As mentioned before in this thread, Saint Martha the Dominator is a specific apparition of Saint Martha of Bethany, a disciple of Jesus, who was credited in France with binding a man-eating dragon known as The Tarasque, and thus became known as "The Dominator."
Saint Martha of Bethany is the patron saint of servants, domestic workers, house cleaners, hard-working wives, and all those who must "rule from below.
Whether depicted simply holding a jug, or stepping on a chained dragon, or holding the dragon by a leash in one hand and holding a flaming torch in the other hand, all are apparitions of the same woman -- Saint Martha of Bethany, the sister of Mary of Bethany, both of them Jewish disciples of Jesus who were immortalized in the great call-and-response gospel song "Oh Mary Don't You Weep (Tell Martha Not to Mourn)" also known as "Pharaoh's Army."
Here are the lyrics, as sung in a thousand Southern Black Christian churches:

Oh, Mary, don’t you weep. (group)
Tell Martha not to mourn. (solo)
