Oh I most certainly did! Saint Expedite got his flowers,and pound cake plus I promised him and Saint Jude a statue (small car statue), and Saint Anthony a small loaf of bread.... and they all did in fact get it!! Small price for such a huge request from the three Saints

I don't have my delivery from LM yet but would like to petition Saint Jude. What colour candle should I use, or would white tea lights or a while candle be OK. Could I use olive oil? could I put herbs in the oil or some essential oil? As my petition is to get my ex love back would I use love herbs/oils if I need to use them?

The Saint Jude Vigal Candle is green. The proper way to thank Saint Jude has always been in a widely circulated newspaper with the prayer and the instructions to help others in need.

You can use white or green. Yes you can use olive oil, but you will have to pray over it. You do not have to use herbs. And St. Jude probably will not work on your case, if you are not meant to be back with this person. St. Jude is the saint of impossible cases, and/or desperate cases. I personally would not work with St Jude for this matter. I worked with him at the very beginning of doing rootwork for the same thing, and he did not grant my petition. I mean I feel like St. Jude is a saint you petition when its like a life or death situation or something you desperately need.

An ex is not someone you desperately need. So I would get a reading to see if he will work with you on this matter.

Well, if the ex and you are ACTUALLY meant for each other, St. Anthony has occasionally been known to bring back a "lost love" - but only when it was in the best interest of both parties.

Similarly, Archangel Raphael is often petitioned to bring one an appropriate partner - but again, there's no guarantee that he will bring you your ex.

St. Valentine is also petitioned for love.

But before petitioning any of them, I would get a reading and consultation to see if a) your relationship with your ex can be rekindled and reconciled, and b) which saint or other spirit would be best to petition for aid.

I've seen on this forum that you should put leaflets in a Catholic church every day - this would be a problem here as churches are always locked when there isn't a service going on, is this an essential?

I recently got out of the service and did not have any income for about two months. I fell behind on rent and house hold utilities and car note. My landlord told me that If I didnt have the money by the end of the month that he was going to have to serve me an eviction notice. My car was up for reposession, and my electricity was already turned. I turned to St. Jude for help as I saw this as a desperate situation. I calculated all my expences and sincerly ask for the amount that was needed (approx. $6,000). About a week later, I was granted a 3,500 loan! I paid the rent and turned on the electricity. About another week later, my boyfriend suggested we take our last 100$ and see what we could do at the casino. I was very skeptical...I knew 100$ wasnt enough to pay the remainder of the utilites and car note, but I didnt want to give it to the casino either. I went ahead and took the chance...and I hit 400$, we paid another bill and the very next night took another 100$ to the casino and oh my gosh I hit $2,500 !! I am sooooo thankful to St. Jude. I was in a truly desperate situation and he came through for me. I am forever thankful for his help. THANK YOU ST. JUDE!!!!

That was just one person's practice to place leaflets in churches every day of the novena. It's not a requirement.

St. Jude likes his name to be publically spread, and many people do that by placing an ad in the newspaper. Some other people may leave prayer cards or novena leaflets around churches. If you're in doubt as to what St. Jude would like for you to do, just perform some divination on the matter.

I'm sorry if this has been covered before in for forums but: I'd like to petition more than one saint and don't have room for more than 2 alters - is it ok to put more than one saint on an altar, the saints I want to petition are: St Expedite, St Jude, St Anthony, St Helen and St Marth.

Yes of course you have more than one saint on the altar - most saints are fine with that. Remember that these practices come from common people who often would not have had the luxury of space to have a million little altars everywhere. They would just find a way to make what room they did have work.

Hi, I´m new to the forum. I´m doing a novena right now to St Jude for a very very desperate situation. Infact, I saw it as being hopeless but with the novena, I´m beginning to have some hope. As I said, I´m currently doing a Novena to St Jude but it seems as if my case is too difficult for him or he isnt just working with me. My petition to him is probably a waste of time but I´ll still carry it on to the end.
