PS I just realized there is one exception that might be seen as "raising energy", that's when sex is involved in a spell and you want that sexual energy strong and bound up in the work. However, that's still not "raising energy" in the New Age sense.

Are you at Camp Lejeune? I live in Kinston. Conjure is very common all around Eastern North Carolina. If you know what to look for you'll see it everywhere. Even the sheriff of Onslow County is a root doctor :)
