Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Ok I hope this is the right spot. So I did a self, house cleaning and office cleaning and disposed of the water. I also lit 2 white candles to walk through with fiery wall of protection and then left them lit in each room after I cleansed it. So my question is where do I bury the candle remains? Do I throw them at a crossroad since they were part of a cleanse, or in my front or backyard since they hard fiery wall of protection on them?
I also did a moving spell twice for a trouble maker to leave the group and for the group to move loser to my daughter. The first was over a month ago and had mixed results. I did it agian about 1week ago and it has worked well for now. I did bury my daughter and her friends candle wax in the backyard but I have not been able to get rid of the trouble makers remains yet.
The group that I moved to my daughter are slightly friendly with my daughter but not overly friendly(also have a honey jar going) They do not talk to the troublemaker at all even though she asked why and they said idk what you are talking about, but my daughter has heard them say behind her back, that they don't want to hang out with her because they don't like her and she talks bad about them so why include her. So it worked.
Here is my issue. The troublemaker has latched onto my daughter and has her driving her to and from school and now to and from soccer. She does have an older sister who is captain or the soccer team and now one the homecoming court, mom and bus but here is the kicker, her family stopped talking to her becuase they say she is not supporting the older sister enough so the mom, dad and sister do not drive her anywhere. She has given my daughter $5 every 2 weeks but that was only to school.she lives less than 5 minutes from us.
I am torn what to do with the remains of her candle. On the one hand I feel really bad and maybe even guilty about what is happening to the girl. I did cut and clear, hot foot and cayenne pepper but I only did it between her and the group of friends so the stuff happening with her family is due to her not me right? Also I did a cleansing on our house and my office and I don't want to mess that up when I throw the remains into water.
On the other hand, she continually uses my daughter for rides, to hang out when no one else is around, lies to her, leaves her out of plans, talks about everyone behind their back and then when they all hang out she drops her like a hot potato and even makes plans right in front of her and invites others but when my daughter questions her, she plays it like the others, "I do not know what you are talking about". " And I am thinking that the spell is already done and just to dispose of it in running water.
My main goal is to protect my daughter and stop this girl from hanging with my daughters friends and causing trouble. Please help

Hello tribaby789,
If you are ever in doubt about what to do with spell remains, take them to a crossroads. It's a neutral place to dispel energy. I'd also recommend you read this page all the way through; I think it will answer a lot of your questions!

Thank you Sister Jean. I decided the spell was already cast and so I threw it in running water.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hi there,
I had a question in terms of how to dispose of water/coffee and sweets that I have offered to a spirit. How long after the spell do I dispose of the offerings? I always feel bad as if I am taking it away from them but then again I can't keep the coffee or sweets out for weeks.
Thank you

exasatontelia ,
Usually 24-48 hours. If its something that can go back into the earth I do that. If not then I dispose of it normally like a garbage. Example my Grandma loved sweets, chocolate mainly I would not place that in a garden however because chocolate is deadly to dogs. A glass of water however, I would pour over a plant.

JayDee,
Thank you for your reply.
That's nice, the water going back to a plant or food back in the earth. I will do that as I have been keeping offerings out for way too long.
Thank you!!

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
I live in an apartment and I don’t have a backyard.
Its my understanding that instead of burying the work in a backyard I can bury it in potted plants, which I do have - where I did bury the work.
Trying to reconcile with my ex boyfriend has been tedious and quite frankly, I’m done trying.
Anyway, in the spirit of “out of sight out of mind”, I’ve gotten rid of things that remind me of my ex, however, for obvious reasons, this potted plant reminds me of him.
My question is, can I bury the work in another location like a park?
What would happen if I bury this somewhere else?
Another question, I have many empty SAINT 7 day candles, being that they are dedicated to a SAINT, how do i dispose of the empty glasses in a respectful way?
Thank you.

JayDee already told you to recycle the glass. Asking again will not produce a different reply. We all recycle our candle glass. Respecting our planet will please any saint.
Yes, you may remove the spell remains to a public park. This is symbolic of returning the ex back into nature.
Good luck.

1) How should the wicks be disposed?
2) I don’t live in a house so there’s no yard or garden. I saw on LM that if you want to strengthen influence, I can throw in the east, or at crossroad if I want to disperse to a distance. Can I do that in love work?

loveremains,
Generally the glass candles are just disposed of with the items left. Some people have mentioned they melt the wax and dispose of it as well. People who wants to dispose of items but dont live in a house can put it in a plant in the house. Tossing at a crossroad toss to the east as the sunrises to increase, toss in PM as sun sets to decrease

Thanks. I threw away the wicks in the honey jar candle holder as I think they are causing wax drips. For the wax remains, I may toss them in the east.

Yes, good observation! Sometimes leaving left over wicks on the jar can cause them to catch fire and make a very messy, and if not contained dangerous situation. In simplest form it may also cause them to light and melt wax on the jar to melt all over. I would regularly clean wicks out to prevent this from happening.

I have a few honey jars that I don't have any use of anymore. I wish to dispose of them. I don't have a backyard since I live in an apartment. Can I wash away the honey content in the ocean, then burn the petition papers and recycle the jar?

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
I have a few buried underwear questions:
If you are together but not official does it go in the front or back yard?
If you have a yard at first and then move, do you just transplant it from the yard to the plant?
Does the underwear have to be worn or is it enough that it's his?

MrsBrown,
Front yard is to draw him to you, back yard is to keep him with you.
You would not dig it up rather do another one to keep him. I was told several years ago to bury it buy a tree ( if you have one in the backyard) with strong roots, it will grow around it and hold him there.
The underwear should be used/soiled. Underwear that is owned by him but not touched has little if any contact magic ability to it.

I am moving soon, so I will put them in the front yard of where I presently live. Once we are official, I'll put the new one at my new place in the back. Once I move in, (since it will be in a plant) I can take it to our place to keep him home, right?

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
I have a honey jar that i hav been working on a love interest. I would like to add a new love interest to the honey jar. So do I start a new honey jar with both people since its for the same purpose, then deploy the 1st honey jar?
Also, i want to deploy the honey jar contents so that it continues working. My plan is to dig up some dirt in my backyard and pour the honey into the earth - or bury it. Is that ok for deployment so that it continues.
What about deploying melted wax remnants from burnt ritual candles? Is it ok to bury the melted wax in the backyard?

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Fenty,
You would not add a new love interest to a jar you are currently working on for a current love interest, that would be a bit confusing with the work. You would make a new honey jar for that person. Each jar is not for the same purpose, yes love but one is for the love of john doe, the other is for the love of jim doe. If you want the jar to continue working, simply put it away and it will continue to sweeten the person in the jar to you. Emptying the jar is a symbol of ending the work, that you are done, not what you want to do if you want to keep drawing this person to you.

Hello Fenty,
As JayDee said, you would need to start a new jar for a new person.
To keep the work going, bury it in your backyard as you suggest (or at the base of a healthy tree) but do not empty the contents out. Bury the jar whole.
Good luck.

Hello MrsBrown,
I have moved your conversation about burying underwear into the correct thread on disposal of ritual remains. You were posting in the thread about menstrual blood, which is unrelated to the question you were asking.
Please search the forum for the correct location to post in, as you will find we have nearly every subject already covered.
Thank you.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
I mentioned this briefly in the honey jar thread but I know it's more appropriate here. I've had my honey jar for months now. I used the brass candle holder which meant I rarely had any wax remains. But once I started occasionally lighting candles without it - I occasionally got wax remains (not a lot). I also always use incense sticks (normally Frankincense just because my target loves the smell).
I didn't realise I need to dispose the remains appropriately (I think I was confused because it's an ongoing spell. I should have read about it before, of course...), and I always just threw away all remains - wax, incense - just in the trash! Of course Miss Athena pointed out I shouldn't have.
Now I have two questions:
1. Since I have no space in my home or by my home to bury the remains - is it okay to store them hidden away in foil or tapperwear in my home for the next few months? As said, I don't have a lot normally. I still have the remains from last night which is more than I've ever had before - because I burnt 3 candles at the same time).
2. Would my inappropriate "disposal" mean anything for all the months I've been using my honey jar? I rarely have wax remains but I always have incense remains.

Hi aniviel,
Please don't cross-post the same thing across different threads as this is against forum rules. I've answered you in the other thread, so you can find your response there. You can also read through the posts in this thread for more guidance on disposing and deploying ritual remains.
And no, your lack of ritual disposal of wax remains should not impact your honey jar itself, but it's a good habit to get into to optimize your chances of success.
Good luck.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
I'm confused again; nothing new here.
When disposing of remains from a breakup spell at a crossroads, should I toss the remnants to the East to strengthen the spell or should I toss the remnants to the West to weaken the relationship itself that I want to breakup?

Mags_and_the_Moon,
Miss Athena is correct, and, if i may, i will add a little mnemonic to help you remember it:
"As the Sun rises up in the East to bring the day, bring [this person or condition] to me."
and
"As the Sun sets down in the West to end the day, remove [this person or condition] from me."
You do not need to SAY this, only to REMEMBER it.

I have a petition paper and candle remains for a court case spell for an asylum case. Should I deploy these at a crossroads? I'm used to doing love and money work that I keep around the house (front and back yard), so I'm not quite sure what to do in this situation. I also don't want the petition paper to be found, but can't get to a crossroads that is isolated.

Xewn,
I don't know why people think that everything has to be taken to a crossroads. You can burn the paper (many folks tom to send their wishes to Heaven) and you can dispose of empty glass candles by recycling the glass, and bury waz remains in a park or in a hollow tree.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
I have a question that I can't find a direct answer for.
I burned a candle to "banish" someone from our lives. Not in a harmful way. Just to stay away and leave us alone in person and on social media.
I disposed of it at a cemetery in my town. I read a few things on your forum and left a monetary offering. I even purchased flowers and made sure that the grave was unattended and had been for many many years. I buried it as instructed and walked back to my car. I never looked back or anything.
Now I'm realizing that I have to drive by that cemetery occasionally for work. I make sure to never look over at that grave but I'm wondering have I "crossed" anything up? The candle I burned was blue and I was getting rid of the evil eye.
Thank you for you help.

You can drive by that cemetery. The instructions were only to walk away and not look back.
P.S.: I moved your post from the thread on candle divination to the thread on disposal of ritual remains. Read the previous 28 pages for many more questions similar to yours, with good answers from our forum members and moderators.

I am not sure what you mean by "a bath on a candle" or "dispose of the contents."
Maybe this web page will help --
DISPOSING OF RITUAL REMAINS

If you need more help, please explain further and we will try to reply

Hi! Thanks for replying, I did a concoction related to the intent of the spell that I let my skull candle soak in for a couple days, so now I have a bowl full of liquid, herbs and etc. wasn’t sure if I could just dump it out or if I need to put in somewhere specific?

Rorz,
Thanks for explaining.
All i can do is repeat this link about disposing of ritual remains (not "just dumping" them) and recommend to you the advice given on the page:
DISPOSING OF RITUAL REMAINS

Good luck.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello sisters,
I need to know how to dismantle a vinegar jar spell without it effecting anyone involved anymore.
I put it together sloppily and last second a few days ago out of pure anger and it seems to have affected him immediately and very powerfully (I suppose being as infuriated and emotional as I was gave it some extra potency).
I feel so bad for doing this to him. I just want to take it apart and never make a vinegar jar again, I was so wrong and dumb to think it was the answer.
Please help.

Where can I bury my candle spell remains for a bend over spell if I do not live in the same area as the target?

Hi all
I was wondering.. For someone with a black thumb and no yard (apartment), if it'd be feasible to keep wax remains in a container at my bedside? The remains would only come from jobs of drawing love and I have a beautiful heart shaped glass jar, perfect for something like that. I'm curious if it has to be buried in earth to continuously work?

Hello Asteria,
The proper means of deployment is burial in earth, so if you don't have a front yard, you could bury the remains in a potted plant and keep it by your front door.
I would use your heart shaped jar as a potpourri-type container for love-drawing herbs into which you bury a heart or key charm to draw love to you.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello all, I need advice with what to do with 2 honey jars. One was for my stepmother who passed 2 years ago and I feel it is not longer needed and the other that I did on my ex while we were going through a divorce. I want to still get along with him but I want him to be happy and not still sweet on me.
I have a nations sack for my live in boyfriend but honestly I am at a point in my life that I want to just let go and let God. I’m thinking of thanking the nations sack and burying it. Any device is much appreciated!

Hello smiling7,
If you wish to put an end to your honey jars, rinse the contents out with hot water as you tell Spirit you are ending the work, dispose of any solid ingredients in the trash and recycle the glass. For your nation sack, remove any non-porous contents you wish to keep, wash them in ammonia to cleanse their energy, and dispose of the remains in the trash.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

My Chuparossa vigil candle finished today. What should I do with the glass or paper underneath? Anything special to help set the intention and spell?
Thanks!

Bodhicitta --
Spell casting, especially within the folk magic tradition is not like what you just described at all. As we do the work, the time that we call, petition, or pray our desires is when we light the candle, not after it is through burning.
I suggest that you acquire more understanding of how folk magic works. The term you are using -- "set the intention" -- does not come out of folk magic at all. It is a relatively limited term used by New Age, mostly white, practitioners, and is quite unusual in the history of magic in that it implies a mechanistic or autonomous activity -- as if one sets a machine in motion. But we do not see spell casting that way at all.
In any case, what you are actually asking now is not about a spell to get a lover back or about a particular brand of candle which we make -- you are asking how to dispose of ritual remains, so i have moved your query to the appropriate thread.
Quick reply: Recycle the glass.
More detailed reply: i recommend that you read the thread and the links to this web page i wrote on the topic:

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
I have a vinegar jar that Ive been working about a month now. It is starting to leak, i keep it wrapped in a plastic baggy to avoid getting the mess anywhere when i shake it. Although I do enjoy working it, especially because it makes me feel better when im angry, vs yelling or starting fights with someone else; i am thinking of deploying it because it is leaking.
My target lives on the corner of a busy 4 way intersection in a very good neighborhood. Therefore i can not bury it, neighborhood watch would see me sneaking around. on top of that he has cameras. on top of that he's doing yard renovations. so i really don't want to put it on the property for fear it may be discovered or i may get caught.
I typically take my negative work to graveyards, but i was thinking about smashing the jar into the 4 way intersection by his house this time. for some reason, i really like that idea. he will obviously drive over it every time he leaves his house, but i am concerned about the broken glass and nails causing flat tires for the innocent. i am also concerned about his pics and the other targets pics blowing into his yard & being discovered. the vinegar did not discolor them or turn them to mush this time -usually it does.. which i find very interesting... and annoying.
OR do people typically not "smash" (toss) the jar when taking it to the crossroad and bury it instead?
thoughts?

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello, SpekksnSuch,
Smashing a jar is popular -- and so is pouring out the contents so as not to leave evidence. With today's cameras set up everywhere, i have heard of folks pretending to "drop" a water bottle so that it =(oops)= spills. I have heard of folks pouring the liquid into a plastic drink cup, dumping it, then going home and drying the reserved items and burning them in Florida Water Cologne.
Use your imagination and your best judgement, and don't get caught.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hi,
I've read the entire thread but didn't find the answer I was looking for. I recently completed a Return to Me spell and want to bury the petition paper to allow it to continue to work. Is it best for me to bury it by MY doorstep or should I bury it in front of my target's doorstep? I understand that to attract something to me I should bury it at my doorstep but since I'm targeting a specific person was wondering if it wouldn't be more effective at hers.
Thank you!

Hi Bodhiitta,
I think of it like I'm drawing the person to ME, so I'd want the spell close to me, if that makes sense. You want them to Return to (You), so bury the remnants near you, so they return in that direction.
I hope that helps!

Ok, great. Thanks for the reply! I will bury it near my doorstep.
Any thoughts on what I should say or think about while I bury it?

Hi Bodhicitta,
I usually pray a heartfelt version of whatever I've put into my petition paper, if that helps. If you want them to return, pray that they return to you, love you, etc. Good luck, hon!

Hi,
I've had successful prayers and petitions but I don't wish to keep the petitions cause I'm afraid that family members might find them. Is it ok to burn them and dispose of them? Can I maybe burn them outside and say thank you for granting my wish, thank you for excellent work? Thanks
