Hi!
I'm new to LM, & I just want to say to everyone (&there has been a lot) saying Santa Muerte is 'demanding' & 'jealous ' & 'selfish', 'not an entity to mess with' BLAH BLAH BLAH..

I have been working with her for about 4 years now.
She came to me & has been there since. (Thank You Santa Muerte!!)
She asked me to follow Her & since I did..
She's helped me to get off of heroin.
She's helped me to stop selling drugs.
She's NOT THE CRIMINAL/DRUG LORD SANTA!
She's the BEST MADRE/ABUELITA/SANTA/FRIEND there IS! (It just depends on what YOU WANT/ASK FOR!)

ANYWAY,

Santa Muerte is NOT JEALOUS!
Jealousy is a HUMAN emotion.
She's Cautious & TRULY CARES about you.
If you mix certain spiritual practices, it can be dangerous! (& can harm you)

Santa Muerte is NOT DEMANDING!
Honestly, how can She DEMAND ANYTHING, when You're asking HER for Her HELP?
I think this whole 'demanding' trait comes about because She is EXTREMELY PRESENT In your life once She agrees to walk it with you.. (She shows up in my dreams at least 3-5 times a week)
& the various guides from how to light Her Candles to how to build Her altares. (There is NO ONE RIGHT WAY TO PETITION/FOLLOW/LOVE HER! Simply trial & error; what may have worked for one person might not work for you!! Santa Muerte knows HOW we are all different so She may need more or less or different from you!)

Santa Muerte is NOT SELFISH!!
In fact, I feel like She's the EXACT OPPOSITE.
SHE DOES NOT!! HAVE TO HELP WITH ANY OF OUR MORTAL PROBLEMS. She COULD just ignore us.

& If you fear Her...
(in ANY WAY/SHAPE/FORM)...
YOU just DON'T/WON'T/CAN'T UNDERSTAND HER,
& SHE DOESN'T NEED YOU TO.

Sorry if I come across Defensive. I'm just sick of all the Bullshit She gets for being a FEMALE in a PATRIARCHAL SYSTEM. (RELIGION) &(DEATH)

Good morning everyone....I am a new student to Hoodoo/Conjure and I am loving it very much. Recently I did a cursing spell and in the candle wax was what looked like the Grim Reaper...I showed it to my Witch friend and he said "Holy Death"....when I asked what that was he told me to look up Santisima Muerte...so I did...and was scared to death. I had used Controlling oil, Domination oil Jezebel oil and Black Arts oil. I couldn't understand why that would show up until I read about Santa Muerte and her devotion to fidelity and marriage (cheating spouse)...after reading about her and been in Mexico over Xmas, including Chichenitza (sp?), I now feel a warm love and appreciation for her. My own mother is gone and I feel like she came to me to protect me...I have decided that I would like to dedicate an altar to her. I am going to a Spiritual supplies store and getting a statue of her, as well as offerings etc...I was wondering if someone could guide me in how to honor her properly. I have had a spirit guide reading and "curandero" came up as one of my guides. I am a nurse, also...and for some reason, I feel close to this Lady. Can someone help me? TY and Blessed Be...

My darlin White Lady showed up for me AGAIN in the candle wax...I am a nurse and my patient's Dad has been a real $%$#$ to me lately...I was so angry when I left work Thursday nite I stopped and picked up a black protection candle, anointed it, rolled it in Herbs including Sulfer and Black Arts oil...and I prayed to her...that he would FEEL how bad he makes me feel...well, don't you know, candle burned down in record time, Hooded figure showed up and he was SWEET AS PIE to me the next day. Almost kissing my butt really....I checked with my Mentor and he said his guides said he will now treat me with respect...GOD BLESS YOU SANTISIMA MUERTE!

My sister lit a Santisima Muerte vigil candle in the house for protection. We both decided the energy from the candle was a bit too intense and we put out the candle. We thanked her and gave her offerings, but is there anything else we should do to show proper respect? Is it OK to recycle the candle even though it is only halfway burned?

She is not for everyone and both my sister and I feel instinctively that she doesn't want to work with us. However, we don't want her to be angry with us.

Hello, littlewing ,

Is there any way that you could finish this by having it lit in the bathtub, sink or shower? Someplace where there is no chance of a fire?

Take care

Hello littlewing,

Just thank her and give her any offerings you promised, then recycle the glass and don't call upon her again if she makes you uncomfortable.

Take care.

I just purchased my first 2 statues of Santa muerte, I know that she must be baptized, could someone give me an idea of how to go about this? And am I able to baptize them both at the same time?

Hello, StayBlessed ,

Yes, you can baptize them both at the same time.

There are many ways to do this. I prefer the 7-11 Holy oil because it is made according to the Biblical prescription

www.luckymojo.com/7-11holytype.html

But you can use Holy Water, etc.

What I'd do is first wipe the statues down with the Chinese wash mixture to get rid of any negative vibrations from handlers and packers.

www.luckymojo.com/chinesewash.html

Now this is just how I do it. There's many ways that you can

Then, I put the Holy Oil on my right index and middle finger while I'd hold the statues in my left hand

Make the sign of the cross on the back of the head of the statue and say: "I baptize you in the name of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost. Amen"

I hope this helps

take care

I have a question, I would like to understand a little better...my other half believes in the Santa Muerte, I don't knock it I have respect for what she does and the relationship between them, we are in a long distance relationship for now we live in different areas, I have gotten a little upset lately because she sometimes won't call me because she says she feels Santa Muerte is getting jealous of us, and that she has to sacrifice our calls and do it for her..I really just want to understand and if this could really be true, I love her and I just want to understand her I don't want to argue with her especially because of who she puts her faith in...is Santa Muerte capable of breaking us apart if I'm a whole other religion? If she gets jealous of our relationship? I would appreciate some feedback, thank you.

Hello, Deedee16 ,

Honestly, I have never heard any of this before. If this were the case, people wouldn't pray to her.

But Santisima Muerte Might break you up if she feels you're not a good person for her. Or, if you have done her wrong, or if you are of impure intentions.

That's all I can say about it.

I started working with her as of Monday of this week. I have a candle lit, picture of her in a red robe and a vase with fresh red roses in it. I prayed Monday and asked her to give me a sign that she will accept me and help me with my petition. Tuesday I went to the tattoo shop to get an autism tat to support my son and when I was looking through the portfolio of hearts and butterflies smack in yhe middle was a picture of a santa muerte tattoo. The guy was like how did that get here. It is in the wrong book. It didnt hit me until last night that it was my sign. I prayed that night to her and in my vivid dream she appeared to me a white robe and a white veil but it was not covering her face. She also had her hatchet thing she carries. Following that I felt a light pat on my back. One of those "it's going to be ok" taps and no one else was in my bedroom. I am wondering why she appeared in white when the color I am working with is black? I am happy that she has accepted me and I look forward to see if she does what I asked of her.

Update!!!
I have two candles burning for Santa Muerte. One black and one red. The red one is burning quickly and the flame is always high and dancing. The black one is the one I want the most to happen but the flame is always low. The glass so far has a clean burn. I speak to her regarding the black candle and ask her to light her flame in that candle if she ia going to help me. About 5 minutes later the flame gets bigger but it does not stay that way. I also asked her to give me a sign that what I asked for with the red candle will happen. That night I had a dream that the person I have the petition on sent me a text that said "I'm coming to you girl". So far I think I am having luck with her.

A few months back I was going through a really tough, tough time. I was so desperate that I turned to the Santisima Muerte, I built her an altar, bought a statue image (White) and brought her offering every other week in hopes that she'd work for me. At first I thought it was working but then nothing happened. Actually things have gotten worse. It's been weeks now and I haven't seen anything. I told her I understood if she didn't wanted to work with me. I still have her altar and was thinking of just removing it since it seems like she didn't wanted to help me. How would I get rid of her image in a respectful way. Last thing I want is her to be offended as I have enough troubles at the moment. Also what would happen to the promise that I made to her if I got my favor granted, I mean if it were to happen in some future.

Hello, Aleksander

I wouldn't get rid of her image

I would just wrap it up in a white cloth/towel, and respectfully put it away for now

Then, just wait and see how you feel 6 months from now

But its a little too soon to part with it

Wishing you the best

My older brother started praying to the santisima when he moved out at 19. He for whatever reason stopped praying to her. Years later my brother found himself on the streets and addicted to variety of drugs. As for me i was in a very unhealthy relationship and with severe diabetes. My brother ended up behind bars facing 10-20 years. For months I couldn't eat, sleep, or focus. I found myself drinking and smoking. Things got so bad for me I lost my family, my job, my apartment, my car, my friends. Literally lost everything. I thought I was going crazy I would see shadows and every time I would close my eyes I would see a very old lady. For some reason I wasn't scared, but I couldn't talk when these things would happen. Until one day the santa muerte came to me in my dreams again. I begged for her to get my brother out and to show me who is no good for me and I would tattoo her on my thigh And light candles for her until she decides it's time. Anyways two days after I finished my tattoo my brother was set free. No bail. No probation. No questions asked.

Years passed, things got better, i found the man i had prayed for, but i did get sick again and was rushed to the hospital. I fell asleep and saw a super bright light and a crowd of people standing laughing at me and the santa muerte standing behind them telling me to be quiet. She then stood beside the hospital bed and clearly told me "I showed you who was bad for you. Let them go and watch them fail. I will heal you and protect you." Doctors came back with my results and found that my sugar has been normal for the past 3 months. I started letting go of those people who the santa muerte showed me and since then life for me has been great. For those who were no good for me found themselves homeless, sick, depressed. Everything I felt and went through they were/are going through. She helps those who truly mean it. Many friends saw what she did for me and tried praying to her(just for the benefits) but didn't get what they asked, because the santa muerte by heart knows who truly has faith in her. And or sometimes she doesn't give us exactly what we asked for but she gives her trusted devotees the strength and protecting to get through whatever harm comes their way.

Hey!

Iv recently started working with Santisima Muerte after having a dream of her Owl aswell as asking for her to send me signs that she will help me and work with me, i have seen signs within 5-10mins of asking her which i am greatful to her for.

My situation is that id like to get my lover back. Im a male and my lover is female. (Iv read through the pages and know about the effects santisima muerte has and fully understand)

My question: if i were to do the 9 day novena, how would i go about doing it? As it says to get the "males semen" meaning get the targets semen however in my situation it is a female and i have no way of getting any of her secretions or personal belongings.

I look forward to all of your kind responses. I do hope we can carry on making this thread even more active, i enjoyed reading through everyones posts.

Thanks

Hello Reggiekray92,

I believe you could do the novena anyway. But if you can't get a personal concern from your target, that gives you less of a chance of getting her back because you are not in proximity to her. But you could go ahead and do the prayer and see how that goes to get started.

Good luck to you.

Hello all,
I made a petition to Santisma Muerte today, more specifically a candle to be lit on my behalf. By doing so is it customary to set out a alter or a offering to her while she is working with me. My intention is to return my beloved to me insuring his fidelity and protecting us fro m further interference from to people specifically.
My question is can I honor her with marigolds and roses, sweet bread as well. As showing a thank you for hearing me and working with me?
Side note - I have a strong sense that she will be willing to work with me because I have dreamt of her before back before my boyfriend and I even separated. I knew I should have worked with her then but didn't do so out of fear. Not being afraid anymore I hope that she can help break thru this final hurdle and continuously. Any additional help, advice is well appreciated.
Thank you
Jenelle

Hello jenelle21,

Yes it's customary to set an altar to La Santisima Muerte while you are working with you and make sure to give her any agreed-upon offerings. Your ideas for offerings sound good but if you want more just scroll up through this thread.

Good luck to you in your work.

Thank you Sister Jean,
So I believe that I have established a relationship with her currently and she is willing to graciously work with me. Scrolling thru the majority of posts and I'm not really seeing examples of alter offerings. I have left out tequila, changing it daily, salt, dark chocolate, red rose's and lighting a red candle and white candle for love and protection. While praying the 9 day novena. Would you suggest lighting a vigil to her monthly as well as the commitment to Tuesdays? Or just pray to her and see what she would prefer? Thank you for all the help I appreciate it

Hello jenelle21,

I don't really see the point of the monthly vigil if you're already doing weekly vigils, but that's up to you. And with offerings, I think you have a great start; I'd just add more if she "asks" for them.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

I have tried working with santa muerte to help me with an issue with an ex boyfriend, specifically asking her to help "make" him contact me, apologize to me, etc.. I think I have been praying to her for about 2 months or so, no movement, no signs... I feel like if anything this is a sign that she doesn't wish to work with me, so what do i do with her altar? the only donation place i know of is giving it to a goodwill, in hopes maybe someone else will stumble upon it and she will work with them, is this okay to do? any other ideas of how to part with the statue? (reside in TX if it matters)

i didn't really ask her for help with anything else, like money etc.. because i simply do not want to ask her for help in those areas of my life, i just wanted help with the ex. so i don't want to offend her if she was "accepting" of me and just not with that particular issue, if that makes sense.. but again, i only wanted help with the ex bf issue... and it seems like she won't or can't help.. so, i really have no desire to keep the statue around or to keep leaving her water/apples/candy, as it is getting expensive for no results..

Hello SpellsnSuch,

I'm sorry you haven't seen the results you wanted. As for the statue, you could always donate it to someone who venerates La Santisima Muerte. I did that with a statue that came to me that was three feet tall that I just couldn't keep up with the offerings for. Call around. But before you do that, you may want to get a reading to find out why you haven't gotten the results you wanted, for your own understanding. You can find good readers here:

Thank you Sister Jean,

I called around and found a spiritual supply shop about 30 min away from me that said they would take her statue. The lady on the phone was very nice, accepting, and said she was "beautiful" upon receiving her. She told me she would give her to a friend who has an altar FULL of santa muerte statues. I'm sure santa muerte will be happy there.

Before giving her away, I told her I wish she would have worked with me, but I understand if she didn't want to she didn't have to, I know she wasn't obligated to anyway, and I thanked her for anything she may have done for me that I just didn't see. I kissed the top of her head and wrapped her in a white cloth.

I did get a reading as well from an AIRR member and was given a suggestion to try another saint. Probably best for my situation anyway.

As always, thank you lucky mojo staff for your lovely advice. :)

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with La Santisima. I have venerated her exclusively for some years. Last January I was visiting TX and was victim to a violent assault and was stabbed four times. I tried to escape him after the first stab to my abdomen. I got about half a block away and her presence came through and told me he was behind me. Right as I turned around he stabbed me three more times.......but SHE, she gave me a jolt of strength and guided my reflexes enough to fight off his attempts to murder me. I survived.......barely but I did. I can't express with words alone, how much I adore her. She is my great spirit Mother, she gives me consejos and I've set aside my old childish ways. I felt so broken for so long before her, I was an alcoholic and addicted to meth. I remember being homeless crying and praying to her for a better life. She has pulled me away from the life of drugs and misery. I feel so empowered now, and humble. Surviving the murder attempt has ultimately balanced out my being. I know if I were to ask her for power in my career she'd happily grant it, but instead she's taught me to be more ambitious at work and since I've climbed ranks and have financial freedom. Three years ago I was homeless and a lost soul. She will give you great spirit guides who will teach you what you must know. She gives her children the powers of intuition and authority over powerful spirits.

I purchased a Santisima Muerte fixed bottle spell from LM and was excited when I received it yesterday (July 7). The thing is, even after reading a number of pages in this forum and reading the following webpage http://www.luckymojo.com/santisimamuerte.html I’m still a little lost as to how to actually go about this bottle spell?

My thoughts are to just find a brown paper bag or some parchment paper and put in my petition something like “keep [target’s name] faithful to me.” (I chose that petition because of the description for the bottle spell that’s listed on the LM website. Add maybe some love herbs (like the ones that come with the Stay With Me honey jar kit), his pubic hair, and some of my hair as well as dress the purple candle that came with the kit with an oil such as Stay With Me oil.

Is there a specific prayer I should pray for this type of spell?
Thank you St. Jude! Your help was much appreciated!

Greetings, inquiringminds128.

I’m glad you’re excited about receiving your purchase from Lucky Mojo! It sounds like you know what you want to put inside the bottle. As for what to write on the petition, write what’s in your heart. Santa Meurte wants to hear what’s in your heart. Say those words with love, passion, and conviction. Good luck!

I’m feeling a little overwhelmed but nonetheless honored... within the past month or so, 3 powerful Saints/spirits have presented themselves to me. I have already built a relationship and petitioned two: Santa Marta La Dominadora and Santa Barbara. I asked them both if they’re willing to “work together” so to speak... I got a confirmation. Now recently I just realized Santa Muerte has been calling out to me.. I am honored but confused. My main goal/target has not been reached but I don’t want to show lack of faith petitioning 3 spirits for the same goal. I did split up the work between Santa Marta and Santa Barbara.

Does anyone have any advise? Thank you.

Hello Ariavenus,

It might be a good idea to get a reading from someone who specializes in working with saints, just to help you sort all this out. You can find good readers here:

I’m pretty new to this. I’ve been working with glass candles only for few months but I found that they work very well for me. I have a tiny altar and in the corner I have an icon that opens up and on one side it’s Mother Marry and on the other is Jesus. I was feeling very negative and down lately so someone suggested to burn a black candle. The only one I could find was the Santa Muerte candle and I lit a plain white one next to it. I had no idea she required her own space and I’m wondering if she is mad at me because of the other icons and I also had no idea I needed to give her an offering. The candle burned really fast and had some black smoke in the begging. The flame was very big and strong and had some black soot at the top which cleared up at the end. I feel fine and way better then before but I definitely do not want to offend her by not giving her own space and no offering. Any suggestions? I am interested in working with her again. Can she work with those icons or I should move them?

Hello Olesya,

Welcome to the Lucky Mojo forum! We're happy to have you here :)

Since you're new to working with La Santisima Muerte, I'd suggest you read this forum thread from beginning to end, just to get some more understanding about how to work with her and what offerings she likes. If you can, give her her own space, even if it is very small. But don't be afraid of her, I'm sure she's just happy to receive the love and attention!

Many blessings to you.
Thank you saints and spirits!

Hello everybody here,

So may doubts, so many questions.

Well, I just come from another thread because I was searching a Saint to work with about punishing a person who has been her entire life tormenting me, at a point where she doesn't let me speak with other members of my family, cousins or other people. The toxicity of this woman is incredible. If we're surrounded by people she tries and tries to make me to shut up; she has spread horrible rumours about me among the family and has divided the family. She's my own sister, just jealous because because I got my degrees and made my career and she didn't. She has behave with me with such amount of hatred and toxicity that I can stand her anymore. The last she did was comming my mom's home and started to laugh of me because she's going to make a trip that I can't afford because I don't have money as her husband has. She's always showing people the money she has and makes mokes about poor people or makes jokes about my financial situation. Really, it's enough.
I live with my mum and she's married, so EVERY DAY she comes to my mum's house to torment me as I work from home so she can disturb my peace among other things. So tired.

I have worked for years with Saints, Saint Martha, Rita, Joseph, Jude, the Three Archangels, etc, I'm a Christian believer and I'm scared about working with Santisima Muerte. A member of this forum has answered me in other thread about Santisima Muerte to punish people who has been abused like me (in my case, abused by my sister), so I would like to read testimonials about people who has worked with her in the same conditions. Have read the entire thread but I have not found a similar situation.

I don't want an ex coming back, I believe she's such a strong spirit that you should think twice ask her for help just for another person to return back, in my humble opinion. Be careful!!! Must say, I have read throught the years many consequences about working with her, maybe they'r just rumours, I don't know.

As I work with other saints, what about if Santisma Muerte is jealous of this?. So as I have so many questions about her, I would appreciate all your help. I don't still dare to ask her for help but a nice member of the forum has recommended me that so, thanks to all people here who can lay a hand on me.

Any consequences about working with her?

I'm going to continue making a bit of research about this interesting but at the same time, scary spirit.

Thanks everybody.

This book is listed under LM website as a book you can purchase and its all about holy death, with all your questions I would start here. Not everyone, in fact a very small percentage of hoodoo practitioners use saints. There are books available to assist. I also know a few of the AIRR members would be wonderful experts on the topic, you can get a reading to see if this saint is for you or not.

THE MAGICAL POWERS OF THE HOLY DEATH
by Calli Casa

Another book about saint work but the author is Wiccan that may influence his perspective of candles: THE MAGICAL POWER OF THE SAINTS: EVOCATION AND CANDLE RITUALS
by Reverend Ray T. Malbrough

Hey y'all,

Santa Muerte came to me a few years ago. I bought what I thought was a small painting of the Virgin of Guadalupe at a flea market but discovered that it was actually a painting of Santa Muerte when I brought it home.

I have had the painting (respectfully) put away in storage for a while but have recently felt called to bring it out and set up a small altar. I contacted a reader who read the cards for me and said that they indicated it was OK to work with the painting and the spirit of the Saint. I have limited space in my apartment, though, so I am not sure the best way to set up an altar. I have a main altar that is quite large and tall but am not sure I have space to set up one equally as tall and large. Does anyone have any tips (on altar size, placement, candle colors, offerings, etc.)?

Thanks!

Altars come in all sizes. It does not have to be big. I would highly recommend reading this book. It will have the answers that you are looking for.

Returning to the dilemma faced by SpellsnSuch, back in June, 2018:

It is well-known among followers of Santisima Muerte that one is encouraged to create an altar for her, with at least one statue, before which candles may be burned.

SpellsnSuch had followed this plan, but did not have a successful relationship with Santisima Muerte and so she wished to dispose of the statue in a respectful manner. As she explained here in the Forum, she found a Latino spiritual supply shop that accepted the statue as a donation on behalf of a customer of theirs who had a large altar to Santisima Muerte, filled with many statues. This was a great outcome to SpellsnSuch's problem.

Today i learned of another solution to the same problem, and i am posting it here as a contribution to the growing body of folk knowledge regarding this saint. Here is what i was told:

"If you decide not to work with Santisima Muerte and wish to find a new home for her statue, take it to a graveyard and bury it. She is a saint of death and the graveyard is her home, so she will not be offended."

I asked if it was recommended to wrap the statue in a cloth shroud, or place it in a coffin-box, or if it could be simply interred with no covering, and the answer was, "That's up to you and the saint."

Hope this helps!

It appears that Santa Muerte and I have come to a parting of the ways, after many years of my dedicated service. I am not in a place where "rehoming" my statues is an option. If someone has any suggestions, I would appreciate them. Otherwise, they are going into the burn pit, with appropriate respect and dispersion afterwards.

Finding a way to bury several statues (one large) in a graveyard will be difficult, if not impossible (the ground is frozen), in the area in which I live. Nor do I wish to frighten my neighbors. Cremation is traditional for human bodies. The remains will be treated appropriately. I am willing to mail the statues to anyone who wants them. Otherwise I'm digging out the burn pit today. We no longer seem to have a relationship and it must be ended.

Enoughalready,

Well, I would do what Spirit guides you to do. If I remember reading correctly, donation was another suggestion in Miss Cat's post but it is your prerogative; do what you will. We don't mind helping with suggestions but keep in mind, this forum is primarily geared towards our products and people who need help using them. It's not the appropriate platform to make such an exchange although i see nothing wrong with going through a few of the pages of this topic to see if you find someone who has expressed interest in one and contacting them privately.

Good Luck.

Thank you, Dr. Darensbourg, for the good advice.

Ridding oneself of altar pieces and spiritual supplies oriented toward service to any deity, entity, spirit, or ancestor whom one no longer wishes to serve or with whom one no longer remains in contact with can include some deep mental processing, much like getting a divorce or separating from family members. It can be done peaceably, but it can just as easily include stages of hopelessness, blame, and anger that cast one's entire spiritual and magical life into question. Proper disposal of the physical remnants of such a spiritual divorce can include anything from donation to smashing, burning, drowning, or burial. The choice is personal, and no one need judge the efficacy of the results.

The fact that the woman known here as "Enoughalready" signed up for the Forum today under such a angrily dismissive username and quickly made these posts regarding Santisima Muerte indicates that this is a New Year for her. May she be blessed with peace as she walks away from the mental stress, disappointment, and unwanted life complications she experienced while serving the old Aztec and indigenous Mexican spirit of Holy Death. May her burdens be light and her pathways open. Amen.

Hi all,

I was reading Santisima Muerte awhile back, and today I came read the thread again. I was just in page 2 when I googled Santisima Muerte prayers. I read one of the prayers. I prayed to her, and I apologized for not having a candle. In the prayer, it stated about providing something financially. Anyway, when I got home, I got a check in the mail for $30. I also told her my limited budget. I was wondering , it was a sign from Santisima Muerte?

I take it as a yes from her, and with that, I'd like to thank you Santisima Muerte for hearing me. I'll keep my promise, and I will light a candle for you. Again thank you.

Blessings

Fotunata,

We do not read on the forum, but we can send you to links to support you in your work. Signs, movement and manifestation is often very personal and I would suggest you go with your gut on what you are seeing. I this was unexpected and happened after a prayer I would take it as a sign. You can read more about signs and movement here: signs-movement-completion-of-spells-que ... t6436.html
