You can pray to God, pray to your personal deity, or just pray. It doesn't always matter who you are praying to, rather that you let how you feel, what you want translate into words. Some people like reading the Song of Solomon for love work, but its up to you.

I just completed a weeklong spurt with a honey jar where i read the song of solomon every night and then prayed from my heart to god and even spoke directly to my target sometimes - whatever i felt in my heart. I saw incredible movement by day 5.

I dont think it matters what day you start your honey jar it's the intent that makes or breaks a spell. I started a honey jar on a Sunday at 4 am and got the best results for my sister!! I think that you can have an advantage to starting on certain days, but for me I had to start at that time cause I was visitng and I was set to leave that morning, while I was preparing the honeyjar I was speaking my intentions and picturing the results in my mind. My sister saw some amazng results in 3 days.

I just realized something. Do you mean you talked to your target as in a spiritual, symbolic kind of thing or that you literally picked up the phone and talked to them?

Oh i spoke to the candle as if it were him. but he DID often call/text/im me while i was burning and praying, which was one of the first signs for me that it was working.

I had a question on this also, I did a honey jar before and the candles used to not take but maybe 2 hours or slightly longer to burn, now I have noticed they have taken about 4 hours to burn on the jar, why is this?

The faster the burn the faster the results. I know with my guy, when I burn on Monday's, when he is teaching a class, the candle will take longer. When I burn while he is asleep, they burn faster. When he is occupied with something, the candles take longer.

The target could be occupied with something.

Promising news, friends.

I spoke to the lady who processes the loan extensions and she says she forsees no difficulties continuing the terms of my existing mortgage agreement with them...whew! That really eases my mind; however, I still plan on working a honey jar for this. Now my decision is this -- she all but promised to renew my loan, so would I now want to use the Compelling line of products or stick with the premade Loan Re-Fi honey jar...or maybe a blend of both? Bergamot! Calamus! Too many good choices! The trouble with having access to so many terriffic products is that I can think of a good use for all of them!

Negative thoughts like that are a killer. You want to keep your mind positive. If you want to do a reconciliation or love honey jar, then put that type of feeling into the jar. A lot of people sabatoge their work with worse than doubting-they ruin it with conflicting emotions. If they are doing love work, they switch between yearning and resentment, or depression. Remain positive and you will get positive results.

Hi.

I am currently working a love honey jar on someone, and have been for a few months now. Today, since the moon is waxing, I lit a 4'' dressed tapered candle from LM. the candle burned down until it reached the holder that came with the honey jar. At that time, the entire holder caught on fire. The whole thing made ONE HUGE flame. I burned so bright, it light the whole room up. There was wax drippings from candles I had used previously sealing the jar. It consumed all of that as well; exposing the entire lid of the honey jar. The holder is completely black; except for the star points on the holder.

I am working other honey jars, and I have NEVER seen anything like this before.

Any ideas? Please give feedback.

When I initially started the honey jar I didn't realize the importance of cleansing...but I soon began cleansing prior to any drawing rituals. Sometimes a road opener is needed as well.

I burned sage and aspand before I started the honey jar work. Buring sage is quiet common in my house on a weekly if not daily basis.

I also had Elvry do a Road Opener, and I burned black, a glass encased 7 day vigil candle dressed by LM to remove all evil from me and those who are involved in my work.

I am not sure what it means, but I burned another candle after that one, and it did the same thing.

Any other ideas?

Quick question - now that I have some "personal concerns" from my target (semen on a towel) can I just add a snippet from the towel to the jar or should I write out our names again with my command, fold it, then place it in the jar? Basically, do I have to do the entire ritual from scratch?

There is no one way to do it. But if you have a personal concern take a small amount of the towel WITH the semen on it so make sure its got semen where you cut from then put it in the sweet jar.

You don't have to do the entire conjure again. You can open and add as long as you keep your intention clear and focused. Of course some people perfer to simply create a new honey jar, so its up to you.

Hello, I'm not a big proponent of doing rituals and whatnot, but recently my ex decided that we should do a honey jar to help us reconcile our differences.

We wrote our names on a piece of paper 3 times in a cross fashion (like a "t") and then we wrote "forgive forget" all the way around it. We then shared some of the honey saying that we wanted the other person to become sweeter to us. I've been anointing a pink candle with road opener oil and burning it every Monday Wednesday and Friday on top of the sealed honey jar.

I normally wouldn't question her on something like this, but she recently has not been very honest with me with some of her rituals and even had a sexual relationship with one of my roommates and says that doing a ritual to get him to be more attracted to her was a big part of it. That has ended (or at least I THINK it has) and she says she wants to work on us again.

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Well, from what you said it sounds like a very straight forward honey jar - but I don't know what herbs she may have added. Road Opener is a bit of a strange choice to continually work it with - maybe at first, but eventually you'd want some kind of love oil on there.

But if you're actually worried about it, you might want to get a reading with a worker to determine what else is going on with her and her motivations.

Just some clarification, she had a sexual relationship with your roommate after declaring she wanted to work things out with her? Do you think you could get past that? Can you be with your ex even if she's slept with your roommate? These are some questions you need to ask yourself.

You should also probably find out what herbs and such have been included in the honey jar. Its often important to examine a persons actions so as to ascertain their real intentions. A person could say they want to get back together with you, but if they are also trying to get other people attracted to them, then obviously their actions are not in accord with their claims. Try to do some looking around and find out what is going on with her rituals and get a reading done to shed light on the situation.

Yes I can get past the sexual relationship that she had with my roommate, we were not together at the time. Although it still does hurt me.

Her actions more recently point toward her honesty with me in this situation, but I was just seeing if there was possibly a way that it could have been more devious than she led me to believe.

EDIT: Just as a precaution, would using the "Love me" oil that she has for the next couple of days/weeks be a good choice? I don't want to do anything that may cause harm in our relationship as it is very fragile right now.

Get a reading, there may be nothing to worry about, but remember that conjure work involves a great deal of sneaky tricks so you want to cover your bases. If she is not completely honest about her work it isn't always a bad thing considering by nature we occults are very secretive. In the context of a relationship where both people are involved in the occult, however, this could be a bit of an issue. You want to get a reading done for sure.

Use something like Attraction oil on the candles, write your petition and place it inside like you usually would. You can use pink, but I would go with light blue for platonic friends.

I have a honey jar going too. I started the honey jar on a Friday, I did not have any hair from him and didn't think I could get any from him. So I used a picture of us and one of my hairs. I ended spending the night at his house the following day (Saturday). When I got home Sunday morning I gathered some fluids from inside myself ... not sure how much of his semen was still there, but I would think there would still be some in there? I saturated a new piece of paper with our names and the wish circled around them, and put it in the jar. So I hope that adding to a jar already in the works is ok. I have been working it for 2 weeks. I hang out with his friends quite often and he is there a lot. He invited me to his parents on Christmas day, although he still just considers us "friends". I hope it is a step closer.

Sounds like positive results. If you've had sex with him, if he's inviting you to his parents house then these are all good signs. The honey jar keeps a person sweet to the idea of you being together, but you sometimes needs to do something in conjunction with the honey jar to get them to take that final step. Keep working that honey jar for a bit, but also keep a Come to Me or Love Me conjure in mind for committment if that is what you seek.

Also, next time you are with him gather some personal concerns like unwashed underwear and socks and hair.

ConjureMan , i used his business card in IS spell that was successful. I then folded it around herbs and carried it in my shoe with no apparent effect. could i take out the hebs and add the card to the honey jar too. I took your advice and placed our two pics together with honey on the lips in the jar. but I have a hole now in the jar. I was so happy with the spell I performed

If you already have their picture and yours in the honey jar then you don't need to add the business card, but if helps you establish the link better then toss it in.

Using a name paper in the shoe is meant to give you control over someone in a temporary situation. The idea is that you want your boss or lover to agree with you, so you symbolically place them under your feet and tap on their name paper to add pressure when you state what you want. It is not really meant to act as a Come Back conjure.

Get a new top for your honey jar, one that is fire safe.

I didn't see this completely addressed in existing posts, so I am starting a new topic.
I have been working my honey jar on M, W, and F for six weeks now. I think I have seen some changes and I have lit my candle without fail. However, today (Monday) I am stuck in another town due to bad weather, so I will not be able to light my candle. Is there anything I can do as a substitute, since I cannot get to my honey jar?

If you have a tealight or other candle where you are - or can get one - get it and pray your intents over it. Write a petition paper and stick it under the candle. Then set the candle working. That should be fine.

That happened to me yesterday I missed lighting my candle. Don't panic just light it as soon as possible and keep doing what your doing. You can always just be in silence and say to yourself what you want while visualizing that person. Just in case you can't get your hands on any candles. Or sometimes I'll wait until I'm ready to go to bed and I'll take a glass of water and whisper what I want my target to feel or think and then keep it by my bedside. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but at least you don't have to worry about where to get candles and such.

I am sure others have run into this from time to time, and I am just wondering, what should be done with a honey jar when you change your mind about your original intent?
For example, if you make a honey jar for reconciliation of a long standing friendship that was soured when you became lovers, and then decide that you actually don't want to reconcile at all, ever?
Another question. If the target of your jar now becomes the target of 'dark' work, or you realize your target was actually the target of someone else attacking you and you wish to reverse it, could or should the jar be used in that work?

My situation is I made a jar for reconciling with a lover who had come to me after 20 years of being apart (we were together as just starting out adults and just lost touch)- focused more on saving our friendship and keeping peace between us than reconciling as lovers. I worked the honey jar for about three weeks, during which we emailed each other a lot and never got anywhere. We finally just stopped talking and I had stopped feeling so completely broken over it- I was taking this as the jar working to bring a state of peace. But over the course of the breakup he got very hurtful and nasty which made me realize I would never want to actually reconcile, and since his leaving I have actually seen my entire life disintegrate rather quickly- lost my home, business, and now after some months of peacefulness he seems to be working on my (our mutual, 20 year long) friends.

At first I didn't relate all of this but it seems pretty likely the longer it goes on. I had to ask him a few weeks ago to chip in on a bill he left and never heard back; but over the holiday I had a mutual friendship completely implode- and she hinted that it was over something to do with my ex and money but wouldn't explain. I wrote him to ask about it and got back a very nasty response and a demand for the computer he gave me as a birthday gift back. I am fairly positive he isn't doing any formal 'work'- he's not a believer or practitioner- which is a shame as he is very talented at manifesting and focusing his energies. I am NOT positive someone in his family or one particular lifelong enemy of mine (mutual friend- twenty year ex-friend of mine and friend of his until we became lovers, when he cut her out of his life), hasn't done some work, either on him, me, or both.

Either way I don't ever want this man back in my life and I do want to stop his badmouthing and nastiness right away and send a little back to him if he doesn't back off, especially on the gifted computer (I am a web developer and my other THREE computers have all destroyed themselves since he moved out), ASAP.
I am wondering if I can use his jar to do that. Or if I should keep working it as a normal honey jar to sweeten him enough to get him to stop. OR if I should keep the jar to use in uncrossing/reversing the larger issue. Or all three?
I am pretty sure that he is actually not the cause of the sudden downward spiral of my life (although he may be the impetus behind it)- and therefore not the target of any reversing work. But he has really ticked me off now and I don't want anything sweet happening to him at all, and I definitely never want to reconcile or save our friendship- that train left the station some time back. So what to do with the honey jar, is the real point of my post?

I do intend to get a reading- I promise. I have been doing work on the individual issues that have come up since this all happened- cleansing, uncrossing, protection, drawing money. My finances have been particularly affected and this is slowing my ability to do more work and get a reading on the situation from a professional and pursue some more in depth spells.

But in the meantime, he's ruining my few friendships with amazing speed and dexterity, demanding the computer he gave me for my birthday back- which is crucial for my work now....and in general being a real @ss. And I keep looking at that stupid honey jar and feeling sooo dumb for trying to be nice....I want to kick it! Any suggestions that might be more productive?

Junk the jar, throw it into a river and don't look back, then start on reversing, protection and shutting him up, after a cleansing bath for your self and a cleansing of your home.
