QuoteTheRaven --
Folk magic is not a video game or an electrical power tool, LOL! There are no "power" ratings.
Influence and Restless are every bit as "powerful" as Iintranquility -- they just do different things.
Let''s look at the result you want: You want someone to come back to you and love you.
Let's look at how some common spiritual supplies are used in spells to further your goal.
Intranquility -- A doomed, lost, unholy spirit, who may or may not do a favour for you, torments the person with loneliness and obsession, closing all avenues of hope until he or she comes back and falls at your feet, humble as a sheep.
Influence -- Your thoughts and words penetrate the mind of the person, convincing him or her to see things your way, in this case, to return to you and love you again -- but note that Influence is also used to get a job, a bank loan, or a better deal on a used car.
Restless -- You send waves of disruptive energy, causing discontent and dissatisfaction with a person's current living situation, until he or she has to move -- but note that this can be used to drive the person far away and need not include a return to you.
Return To Me -- You send your wishes and commands for a return and the person is placed in an emotional, social, physical, and economic position where return is inevitable -- but note, this can be used to return a traveller just as well as a lover.
Reconciliation -- You send forth your desire for mutual forgiveness, an end to quarrels, and a return to harmony -- but note that this may be accomplished at a distance, without a physical return, and it may used for a business relationship as well as love.
This is why people blend oils to suit their specific purposes -- not because the oils lack "power," but to create the combinations that most perfectly express the desired outcome to their situations.
