No, the print book is completely different. It is an "encyclopedic" listing of the herbs and curios used in hoodoo. You would need to read the online book with it. It has some spells and folklore in it, but they work best together, I think.

Thank you so much for this idea, carolina dean. So few merchants around me use brown paper bags any more that it's not easy to come by. The inner bag of the sugar is lighter weight paper than kraft paper or a grocery sack too. (I use a lot of sugar for sweet tea, myself.

Without knowing anything about the situation but that it's a red candle (love/passion) on a honey jar, my first thought is that whoever you are sweetening is being drawn/attracted to you; that the jar is working. Do you have any confirmation that this is true?

As part of that "fire under an enemy" image, don't forget these were probably strike anywhere matches with the red phosphorus in the match head.
