Help Selling My Condo

Unread postby cjan » Fri Aug 26, 2011 5:19 pm

Hi everyone,

My condo is currently on the market for 2 yrs now and I can't sell it. My bank is giving me the run around and I don't know what to do.

I don't live in the condo and I don't have the keys.

I even applied for HAFA program in order to short sale the property but my bank is blocking the processing. I submitted all the necessary documents but I still can't get any help from the bank.

I was wondering which of the saints can help me.

I can't go to the property and I don't have the keys anymore.

Thanks,
cjan

Advice to Help Buy a Home

Unread postby beebee22 » Fri Sep 02, 2011 10:13 am

Hope someone can help. I am going to our yearly holiday home next week, which we have visited for over 20 years and it is currently for sale, I am worried that the new owners will not rent it out as a holiday home. I would love to buy it but don't have the money to do so.

Does anyone recommend anything that I can take to the house / or do in the house to try to wish the home as my own (with no adverse affects)?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Angelael, you are right -- dirt from the property you wish to acquire is good, as is bringing a bit of your own stuff (such as something of your body, or a small triket) to the property you wish to purchase and burying it there.

tips on what to do for getting your own home.

Unread postby phoenix9 » Thu Sep 29, 2011 10:15 am

I am in a situation where I am currently living with a friend and we have two kids between us...so the house is a bit crowded. Although I am truly grateful for her taking in all of us...I would really like to have my own space. Can anyone please provide any suggestions on what to do to conjure up my own home?

Thanks.

I agree with the previous recommendations. You definitely want to start doing ground work such as getting money and keeping it. Furthermore you may want to use some road opening and/or van van products to open the way for you to get this opportunity to get a house.

Be open to things like buying a foreclosed home, a fixer upper, or a house in a different neighborhood or city. The answer to your prayers doesn't always come in the form you think it will. Work on saving money as Miss Cat suggested and build up your credit, and use the products stars recommended also to open the way. There are a lot of homes for sale right now with motivated owners. If you make an offer, wear some Commanding oil to get the seller to take you seriously.

Re: Looking to purchase home

Bump bump!

I am petitioning Our Lady of Loreto and have a honey jar on the realtor and owner of the home to lower price and help us get into it. One of the candles I burned on the jar had a few tears burn down the side of the jar and the wax from the tears fell onto the flat surface as a heart with a small puddle of wax on top of that. The vigil I did for Our Lady of Loreto started burning well and I wasn't able to monitor it for the last few days of the burn, and when I got back the glass was a little hazy from wax residue, and had a few herbs on the side.

We just went to go see the house today and I know that this home is for us! I have claimed it as ours prior to viewing it, and I found out some info that I will take as signs of my work in progress.

Is there anything that I can do (place on the property or get from it) to keep the connection of the property just between us? We are trying to get this home at a rather vulnerable time for both of us, as there was a life altering circumstance that occurred this past year that compromised the savings we had for a downpayment as well as credit. We can absolutely afford it, it will be cheaper than what we pay in rent now, so I am praying everything turns out in our favor and that those we come in contact with for approval are understanding and helpful.

#1 you claimed it YES! First, go to Lucky Mojo's Crystal Silence League (http://crystalsilenceleague.org/prayerrequests.html) and post a prayer. Second, sprinkle I Can, You Can't sachet powder around the property (http://www.luckymojo.com/products-i-can-you-cant.html) so no one else can purchase it. [mix with some of the local dirt so it wont be seen] If you have some of the oil, dress the door knobs too.

You have a nice ritual going...work it! And of course you could tie the property to you, but, I would wait until at least you have won the bid or have gotten close to a deal with the owner. In this market, people are happy to sell, some are just a little harder to deal with than others. Definitely keep the honey jar going on the realtor and the owner.

I found another discussion (stop-the-sale-of-an-apartment,-and-quickly,-meaning-tonight-t12223.html) ...this may not be applicable to you because you didn't mention someone trying to buy it...but keep this in your notes..

Thank you jwmcclin :D This property has been on the market for more than 90 days so I am very hopeful that we will continue to see favorable movement on it. The personal circumstances of ours is what concerns me most because I know how hard it is to get anything done nowadays with the economy the way it is, but we have good references and payment history on our current place, and I know that doesn't mean squat to mortgage officers nowadays. I pretty much want to bypass all of the extra "counsel" from everyone because I know we are capable of handling this....our landlord can attest for that. Maybe I need to use stuff for finances too, when we go to the bank to try to get the loan, since that is what we REALLY need to buy the house. :geek:

I have thought about spiking the property down with nails, it would be difficult for me to do around the whole proximity of the property because the backyard is gated, but I could definitely do it in the front yard.

Getting This House

Unread postby gladstar » Sun Oct 02, 2011 6:33 pm

I have a found a home in a desirable neighborhood at a rock bottom price. I want this home, but a) I will not have money for down payment for about six months, and b) I don't have the greatest credit in the world. It's not bad, there's just very little of it. How can I keep this house from being sold to some one else, and what can I do to be looked upon favorably by my potential lenders? Thanks in advance!

My husband and I bought our first home in April. We had a tricky situation where we basically got evicted the same week our baby boy was born-awesome. So, I immediately went to my lodestone. Her name is sunflower. She is a specimen sized stone purchased from Lucky Mojo. I wrote my petition and told her "Sunflower! Bri has to find a house, in this neighborhood, that I can afford (and I gave her specific price info) and told her I would make sure she was always fat and happy if she would come through for me. Well, we got the eviction notice the first week of March, found a house down the block that was everything I had asked for PLUS and purchased in April. So I am a big fan of working with a lodestone for any long term attraction/money drawing goals!

Do you have the Realtor's picture? This topic has come up quit a bit in the past few months, I have copied a few discussions here:
Spell to buy a house (spell-to-buy-a-home-t15252.html)
Spells to get a house (spells-to-get-a-house-t2063.html)

Also, you can certainly consider railroad spikes to nail down the property (http://luckymojo.com/railroadspike.html) and Five Finger Grass(http://herb-magic.com/five-finger-grass.html) to get favours granted.

Help Buying Two Acres

Unread postby April » Tue Oct 11, 2011 11:59 am

Hi,

There is a 2 acres that my husband and
I fell in love with. We are buying a modular
home, so now we need land.
Someone else submitted a contract to buy the
2 acres but they have not been approved yet.
They will find out next week if they were approved
For a loan. We really want and need this property
I feel a connection to it. I feel like it's meant for us
not them. I am needing help so that they don't
get approved so we can buy it. We only have 1 week so
I'm hoping to get a spell started asap.bi have a picture of
the property.

Thanks so much

Hi April,

There are several suggestions here on how to "nail" down a property using dirt from that property.

I know there are several other places this has been discussed so you could do a forum search using the keywords dirt and property. You will find some more suggestions.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Hi Duchess :-)

Thanks for your response. Well here is the latest.
Our landlady had agreed to buy our mobile home.
We were going to buy a bigger and new modular
home but she talked to the Palm Harbir General
Manager yesterday and told him that it would take
$20,000 for the repairs in our house. I don't agree
with her, all the house needs is minor work.
She has bought every single mobile home in her
Mobile home community due to forclosures and
bought them back from the lender at a cheap price
and turns around and rents them out.
She would rather our house go into foreclosure
so she doesn't have to pay as much for our home.
We have been here for 11 years. She has
harrassed for petty things and we are sick and
tired of her. We have always paid our lot rent
in time, we mind our own business,we are quiet,
we don't bother anyone, we both work

We were looking forward
to buying a new home and land so we can
build up some equity but it didn't work out.
I'm not sure why this happend , I'm sure it was
for a good reason , perhaps there is a house
out there that is meant for us, only time
will tell.
So that being said, what spell can I use so
she will stop harassing us? I would like to be
invisible to her so she won't bother us any more
I would like for her to be very busy with
other things so she won't notice our presence.

Thanks so much :-)

Down Payment for Horse Farm

Unread postby HorseWorker » Fri Oct 14, 2011 8:50 am

Hello.

My husband and I pretty much lost everything about eight years ago due to a health issue with me. We had each other, and our daughter which was exactly all we really needed. We have slowly and carefully pulled ourselves back up, are now all healthy and well respected in our fields, but we can't seem to get past the financial hurdle of saving for a down payment so we can purchase a few acres to live and run my other business, which is working with abused and neglected horses.

We currently reside (we lease) in a great town, but the cost of living here is astronomical compared to other areas nearby (higher than Princeton), and although we "make enough" and the costs would be cheaper than leasing, we are unable to get a down payment together to purchase.

As any new little bits of money come in, a new expense with living here also comes in, and we've stayed at a balancing game for several years. We own only one car, are quite frugal, but can't seem to get out of the balancing "as it comes in, it goes right back out".

We'd like to see what if anything can be asked and to whom, without anyone getting hurt (some have said to "ask for an inheritance", but I find that horrible to even consider).

I know the Universe has ways of making things happen and we have been preparing for "our small place to call home", we are physically, psychologically ready. We have removed all blocks, but it's just the fact that we can't get a down payment together. There have been several small properties not far from us that have gone on the market, but we can't do anything.

I'm not sure what to do, or who to pray to at this point.

We have worked with guides and hoodoo during these past few years of getting ourselves back up and beyond what we were doing before, and I know that many people are currently struggling and may find offense that I'm "asking for more", but it's not out of greed. I work with horses in the evenings and weekends to help recuperate them after a hard life and some almost from slaughter. To be able to care for them on my own property and watch their daily increases of trust with people and to have happiness back in their hearts...that's what's driving me to want to get a place of our own.

Any spell kits or other spell suggestions would be greatly appreciated~~

Re: Down Payment for Horse Farm to rehab horses

Money Stay With Me is great for cutting down on expenses, especially unexpected emergencies like illnesses, car accidents and breakdowns, etc. You might want to mix some Protection products in with that. Money House Blessing, since real estate is at the center of your concerns, might also be a good addition.

Now, a few spiritual allies: St. Joseph is the patron saint of real estate -- and working folks. St. Martin de Porres is also a patron saint of the working poor, and often pictured with animals living in harmony. And speaking of animals, St. Francis of Assisi is their patron saint.

Hope this helps,

On a more practical level, check your city's economic/neighborhood development office...where I live, there are grants galore for certain things pertaining to real estate and economic development...also, that is considered agriculture, so you may want to check out the department of agriculture as well as the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance online for grants as well. There are TONS of programs out here for this kind of stuff, as grants and donations are how non-profit animal shelters operate! You may want to consider starting a non-profit, you have to research in depth but it is worth it, I hope you find something.

oh, and look into petitioning St. Martin of Tours, he is a horseman, and is very kind and is often petitioned by the poor as well. http://www.luckymojo.com/saintmartinoftours.html

Spell-Casting for Buying and Selling Real Estate

Unread postby Mamah » Thu Oct 20, 2011 12:11 pm

Hi all, this will be my first post and I really need some help. This has been a very troubling time for me because this woman who is selling her home now has a personal problem with me. She is doing any and everything she can to stop me from going through with buying this home. First let me tell you about the property.

It is a beautiful ranch home with 4 bedrooms and it sits on 2 acres with a huge barn! When I saw this home I knew right away that I would be able to grow all of my own herbs and make natural candles from raising my own bees. I see a beautiful garden with all of my favorite veggies and a chicken coop to raise my black cooper marans. I was approved for more than the asking price so i dived in and made the offer. The seller accepted right away and i was informed to get my home inspection done. Well that is where the issue came in at. Two hours into the inspection the seller came home and to her surprise I was a color that she did not agree with. She immediately told me to get out of her house and I better get out now. I was shocked because I was trying my best to be polite to her I was actually happy to meet her and wanted to tell her how beautiful her home was. But she flipped out on me and so I went and stood by my car. My realtor and inspector was floored by her attitude and continued on despite her going crazy and kicking us out.

Its been two weeks and today they are saying she wants out of the deal asap. what can I do?? Do I have any rights. Please help me I want this home so badly and I have put alot of money into trying to get the home.

Thanks!

Keep Property from Being Sold/Get Money To Keep the House

Unread postby mysticguy » Sun Oct 23, 2011 7:58 am

I know I asked this before about 9 days ago and didn't get a reply. Please forgive me if it is repeated or put in the wrong topic board, because I noticed there is a different board index now and didn't know if people answered questions on certain days or times now since I didn't get a reply in 9 days, so please forgive me if repeated or posted on wrong topic board, but I love the changes to the board index with different topics.

A friend of mine saw a nice house that they want to purchase. Which is now $45,000 they were thinking of trying to handle it through the bank to see if it can be settled for a lower amount, but of course they have to get a hold of some form of big money to be able to do that. There also afraid that perhaps someone may quickly buy the house before they do.

What can be done to:

a) Stop the house from being sold so my friend could get it?

b) What would be some good ways for them to bring in a nice amount of money to get the house?

c) If they going past the realtor to just deal with the bank to see about a lower price to get the house and they don't have the certain name that may be handling the home... then what could they use?

P.S. For some reason I visioned railroad spikes, but I think and perhaps I might have been wrong on suggesting that to my friend, because they not trying to nail down their own house they want to get a NEW home and keep it from being sold and they have no grave yard dirt from an ancestor since all of there past relatives are away in other states and they don't want to ask there relatives nor friends to get the dirt for him.

St. Joseph can be petitioned for all real estate matters. Wealthy Way and Money Drawing would help attract money to make the down payment.

Graveyard dirt is not used by everyone in every work. You can certainly do effective work without it.

Re: KEEP property from being sold & GET money to get the house

Unread postby ConjureMan Ali » Wed Oct 26, 2011 9:27 am

A honey jar with Five Finger Grass can help get the banks to work wtih them.

As to keeping the house from getting sold, you can actually collect some of the dirt from the property and work to keep it in the possession of your friend. Another technique is to nail down the property with Railroad spikes and sprinkle with a bit of your friends urine.

What products to use to sell your home?

Unread postby evesbayou02 » Fri Nov 18, 2011 6:46 am

I'm considering putting my house on the market in the spring but given the current economy selling my home may be difficult and take much longer than I want. What combination of products would you recommend in order to sell my home quickly and at the asking price?

Thank you.

Re: Fighting to close on a home! help!!

Its hard to know what legal rights you have because I don't know how far along you are in the process--have you guys signed any closing contracts, have you given any "good-faith" money thus far? If you were getting a inspection then I know you were a serious buyer. I would make a honey jar on her to sweeten her to you, but I would load that honey jar with roots like Master Root and Licorice Root so that she bends to your will and is compelled to sell. Dressing any documents that she needs to sign or handle with a blend of bend over and do as I say sachet powders would be excellent as well.
Good luck!

I Need a Emergency Home-Buying Spell

Unread postby ArchAngel » Fri Dec 16, 2011 6:21 am

Our neighbors want to sell their house. My family very much want to buy it. Then I can live right next to my parent and take care of them and when they get too old for this house, we can just swap!
We have already been to the bank and taken care of the finances. The house is approximately worth $ 350,000, but they want $ 415,000 for it, and wont accept our offer. They claim more than the bank is willing to give us.

Of course, we could buy another, cheaper house, but this is the house we want. Their real estate manager has now put up the house officially for sale, and we are so anxious that someone else with a bigger wallet will come and buy the house right in front of our noses!

I need to do a spell really fast! I live in Norway, and there is no conjure working here, so there is no place i can buy anything. Any suggestions for oils i can make myself? Ordering over the internet will take far too much time, right before the holidays and everything. I am also good with honey jars, but i have only made honey jars to sweeten up relationships and such... never for this. Any suggestions? Anything? please :D?

Our Lady of Loreto is petitioned for buying homes (petitioning-our-lady-of-loretto-to-find-a-home-or-rental-t14909.html)

You can call the shop and ask for a candle to be set for you. Click on the link above for further details. Good Luck!

Here are other recommendations (looking-to-purchase-home-t15024.html)

Hi Bri, and thanks for your reply. Its finally starting to move forward and we have a closing date set towards the end of this month. Can you believe it took this long! I wish I would have saw your post sooner, but its never to late. I am going to order a honey jar kit and get to work. She has been making this whole deal complicated for me, but the lawyers have been on her head and I have been persistent and not willing to back down.
Now I'm worried about what energies will be left in the home after she moves out and me and my children in. Please recommend something for cleansing the home. I keep sage on hand, but I feel I will need more because her negative vibe was extremely strong.
Please wish me luck, my dream is about to come true!!

Hi Mamah,

once you get into that new home, do a full cleansing with Chinese Wash. Go from back to front, one room at a time and then burn a white candle in each cleaned room. You can find more information on that in the following pages:

Keep others from buying MY house

Unread postby kinanoe » Wed Feb 22, 2012 6:50 pm

Hello everyone!

1) There is a house for sale that is my DREAM house. This house has been on the market for a long time. It is bank owned and priced to sell. I think we would be able to get approved for a loan and put a down payment on this house in a few months, but until that time comes, how can I claim this house as mine and keep other buyers from being interested in this house?

2) Also, does anybody have any advice regarding loan-getting? So far I have burned a green candle dressed with money drawing oil. I placed this candle in a ring of powdered sugar to sweeten the banks to me and I prayed that the banks would rip open their money bags and pour the money my way.

Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Prediction/help on house sale

Unread postby Sknydog » Thu Mar 29, 2012 5:31 am

Hi Everyone!
We have had our house on the market for THREE years. It is in a great area, priced below market, we have had it saged, cleared (physically and spiritually), staged, buried a St. Joseph statue, keep it immaculate and have had nine showings so far in 2012. Feedback is great in that everyone loves it but there is so much on the market in this price range. Last September, a well qualified psychic told me she was getting the number 3 on the sale which meant March to her. Well March is almost over and nothing. Can anyone accurately predict the month?? And can you offer advice and help on speeding up this process??
All is greatly appreciated.

While the forum is not for obtaining a reading there are a few ideas that come to mind. Though if you are looking for a reputable reading do check out Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers.

First thought came to me is getting some of Lucky Mojo's Bath Crystals (such as Look Me Over, Fast Luck, St. Joseph, Love Me, Peaceful Home, Attraction are a few that came to mind) and wash the walk way leading up to the house, the front door and the knob, wash into your home praying for the house to be sold.

On the days when there will be a showing, get up early and bake fresh bread and or cookies. These scents are very homely and triggers a lot of pleasent and happy memories for people. ;-)

I know others will have other wonderful recommendations for you! Best of luck. :-)

Winning a Bidding War for a House at a Decent Price

Unread postby vita » Fri May 04, 2012 7:42 am

We have finally found the perfect house after months of looking but a bidding war has moved our dream house out of our price range. I need to work quick, but is there anything I can do to get the house AND at a decent price? I at least need to get the person who made an unreasonable offer to back out. Thanks!

Nailed Down House - Now Want to Move

Unread postby creator27 » Sat May 26, 2012 5:48 pm

Last year I nailed down the house I was renting with regular nails because I wasn't working (I've never been late or missed a rent payment) and the landlord decided they wanted to sell the house. We did not want to move at the time and we werent' in a position to buy the house.

Nailing down the house worked because they did not put the house on the market.

Since then things have gotten better financially, we decided we did not want to buy the house we are renting, and we are in the process of having a new house built. I went to go pull up the nails I put in the ground of the rent house and can't find them.

What can I do to ensure that nailing down the rent house and not being able to remove the nails - does not prevent us from closing, moving into our new home and being happy?

Thanks much for your help with this.

Re: Nail Down House - Now Want to Move

Unread postby starsinthesky7 » Sun May 27, 2012 2:40 am

Well, I would put in some more effort to find the nails. I would at least dig up things within a 1 foot radius as the nail may have moved due to the rain and what not. To me, the nails served their purpose here, and they will not prevent you from moving on to your other house per se. But I would still look for those nails. You may want to call upon St. Joseph to help you find the nails and make sure things go smoothly at the new house.
Thank u St. Martha for everything you have done on my behalf.
Thank u St. Elena! I appreciate your great help.
