Brown mustard seed typically isn't used in western cooking. This is why Lucky Mojo sells so many herbs you don't find in grocery stories :)

Poppy Seeds are entirely different and cannot be substituted for Brown Mustard Seeds.

I'm doing a courtcase petition regarding immigration/residence permit. Can I add brown/black mustard seed along with dill seed, oregano and fennel seed for favor so that residence permit will be granted since it's "court" herbs? Thanks!!!

Take care.
