Yes are behind according to the lovely person I spoke with this afternoon - I am still waiting on a couple of items that haven't been made yet, never mind shipped.
It's frustrating b/c I should have worked my magick by now but - maybe it was meant to be put off and my timing wasn't the right timing but when the supplies come, things will be better.

I haven't received my order from march 5th either, and I have emailed them twice and no response. Other orders didn't take this long

I had the same problem with a long delayed order. I called them and they were having problems getting one of the herbs for the 13 herb bath.
So, I was able to have them just refund me for the bath and they were able to ship the order. So, if you still haven't gotten your order, this supply problem may be a cause. You should call them to get it resolved as Miss Aida said.

I'm having trouble ordering items from this website . Some of the different locations websites don't even work . The other ones that do work don't have any oils or kits that are LM brand . I tried almost 3 times and there's always an issue with my address not matching a zip code when I fixed it and entered it correctly. I just used the same card to order off of another website and it worked immediately . ugh I've been trying to get products for a month now and it's really frustrating . Is there any other website besides the ones listed that might sell LM products?

As always at this time of year, orders are backing up as we work on the Apprenticeship and Festival. Small orders will be handled more easily during this time.
Remember, you can ALWAYS ask for a split shipment OR for a refund on items not in stock. We will do as YOU request:
1) Hold the order until all items are made.
This may take a week or longer, because we make our products in small batches by hand,
but you will receive everything you ordered.
To arrange for us to hold your order while we make your goods, your message should read:
"IF ANY ITEMS ARE O/S, IT'S OKAY TO HOLD MY ORDER UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE MADE."
2) Ship what we have in stock and refund on anything not currently on the shelves.
We will pull your order, pack it, and arrange a refund for anything that was not in stock
on the day we pulled your order.
To arrange for in-stock shipment and cancellation of all other items, just write:
"PLEASE FILL ORDER WITH IN-STOCK ITEMS. DO NOT HOLD ORDER. REFUND ON ANY O/S ITEMS."
3) Split the shipment in two, half now and half when finished.

I placed an order a few days ago and have sent emails to orders@luckymojo.com but have received no reply. My question is since I only ordered herbs and nothing needs to be hand made, will my order ship relatively soon? Will I receive an email when it ships and a tracking number?

Good question theroberts, I too am wondering as well. I need to order some other things but I am afraid that I should wait until things are less hectic or should I go ahead and place my order. Any insight would be most helpful

When in doubt call the shop. However, I can say that they are finishing up the massive amount of orders from the festival time, as someone in the shop told me. I have 2 small orders (one of herbs and a rootworkers special mix oil) and another with a mojo and a candle, placed on may 15+16, that I was advised will not be ready until another week or two,the same estimate I received the week before when i called :/ . And these would be considered small.
candles, herbs and premade items like jewelry, etc would be fastest is my guess. As production time is low.
oils (although i read somewhere the rootworkers special oil had a lower production time due to the size of the bottle opening) would be time consuming. as well as satchets, etc.
custom items like the jack ball would be the longest sort of item. or fixed dolls. But again, I cannot speak for the shop. your best bet is to call them up

I placed a small-medium (spell kit and a few oils, incense powder and sachet powders) order on 5/21 but I don't think it has shipped yet...
Called twice since ordering to check up on it (once to ask if I could add something if it hasn't shipped) but now I just think it'll get here when it gets here... Though I hope it's sooner than later! I need my oils!

Hey, Catlady409, I'm not a Lucky Mojo shop employee, but it's likely they're still trying to get caught up on orders after the Hoodoo Heritage Festival in May. Give it a little time, or call the shop for another update.

I ordered honey Jar and other stuff and haven't received it as yet. There are a few more things I want to order but is reluctant because the wait time to get them is so long. When will the store backlog be cleared up?

We lost one worker, another went out for hand surgery, and we have been advertising for someone for one month, but have not been able to fill the position, We have an interview with a possible worker coming up on Wednesday. The one who had surgery has just now returned to work part time.

I got my order today and everything was package so beautiful, the oils are devine even the herbs smell so good.

I may not have experienced a wait yet because I just ordered but I will say this… the courtesy and professionalism is amazing! I wish all reps for businesses would be like this. Waiting for something that can change your life is truly hard. With all the positive reviews its worth it. Even some not so positive where great because advice was given to better the situation. One thing I don't have is patience lol as that's one of things that my ex and I argued about. I will have to have some now with ordering. All in all LM I'm happy I've found your service!

Just to let you know. Today, September 1, 2016, the oldest package in the shop for which products have not all been made -- that is, the oldest order on the lab floor, is dated August 16, 2016 (16 days).
About half of the orders are pulled and ship in 72 hours. The other half require products to be made and can stay in the line for a few days to two weeks longer as we make the products in small batches in the order that orders were placed.
There are 138 orders in the lab line right now, and 9 on the shipping table, ready to pack up and ship tomorrow.

I'm excited to say I just got off of the phone with yet another very courteous representative, and found my order was shipped yesterday! I've really been thinking about taking a trip and making a few purchases in person not only to see everything, but to meet such wonderful people. That's big for me as I really never leave my little city unless its an emergency.

Today, 9/19/16, the oldest order in the lab is dated 9/5/16 (14 days). The oldest order in the shipping department is dated 9/6/16 (13 days). Most orders are shipping in 72 hours.
We are well stocked with oils, but short on spell kits and 4 oz. washes and waters, which will need to be made.

The oldest large order on the lab floor this morning was placed on 9/14/16 (18 days ago).
We got backed up with a surprise ton of thriple strength mojo hand orders, each of which is hand-made. We are well stocked with oils, herbs, and 4 oz. washes and waters.
Short and simple orders are being pulled and shipped withiin 72 hours of receipt.
There are 127 orders in the lab line right now, and 54 on the shipping table.
Shipping is a bit backed up, with the oldest order on the shipping table also dated 9/14/16 (18 days). Eileen can ship up to 40 packages per day, so the number of packages on her table will go down very rapidly by Thursday, and then on Friday, she will turn her attention to packing big boxes of the books we publish for distribution via Amazon. Over the weekend, only small packages will ship on Saturday, and none on Sunday, so the number of packages will build up again. Then, next Monday, Eileen will again begin her sweep of the packages that are waiting to be shipped.

There are 75 orders in the lab line right now, waiting for products to be hand-made.
We are well stocked with oils, herbs, 4 oz. washes and waters, and spell kits.
Short and simple orders are being pulled and shipped within 72 hours of receipt.
There are 86 larger orders on the shipping table right now, waiting to be boxed and labelled for shipping.
Shipping is a HEAVILY backed up today, with the oldest order on the shipping table dated 10/14/16 (17 days ago), due to Eileen having been out for her annual vacation. (She went to Portland!) While she is gone, only smaller orders could be boxed and shipped, since only she handles the large and heavy UPS and wholesale orders.
Eileen can ship up to 40 packages per day, so the number of packages on her table will go down very rapidly by Thursday, and then on Friday, she will turn her attention to packing big boxes of the books we publish for distribution via Amazon.
Over the weekend, only small packages will ship on Saturday, when Yose packs, and none on Sunday, because our Post Office does not offer Sunday service. Another update:
There are 38 orders in the lab line right now, waiting for products to be hand-made. The oldest order on the lab floor this morning was placed on 11/8/16 -- 3 days ago. Heidi and the lab crew have gained a 5-day advantage since i last posted.
There are 34 larger orders on the shipping table right now, waiting to be boxed and labelled for shipping, with the oldest order on the shipping table dated 10/6/16 -- 5 days ago. Eileen has gained a 6-day advantage since my last post.
We are well stocked with oils, herbs, 4 oz. washes and waters, and spell kits.

This will depend on what is ordered. Everything is made by hand so if an item has not been made up then they will have to make the item before they ship it. It also depends on how many orders they are trying to process when your order gets placed. For small orders of just an item or two I sometimes see it within a week, other times it has taken a few weeks to get the things I ordered.

We are pretty backed up right now . Short orders are taking a week. Large wholesales are taking 3 to 4 weeks.
Remember, you can ALWAYS ask for a split shipment OR for a refund on items not in stock. We will do as YOU request:
1) Hold the order until all items are made.
This may take a week or longer, because we make our products in small batches by hand,
but you will receive everything you ordered.
To arrange for us to hold your order while we make your goods, your message should read:
"IF ANY ITEMS ARE O/S, IT'S OKAY TO HOLD MY ORDER UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE MADE."
2) Ship what we have in stock and refund on anything not currently on the shelves.
We will pull your order, pack it, and arrange a refund for anything that was not in stock
on the day we pulled your order.
To arrange for in-stock shipment and cancellation of all other items, just write:
"PLEASE FILL ORDER WITH IN-STOCK ITEMS. DO NOT HOLD ORDER. REFUND ON ANY O/S ITEMS."
3) Split the shipment in two, half now and half when finished.
Retail customers: For this special service, you will be charged again for the second shipment.

I attempted to call the store a few times but it keeps giving a busy tone. Just wanted to inquire about my order shipment. I placed my order 2 weeks ago. Am Anastasia, I have few words for those in dear need of spiritual help and been used because they so much wanted back what belongs dearly to their heart and as a result of this get desperate for help and get rip off their hard earn money buying fake services. Sometimes i read peoples articles and wondered if there is any iota of conscience in this evil people lying and pretending to be what they are not just to make a living. I have suffered this fate in the hands of casters and my issues was critical more than when i met them. Don't get deceived and if you are working with any casters that cant make you see changes for positive results in two days then why wasting your time and energy. I have details of casters that i sent emails to for refund when they failed to give results and asking for more money, and they threatened to make me mad. I am more protected now and i achieved my goal, thanks to someone like me who i talked to and gave me her world on who she wants me to work with. I did and today want to return same help to another. I ordered item July 22, they gave me tracking number , but tracking number said. that hasn't receive by the courier.

As many of you know, we are sometimes backed up on orders and sometimes we ship within 48 hours. All of our products are handmade in small lots, and we are always working ahead, but sometimes a run of demands for one product or another will deplete our overstock and then an order will wait until that one product is made. We make products in date-order of orders placed.
We have heard from customers by phone who say that they "know" or "read somewhere" that "orders from Lucky Mojo take 10 to 14 days to ship."
This is not true. Some orders ship in 48 hours, and some may go into "the line" for items to be made -- and once in the line the products will be made in the order that the orders were received.
If you are in a hurry to get your order, you can request either of these options:
SPLIT SHIPPING: We will ship what we have in stock, back-order the rest, and send you the rest when it is made. You will incur a second shipping cost if you select this option.
SHIP WHAT IS IN STOCK AND CANCEL THE REST. You will receive your order quickly, but you may not receive all products and we will cancel out (not back-order) the items that we did not have at the time you ordered.
If you do not select one of these options, we will put your order in the line for complete fulfillment, as quickly as we can make the items you need.
Once we mail your order, the delivery time is the responsibility of the carrier, and we cannot affect that time in any way.

I don't believe that the shop emails or texts tracking codes for their packages. But you can always call the shop and ask for your tracking number. It is in their system.
