For a banana cream cheesecake:

Cardamom yes, if powdered; it is a relative of ginger and is sweet
Coriander no, it is the seed of cilantro and has a parsley flabour
Cubeb berries no, it's peppry, like Black Pepper
Dittany of Crete no (it's like oregano or marjoram)
Ginger yes, sweet and hot
Bay leaf no, it goes in stews
Cinammon sticks yes, but you need the powder
Cloves yes, if powdered

TASTE THEM -- don;t just take our word for it. LOL!
