Re: How to Use Sachet Powders: Questions and Answers

Thank you, JayDee. I actually found a whole section on ash on the site, and then wanted to delete my post before anyone replied to it, but was out and about. Le sigh. I have Cat's book but didn't expect it to cover ash. This site is just so rich with content it's sometimes hard to find things, and o...

Re: How to Use Sachet Powders: Questions and Answers

I have a question about making black salt -- I'm not certain this is the right category to ask. I'm preparing to make black salt. Many recipes suggest using ashes from a fireplace or BBQ. I was wondering if temple ash -- ash from burning insense during contemplation or meditation -- would be appropr...

Re: HRCC: Required Purchases for Correspondence Course

I just got my 3rd package of supplies and it's so fun to see everything all lined up together -- the books, bottles, powders. I bought a little oriental cabinet at a garage sale to keep them in. I can't wait to get my 4th package, and, hopefully, get accepted to the course.

Re: Thank You, Madame Nadia at AIRR and HP

Hi Madame Nadia, I heard you on the radio show on Nov 18, 2018. You were talking about "personal concerns" for a spell at the end of the show. I thought you used a word that sounded like "guacia," and you checked with Cat to see if you were pronouncing it right. I listened a couple of times, but cou...

Re: King James Version of the Holy Bible Questions and Answers

Is there a forum topic for the Bible and Bible verses that people use in their work -- where people can share their experiences with using the Bible?

Re: Goofer Dust Questions and Answers

Sorry if this has already been answered -- there are just too many posts to read them all, though I did read the main page, and a few forum pages. Q. -- Does goofer dust only work on those for whom it is intended? I am trying to protect a property that has already been burgled twice, and the thieves...

Re: Anointed, Dressed, Consecrated Amulets Questions and Answers

Thanks for all the advice. I had a hard time finding this. It didn't show up in my notifications. I decided to type "anointing doll" into the search box and it lead me right here. I really appreciate your answers. I have another question about dolls, in the sense that a doll is used for a surrogate ...

Thanks. Yes, we have good fire extinguishers and water, and buckets and sand. I'm very careful.

Re: Anointed, Dressed, Consecrated Amulets Questions and Answers

I read the "read me" file in this section, and the oils page, but could not find my specific question answered. It may have been generally answered but I want to be sure I understand. I keep a crystal that a friend gave me as a ward or guardian at my place of work. I want to baptize it and anoint it...

Re: Capnomancy Divination Reading of Incense Smoke

I do most of my work outside and so everything, and especially my smoke reading, is affected by the winds. I'm realizing that though I am reading smoke, I also have to distinguish between reading the smoke or reading the wind, or both together. I'm just learning. Right now I feel that my cauldron is...

Re: HRCC: Hoodoo Rootwork Correspondence Course

'm interested in taking your hoodoo course. I have been involved in craft-related activities and herb work all of my life, and have been drawn to and studying hoodoo the past year. I've been reading tarot for awhile, and am now learning to read and to scry regular playing cards. I am particularly in...

Re: General Honey / Sugar / Sweet Jar Questions and Answers

I made a petition and a sugar jar for my boss, and left it on the altar of my patron, Papa Legba, for him to work. I visit the altar, clean it, and serve my patron regularly. I burned a candle on the jar. When I came back in the morning (the altar is outside), the candle had melted and it looked lik...
