Print out a copy of the High Priestess tarot card and place it in a small easel frame. The High Priestess, who is dressed in blue, is seated between the the black pillar of Severity and the white pillar of Mercy. She wears a crown of the waxing crescent Moon, Full Moon, and waning crescent Moon.

Set out all your tools of divination, scrying, and mediumship on the altar: your crystal ball, Ouija board, oracle cards, playing cards, tarot cards, dice, dominoes, bones, pendulum, or dowsing tools.

Start with a preparatory bath in salted water.

Anoint 3 candles, Black, Blue, and White.

Dress all three with a blend of Clarity Oil, King Solomon Wisdom Oil, and Psychic Vision Oil.

Light the candles and burn them briefly every day during one lunar cycle, starting when the first new crescent Moon appears, through the Full Moon, and until the last waning crescent shows. Do not burn them during the 3-4 day "Dark of the Moon" or "Silent Moon" period.

Finish with a concluding Psychic Vision Bath to mark the end of this period of psychic development.

I dont quite know how I came across this page, but I do believe I was brought to it for a reason... I have been searching for ways to increase my own psychic abilities, memory as far as the visions I do already have... and just some guidance in general. You might look into Deck of Spells. Although it is predominantly work with playing cards, there is a sizeable section on work with tarot cards if that's something you've been exploring. Plus, it's just an all around awesome book.
