Re: Footwashing in Hoodoo?
I learned as a young teen about foot washing from my Aunt & Grand Mother. What I learned is that this is a tradition of honor & respect. When my Aunt gave a foot washing it was to help cleanse a person to help them. This is something that she always did before any conjure or healing on a person. I h...

I believe kits are kits. You can always email and ask but not 100% sure on that one.

Re: AIRR and HP Psychic Readers and Rootworkers Questions & Answers
For me what I have found is the hardest thing is when a client comes to you with a love problem that has been ongoing for several years. It is almost impossible to explain to someone that when you go to multiple root workers and what you request is not manifesting then you need to sit back think, is...

Re: Saint Martha Spiritual Supplies Questions and Answers
Saint Martha is known as the dominator. What you see at her feet is a dragon. She is called upon by many women for control and domination. I was taught she prefers women and can have a heavy hand with men but this is again just what I was taught. It can also take a few weeks to see anything with Sai...

Yes, I would say he deserves and offering. Flowers, pound cake and a glass of water. V I was due an important piece of work yesterday, and although I had sat down at the computer to get it done for hours, I kept getting distracted and couldn't get focused- I know this sounds very ironic, but althoug...

Re: Herbs and Roots LMCCo Doesn't Carry: Questions and Answers
Thank you Cat, I was wondering and it is always good to hear if anyone else has read or heard/learned anything. For the time being I will just thank the earth for an interesting thing as the acorn. Possibly some crafts to enjoy around the house would satisfy my being drawn to them. Thanks for your i...

Re: Herbs and Roots LMCCo Doesn't Carry: Questions and Answers
Hello, after searching the herb magic website and the lucky mojo website I do not see anything about the use of acorns in hoodoo. I keep being drawn to acorns and I am sure their must be a use but I am stuck to find one. A friend of mine from AIRR suggested jar spells. Does anyone have any thoughts ...

Re: General Doll-Baby, Voodoo Doll, Poppet Questions and Answers
Hi Opal, You can do that, however I would do them as two seperate rituals and of course the correct herbs and oils for each job. I would wait for one to finish so you can put all your energy into that one ritual and then the next after the first one has finished. I have done this type of work for my...

Hello Discordia,
I am aware of that. However I do know that herbs can have numerous names from different cultures. In this case I found out that Saka Saka is Yucca which Cat does talk about in her book. Thanks for the help though.

Re: Herbs and Roots LMCCo Doesn't Carry: Questions and Answers
Hi Everyone, I was given the directions on making a sweet bath from a Houngan and the recipe calls for Saca Saca. I was told if I am not able to find this that I can substitute rosemary. Is anyone familiar with this herb and have any idea who sells this in authentic form? Have a wonderful weekend. V...

Re: Fire Safety Issues with Candle Magic
I hear everyone with being careful with candles. My curious Tuxedo cat Cosmo Kramer has singed his little bumm hair, burned his tail hair and even his handsome little eyebrow whiskers trying to smell INTO the candle. For some reason a candle to him is light a moth to a flame. When I leave the candle...

Thank you for responding to my question, I do appreciate it. I will make the arrangements to properly dispose of the items off the property. Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello, I ordered a fixed Cut & Clear glass encased candle along with a few other items. I followed the directions via the side of the candle and my ritual has since ended. My question is I am not able to find in the literature sent how to dispose of the candle and incense after completion. Is anyone...
