I originally placed my order March 16, 2015. I called and received half the order as requested. Then received the other half of the order later this month, however, four items are missing and when I call I am told it will be shipped and it never comes. I need to know what to do because I am told when I call the package is on the way and even given tracking numbers that do not work....

I just wanted to take a second to praise LM for quick shipping.

I placed an order about six weeks ago and called about it a couple of times. Turns out, even though the order went through, the system somehow didn't process the payment, so it was hanging out in lucky mojo limbo for a while.

I placed another order - few days ago and it's already arrived!

One thing I ordered was a mini catholic saint statue. It's a crapshoot, since you don't know which one you'll get -- they are advertised and sold "assorted.". I got St. Jude, who happens to be my favorite, and I feel like it's a sign good things are under way! Also so nice to finally smell some of the oils I've browsed endlessly online!

It's all relative, and it depends on what kinds of products are in your order. If you're experiencing a shipping delay, call the shop and they will check on the status for you.

I only just ordered this past weekend, so it is very early. I was just curious. I didn't know how the orders were filled until I read this thread, and the knowledge is making me want to figure out how is the best way to order materials as I build my collection. Usually I wait until I am ready to order a lot to save on shipping.

I'm the same way about shipping, Metalina. I usually have a backlog of "sure would be nice to haves" that builds until I run out of something I just can't work without!

Hopefully this helps some regarding timing and receipt of your order. I live in Phx, AZ and it took about 10 weeks to get one of my order.

I made two orders in April. One on April 24th and another one on April 29th. I followed up on May 26th on the first one and they said it would be another week or so. Didn't receive either order so I followed up June 14th again regarding the first order made April 24th and they said they were waiting for a few more items - I had a FMB spell kit in the order.

They really tend to get backed up at that time of the year because of the yearly festival in May. I even put a note on my calendar early in the year to put my order in by mid-March. However I did not get my order in until the first week of April. I ordered about 15 bath crystals, 4 oils, a couple of herb baths and some candles. I got that order on June 29th. (Normally, depending on the time of year that order would have taken 1.5 months to ship and sometimes less.) This Sunday on the radio show Ms Cat did express that they were still backed up due to a couple of people quitting and there was just a rise in the number of orders this year.

Anyway I already have a reminder on my calendar in December to have any large orders put in by mid-February next year.

After emails and phone calls about my order placed on April 24th, I requested that it be cancelled/refunded because they couldn't find where my order was even though it was in the computer when I called on 7/7. They said I had to talk to the office mgr to make sure I would get a refund so I sent an email to her on 7/7 -- but today 7/13 (on my b'day of course), I got the package.

My suggestions to buyers; to call after 6 weeks and keep on it as they are on a backlog.

Hi, just a quick query about how long it takes for shipment to arrive in the UK. I did receive one parcel (candles) but I had expected it to be followed up with another (more candles and same bath salts), both orders had been placed the same day, one month ago. Any info is much appreciated, gratitude and blessings.

Would it be a problem for LM to ship to my P.O. Box? I have nosey neighbors & I am a very private person. From my experience some curio companies will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

How long did it take? Im waiting on a doll baby but they said the lady that works on the black dolls was out for some weeks. :( I also ordered a ton of other stuff and im so anxious. Im ready to goofer the hell out of someone and play with someones mind lol.

Queenofheart -- Yes, the woman who hand-sews all of the custom-made doll-babies is out on sick-leave for two weeks. I think i know your order, and i apologize. You can always cancel the order and ask for a refund -- but she will be back at work soon.

In other news, the Apprenticeship Week of August resulted in several new folks being well-trained to make incenses and oils, and we are running very close to "on time" now for those orders. Spell kits are a bit backed up (lots of ingredients to make for each kit) and so are sachet powders (the new folks haven't yet had training on sachet powders -- but they will get it in November). Generally speaking, most orders are shipping within one week.

Also, always remember that there are OTHER reasons an order may be delayed -- specifically, we are unable to run redit cards in which

1) the billing address typed into the online shopping cart was not an exact match to the way the bank has the card's billing address written out,

2) the customer's bank blocks transactions from another country or state, or

3) the customer is attempting to run a gift card which they failed to register with the issuing bank.

If this happens, we will phone folks -- but many people do not respond or pick up their phone messages, and then wonder why they never got their goods.

We do not send email about this because in our experience, emailed responses are usually not helpful and just clog our inbox -- it is best to go over the address and zip code and try to run the card while both parties are on the phone.

I want to say thank you, and im glad I did not cancel my order. I called yhe 16th and was told she was working on it, my order showed it was delivered on the 19th but due do the post office and my address mishap it will be delivered today. That was extremely fast.

I also want to say my some what of a big order will also be delivered this week. Which is so perfect because he is gone for some time now so ill be able to set up a proper altar.

The products remind me of church song. Lol they may not come when you want em, but they'll be there right on time lol.

As of this week, most orders are shipping within 3 days. The only exceptions are those which require herbs to be harvested from the garden and dried -- that will add time. There are 16 orders on the floor older than 48 hours which await our making the oils, powders, or bath crystals. Boxes on the shipping table that all products made, and are just awaiting packing are all less than 72 hours old. We are officially back on track!

Hi, this is cat. We are holding our Apprenticeship week right now -- 15 graduates of my year-long course are receiving hands-on training. This holds up production temporarity, as they must attend lectures and make products under my supervision. Many of the shop worker team are in this training program, so they can get certified on making bath crystals and sachet powders from scratch -- so we are backed up about a week now. We will blast our way through the log-jam very quickly, however, once the training is done, because we have made many items, and we also now have more trained team members.

Hi, this is cat --

Right now we are shipping most orders for oils, incense, sachets, bath crystals, herbs, roots, amulets, books, and statuary within 24-48 hours.

Spell kits that require multiple items to be made are mostly shipping in 48-72 hours, but a few spell kits are running about a week behind as we have to harvest and dehydrate certain herbs.

Because Lucky Mojo is a home-based company where everything is freshly hand-made to order (no factory! no warehouse!), we do get caught up on orders and fall behind on orders on a regular, albeit unpredictable, basis.

Thanks for asking -- and feel free to pose the question any time, because the answer may vary.

I just want to say that I placed a decent sized order on Friday, Dec 4 and I received it today, Dec 10, on the East Coast, less than a week after placing it!!! I was so excited to see it lol, it was early Christmas for me today! As always it was beautifully packaged and everything is just perfect. I have a holiday party tonight and wasn't expecting to have my new oils yet so now I'm expecting to have an even better time than anticipated :lol: Thanks so much to the shop for being so amazing!

Like Amy, my order placed Sunday, Dec 13 arrived Tuesday, Dec 22 when shipped to CT. Everything arrived safe and sound, packaged securely. Thanks to the shop for their prompt handling in what is undoubtedly a busy holiday season!

Today is December 30, 2015. The oldest box on the shipping table has a date of December 25 (five days ago). Most of the boxes are from December 28 and 29th, and some are even from today, Mail does move more slowly during the holidays, but unless you live somewhere on another continent, you should have had your order weeks ago.

Things can go wrong:

1) Postal Service trucks can catch fire and burn,

2) boxes can go missing off of doorsteps,

3) mailmen can steal things for themselves,

4) you may have given us the wrong address,

5) we may have been trying to contact you regarding a problem with your order but received no reply from you and gave up,

6) we may have sent your package to the wrong address, and / or

7) dogs may have eaten your package.

So ... PLEASE telephone the shop. We are open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Ask for Leslie, Nikki, Eileen, or Yose. Tell them your name and when you placed the order. They will be able to look up the invoice number and check the delivery address, tracking number, and delivery status. If the thing that went wrong is our fault, we will ship a replacement package.

You really should contact the shop directly, as we can't speak for them on the forum. They will know best how long shipping takes to various locations.

How about tracking numbers when it ship? That there can slow down the calls to the shop.

Usually there is just one product that is holding up a shipment.

I'd call back and as for Leslie or Heidi. They can tell you more. If it's just one products, ask them to ship it later.

Tjc123,

Every package has a tracking number -- just call and ask if you want to know it. Rememember, you cal ALWAYS ask for a split shipment OR for a refund on items not in stock. We will do as YOU request,

1) Hold until all items are made

2) Ship what we have and refund on anything not currently on the shelves.

3) Split the shipment in two, half now and half when finished.

It's your choice!

Hello, my feelings are very hurt. I placed a order on 3/16/16, i received my receipt number/ order number but found out my order actually didn't go through after all. After calling the shop, i explained the situation and was told that it would be fine if i purchased another card and use them both to complete my order. Only to find out that i cannot use the gift cards( visa) that I purchased for my order. When ordering off line I always purchase gift cards, except my first order i used my debit card cause i happened to have the funds already in that account which i no longer have since my last purchase last month. Gift cards do not come with address, i can only enter my zip code, which i did. So now i have to wait 8 days for the hold is taken off my card before i can use the card, but, i still will not be able to purchase my order from LM with the cards cause they are visa gift cards that I purchased specifically to order from LM. I didn't know I couldn't use visa gift cards to make purchases, and the visa place told me that they do not and are not allowed to add personal information, only zip code. I no longer have a income and i spent my money so I could have my items and cannot get them. Now what can I do? I have no more money.

When a transaction fails, the money never hits the LMCCo account -- it goes right back to your bank. If i were you, i would talk with your BANK, not with Luky Mojo. I know it seems like maybe Lucky Mojo did something, but we did nothing but try the card, and it failed to run.

(By the way, the reason i think your bank could do better is that ny own personal bank account -- not talking about the company now, talking it about me as a person -- does not hold funds 8 days if my transactions fail -- more like 3. So i think YOU need a better bank!)

Also, when i get a gift card, i know it has to be registered to work, because i have had this happen before.I once had to put a desk on hold at a furniture company because my bank card was not "playing nice" with the furniture company's authorization program, and they tried too many times and my bank flagged it as fraud and froze my entire account!

Sometimes we are so used to the convenience of online banking and shopping that we forget that the stated rules of one company may not be the same as another.

In the case of Lucky Mojo, we had so many fraudulent transactions that we went to a super-secure system -- a full address match instead of a mere zip-code match. Our fraud losses are now 1/10th the number they used to be under the old zip-code-only match. Yes, it upsets some clients, but it saves us many hours of time and lost revenue on charge-backs -- and, after all, we do need your address in order to ship to you, so why not deal with a bank and a gift card company that can supply the address to the merchant? Most of them do, and, again, i am sorry that yours does not, and i hope this can be worked out to our mutual satisfaction.

Hey all,
I was wondering if there was any way to get a tracking number since I placed my order on March 3rd and I have yet to receive it. This is about my fourth time ordering and it never took this long before so I was thinking it may have gotten lost.

I apologize if I was unclear. I said I buy visa gift cards to purchase things off line for security reasons myself, from hackers, ect. A visa gift card cannot be regerstered, i bought plenty in the past for myself as well as gifts for others. All I ever did was told the cashier the amount, and they scan the amount on the card, without a scan, the card is useless and will not work until the cashier scan. My bank has nothing to do with me purchasing a visa gift card. it's not a prepaid card that I can keep adding money to or reload, the gift cards are for 1 time use. I always buy them to purchase them for online shopping. I did call the gift card customer service and they do not, and never have added a address to a gift card, they will for prepaid reloadable cards is all. Far as my bank, I no longer have my account with them cause at this time i no longer have a income from being off work for my neck surgeries. That's another reason I bought non reloadable cards cause gift cards only pay for them with the 1 time at purchase. I didn't say LM did anything, I said I didn't know they don't accept visa gift cards, or I wouldn't have spent my last on the cards o make the purchase, I would have tried a money order, or something else. But i was hoping that maybe someone could share another solution to what i might can do from this point, if anyone else has ever been in a situation like this using gift cards that are not reloadable. I also apologize if it seemed I was totally blaming LM, although my feelings are hurt cause I finally found a site that the ordering is set up to order everything easily, i just go down the line with the oils, sachets, and incense. And i like the products, they're the best from what I tried once before finding LM, and I was looking forward to my other order. Hopefully something will pull through so I can make the purchase. I

Hi. Thanks miss Aida, i appreciate your response. I did Google search about vanilla brand gift cards, and found that a lot of people has had bad experiences with those cards and how vanilla only register zip codes, also how vanilla puts a hold on the card. At least now i know not to purchase that brand again, but I don't drive so I sent my daughter to purchase it for me and that's the one she came back with. She just handed me the card and receipt, but I had no idea about all the trouble others has had with this particular gift card. Since I found LM, this is the only place I ever want to order my magic supplies from. It's so organized and teaches as well. I love it, only wish I'd found it sooner. I also should have signed in with my PayPal account, but i couldn't remember my password to save my life. Thanks again for always being so caring and helpful. I will call tomorrow

I ordered the Fiery Wall of Protection Kit and the 13 Herb Bath on February 18, 2016, and I still have not received my order yet. How long does it take to receive orders? I thought it only took approximately 3 weeks. I have ordered other supplies from LM and it only took those supplies approximately 2 weeks.
