Can I use law keep away to prevent an ex lover who used to be a cop from spying on my social media? And possibly making fake accounts. I've blocked him but I can see that he's been on there when I login. I was able to finally ban him from interacting on my page. Are there any other ways to prevent him from wanting to view me online? Maybe a freezer spell?

That's an interesting take on working with your ex! Since he would be spying on you (if at all) in his capacity as your ex and not for any law enforcement purposes, I wouldn't use Law Keep Away on him. Stick him in a freezer spell as you suggested. That would be a better choice.
