I just got an email saying that my Mastercard was declined, I just got am email from the credit card company showing me that the charges went through, please confirm asap, thanks

OJF1959 --

When a card declines -- for whatever reason -- we do not get the money. Your bank may, however, show it as a pending transaction. Your bank is holding it, but we never got it.

Wait three days and see if the charge drops off your account. If it does, you were never actually charged -- your bank just sequestered your money. If the charge is still there, please contact your bank and explain that three days have passed and tell them you want your account rectified.

When a card declines we will telephone or email you three times to let you know it declined and offer you an opportunity to correct the error (which may be yours, ours, or the bank's) and once it is fixed and the pending charge drops off, we will re-run the card.

If you do not reply to three emails or phone calls, we will cancel the order.

I looked up your order because i happen to know your name and the type of decline we got was "Zip code and address do not match" -- this probably has something to do with the fact that you are not in the USA, although we ship to dozens of non-USA customers every week without this problem. Also, our street address is an abbreviation and if your bank has it as the full word spelled out, then it will also say there is a non-match.

We really do not have your money. Your bank is holding it. Your credit card could not be authorized due to the postal code / street address non-match.

Please do as we asked and reply to our email so we can get it fixed and actually charge your card. I cannot fix it in this forum.

Thank you so much for your help, I managed to talk to very nice lady and changed my credit card .
