the church at one time was 152 -- one for each person at his job site.

So, wow. After about a month of having no "romance-related" candle lit for my intended but rather, Block Buster and Healing candles, I ordered a Come to Me candle to be lit a few days ago.
During this whole month I barely thought of him, I know he'll contact so I let it go and was concentrating on my work, career, inspiration, friends, etc.

Suddenly today I felt this burst of energy inside me and his image (I almost forgot how he looked like during this month and had to concentrate hard to visualise him as I do visualisation 5-10 minutes daily) suddenly wouldn't leave my mind. I know it's the effect of the Come to Me and can tell it was lit. It never affected me this hard before, I suppose after letting it all go for so long it just doubled the energy. I even let it go straight after ordering the candle a few days ago, I wasn't thinking about it and suddenly it hit me today so I just figured - I know now that it was definitely lit.

My way of relaxing myself was to understand that he must be feeling the same way and possibly even more so because it was directed at him?

Also, the report of my last Block Buster arrived yesterday and it wasn't positive unfortunately, I feel these obstacles could still stop him from contacting so after calling MISC and consulting the person there, I have ordered another Block Buster. I know I need to concentrate on Come to Me at this moment but I just felt like because of that report (and the energy I was feeling today) I started having doubts and that having another Block Buster lit would help get rid of them. The lady I consulted from MISC (I never got her name..) agreed in this case it's better to go with my gut and that having the Block Buster lit at the same time as Come to Me (and once the report comes back favourable, to only continue with Come to Me..) can only help.

I'm very new to this. I have had MISC set some candles and have gotten some reports back already.

I attempted some break up work on my own, and under the advice of a Voodoo worker tried a moving candle spell. Long story short, in the melted wax I saw a cat, a gun, a man and/or a penis. All, according to the internet, are bad omens.

However, this man and I have a long-term long distance relationship. There has never been any violence, but there has been tension and separations. We also have a history/commonality with cats, and guns, and have had a sexual relationship, so it's possible those were positive signs as I have had 2 readings done, and there is true love in this relationship...just a bit of work left to be done on both sides.

Since I don't feel qualified to do my own break or compelling work, if I have those done by MISC, will that protect me?
