Spells for Legal Cases Involving Vehicle Ticket Accident DUI

Re: Dealing with Insurance company after being hit

i am currently living with family , so, i cant burn any of my own candles, they are a strict catholic family and would question Everything. and i also want to respect their Home :)

last december 2010 , as i legally crossed the street , i was struck by a ford truck while he was making a left turn . i was knocked unconscious for a few seconds , broken bones , all that fun stuff . the driver did come out of the truck to check on me but i had to get myself up and out of traffifc ( angels were with me i believe ) and i had to call 911 on my own (cell). he did not lift one finger to assist me . to make a very long story short, i am seeing specialists, MRI's , i have my legal representation, physical therapy etc etc.

my question is whats the best set of LM vigil lights to have set for me? i want to get the most and best out of the insurance settlement and also to make sure the driver doesnt continue to be a weenie like he was that night.

I've also had a car accident issue....

I was stuck by a car, three cars were involved. I hit no one and the car insurance who's car hit me has been willing to work with me however...they totaled my car out (when personally, I think they could fix it) and want to buy it from me...well, I don't have the title because when i leased this car (it was a lemon) I had to make multipul deals with the bank I leased the car from because I had to keep making repairs on it and was unable to make payments. The car has given me so much trouble, I even lost a job because the car was either never starting, or would just die...so I had to keep making repairs...not only that, but it would never pass emmissions because it was ALWAYS having issues...so, I finally got it in decent order, and then THIS happens...well, since I NEVER paid the car off because I WAS BROKE by the time I got it fixed (about 15 different times) the bank just put the car on my credit...so now I need the title...and I told the insurance co. this and they said if they have to pay what I owed to the bank on the car...they wont give me a check for my car so I could get a new one....this is bad because I just moved and I will lose my job (I work 40 miles away) so I get screwed for something that wasn't my fault?

Any advice?

I am sorry to hear about this. Court Case products for your friend. Consider a honey jar to sweeten the judge to her case and light brown candles on that jar dressed with Court Case oil.

For this other person place the judge, their lawyer, and them into a vinegar jar with Inflammatory Confusion products and shake that up while you pray that the judge is soured to them and finds against them.

Got into a car accident and I dont want to lose money!

Unread postby zenrez » Sat Jun 25, 2011 3:55 pm

Hi Everyone,
So I got into a car accident last week because of this idiotic cab driver and the police put the fault on me. I was making a right turn into a street and he swiped me, and now I have to deal with the aftermath. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a spell/oil/ritual I could use to prevent serious loss of money from this situation. I wrote my case to the insurance company and I'm hoping the will hear my plea and not raise my rates. The damage to my car was very minimal but it looks like the other guys car is going to need a bit of work. I have the guys name from the police report so if anyone could recommend something to pull things over to my side, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

If you are posting from within the United States, and were properly insured, than you may be fine by way of a claim being paid depending on many factors including your limits. This is why we pay the premiums for the insurance.
Will your rates go up... it depends... on a lot of off topic things. So here are some Lucky Mojo recommendations:
Money Stay with Me is what you me and everyone should be working (consistently anyway):
http://www.luckymojo.com/moneystaywithme.html
Esscence of Bend Over:
http://www.luckymojo.com/essenceofbendover.html
***It is The Company not the individual (agent) who sold you the policy*** and it is the adjuster not the agent, for the purpose of what you will be writing (just a heads up)
Good Luck!!!

Jwmcclin gave you a great link ( as always!)
We were posting at the same time.
Unfortunately, you are the one that got the ticket after the accident and although the products remain the same initially, in the previous thread it had to deal with a person getting "paid" by an insurance company. In your case You got the ticket. You are on the other side. You are not going to get paid, and you are looking for ways to save money on rates as the result of what happened.
It's the "the other side of the playing field".

First off it's been busy week and a busy day so this will be my last post of the day. Lets see.. how do I answer this with question with professionalism, caring and kindness in tact, I'll start with stating that many of the people that post to The Lucky Mojo Boards (Forum) bring A LOT to the table. They are not only gifted, but they bring invaluable experience in the professional fields as well as their own gifts as practitioners. Do you realize that many people who post here are Nurses, Vets, Psychologists, Attorneys, Insurance Agents, Realtors, SAG Talent, Political Activists, Marketing Directors, Public Relations Experts, Doctors, Ordained Ministers, Social Workers, Activists and the list goes on and on-- and they have been gifted all their lives.

Many of The Members of AIRR are talented in more than one way, as are many of The Forum Mods and many of the Members with 10 posts are talented practitioners trying to HELP people, share their gifts, give advice both professional and common sense along with a combination of what helps the person on the other end in in their time of need.

When people who post here asking for help that is borderline legal advice, it can not be given; it violates a Forum Rule and it is unethical, which is why it takes me a bit to make certain I'm just giving general information. General statements that you could Google yourself and spend a bunch of time on, or we can can hopefully find a way to skillfully write or reply to a topic and post that would fit the needs of others (that they could look up themselves, but it would take a lot of time and the poster might not know what to search for).

We see the problem, we know how to remedy the situation and we give out hearts and our best efforts to promote the Lucky Mojo Curio Company, The Products of Lucky Mojo, The MISC, and The Members of AIRR, along with advice that helps "you".

The Practitioner advice along with the mundane world advice is what is most helpful, in situations like the post you have here.

So The Members as a Whole who post here and take the time to assist with the recommendation of products, real world advice and common sense advice are all some of the Best in the World, which is why this site is so loved, so appreciated and so honored. People give from the heart here, and they take their time to help others in need, and that is a Blessing. They do it with knowledge and recommendations of what they would recommend to their own clients, friends and family. They do it for the love of it and the love of Lucky Mojo.

To finally answer Your question, I know a lot about a lot--Just like other Members. I bring a lot to the table and just want to help you in your time of need, and recommend the right products to you here. I also hope this thread helps others. I hold MANY professional licenses.

In addition there have been times where I have actually called upon a consultant, especially with matters involving a child, for some of my posts along with providing recommendations to products here and also to the proper resolution for that person. I am very dedicated to this site and to giving out proper advice, and I sincerely care about what people post here and need.

I hope this answered your question as to my qualification to post to help You.

Sincerely,

Miss Tammie Lee

I think you should get a sweet jar going. Put the name of your insurance company, five finger grass (for favors), money stay with me, master root, licorice root, and calamus. I would burn a purple candle on top dressed with compelling, or influence oil so that they will not raise your insurance.

I think you definitely use Miss Bri's suggestion in the link above about the insurance money. I have made some adjustments in bold to make it fit for this situation.

Take a purple candle--it can be a figural candle or a vigil light
Anoint it with Bend Over, Fast Luck or van van oil to change your luck as right now it looks like your rates may go up, and Money stay with me oil
Roll the candle in cinnamon, ground calamus and master root or sprinkle this combination onto the top of your vigil candle
Take the logo of your insurance company and the other insurance company as well as the names of the claim adjusters, write your petition for what you want/need and anoint the logos/names with Bend Over oil.
Place the candle on top of the papers, say your heart felt prayer for speedy cooperation and payment, and light.

Minor Car Accident this evening

Unread postby beautiful » Fri Jul 01, 2011 7:12 pm

Went to buy shoes in the shoe store. Came back to the car with my cousin and we backed out. I didn't see a truck which was in my blind spot. They weren't parked correctly too. I had about a two inch line crack and the truck owner was only a line scratch. I took picture of that piece of evident, and the way they are parked which clearly shows how bad their parking is. What ritual can I perform asap to make sure I am the winner of this issue?

You may want to perform a freezer spell on the individual you hit in order to prevent them from going to the insurance company. If they have gone to the insurance company already, I would still use the freezer spell, and burn a purple candle dressed with essence of bend over in order to prevent them from moving further on the matter.

www.luckymojo.com/essenceofbendover.html

For you, I would dress an purple or yellow candle with I Can you can't along with victory and crown of success to successfully beat out the competition.

I have a similar issue, was side swiped by a car, the police wrote me at fault and Im disputing the ticket. The person who hit me is a rude racist (I know this per his remarks while waiting for the police). I want this person not to show up when I dispute the ticket, is their a spell I can use to prevent them from showing up to court? Any suggestions would be helpful

Hi j82,

while there isn't a spell for specifically making someone not show up to court, there is however much work you can for improving the outcome of a case (this may mean that they won't show up, it may mean their testimony will not be considered, it may mean a ruling in your favour - but these are ''may''s - remember that magic may be an ''edge'', but it should be used in conjunction with legal help and not as a substitute for it)

Read through the following thread as it contains lots of advice and links to specific spells you may want to consider: http://www.luckymojo.com/courtcase.html

Depending on how familiar you are with the work and how many supplies you have on hand, a court case spell is a good idea since it comes with all the supplies you'll need to get the good stuff goin' for you: http://www.luckymojo.com/spell-court-case.html

Blessings and best of luck.

Thanks for the advice, MY insurance company is working with me and fighting it also, and I reviewed the link. I was hoping a silence spell or something which makes it easier via if they dont show up i win without the fight. Though I will use the court case products, beef tonge spell from the LM site. For others who happen to end up in similar situations I will keep posted on what I do and the result. Again thank you.

Hi j82,

the closest to a silence spell would be either binding work or - a freezer spell: which I think would be well adapted to your case. Use alum in the work to avoid them slandering you.

The links to information are below:

Minimize consequences of an accident

Unread postby Mister Lee » Thu Jan 12, 2012 10:13 am

My 18 yo daughter had a minor accident a few days ago. She rear-ended the car in front of her. It was a very slow-speed collision, nobody was hurt, our car has some damage to our headlight and bumper, I couldn't actually see any damage to the other car (although it was dark).

The other guy has agreed to get a couple of repair estimates and give us a chance to pay for the repairs, so he doesn't need to make an insurance claim and make our premiums go up. He said he'd try to do it sometime next week.

I'd like to do something to get a favorable outcome, either they tell him nothing's broken, or it's pretty cheap to fix, even if he files a claim, maybe keep our insurance from going up. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I was thinking maybe a honey jar or a vigil candle. What herbs or condition oils would be helpful?

Help my partner avoid penalty points on driver's licnese

Unread postby jayjay » Fri Jan 13, 2012 11:09 am

Hi

I need some help, my partner is about to get more penalty points on his drivers licence, which will lead to a driving ban.

He don't have to go to court for this. He has to plead guilty by post, which is sending back the documents to the court with his plea. and they will decide what to do.

I really need it to work because a ban will really put a damper on things so i need them to rule in his favor where they will just give him a fine

1) I was thinking of using the court case powder on the documents in order for them not to ban or give him any more points.

2) I also was thinking to use the ammonia jar spell.

3) I also intend to purchase a court case candle from the Lucky Mojo and let them burn it in the Missionary Independent Spiritual Church also.

Am i on the right track?

Thank you in advance

Never mind.

I cut two candles in half and made a green/brown candle, dressed it with Van Van oil and rolled it in sumac and tobacco, then burned it over a petition paper and the seal of Eligos (do we use goetic seals like we use the solomanic ones?)

1) This is good; add sumac berries for "mercy of the court."

2) I personally am not fond of this spell and don't use it, so i have no advice for you on this one. I would use a sugar or honey jar on the judge or departmental administrators.

3) This is a good idea. Be sure that the candle is lit at MISC for at least 24 hours before they receive the paperwork.

Good luck!

Thank you so much for replying catherine yronwode. i really appreciate it but

1) How do i use the court case powder on the documents that i have to send back to them, also can i use some on the licence because that has to be sent in to with the documents.

2) what should i add sumach berries to, was it to the powder and can i get it from the LM.

3)i don't know the names of the judge or the administrator so could or should still use the sugar or honey jar spell

and is there anything i need to do

Thank you

1) If you have not worked with sachet powders before, you should familiarize yourself with them here, at this "Hoodoo in Theory and Practice" wweb page:

http://luckymojo.com/powders.html

2) Yes, grind them up and add them to the powders. I posted a picture of a Lucky Mojo packet of Sumac Berries with an "add to cart" button above. You can click the "add to cart" button and it will add the item directly to your online shopping cart at Lucky Mojo.

3) Yes, simply put into the sugar or honey the name of the department. We sell a pre-made Court Case Honey jar spell, by the way:

That all sounds good, as far as using the seal of Eligos, I would say that depends on whether or not you have a working relationship with that spirit.

This month I have been pulled over 3xs for the dumbest things. First my tint "was too dark" (its factory set). Then because I was 2 seconds too short at a stop sign then for going 3 miles over the speed limit. I have never in my life been stopped before this. I was thinking about using law keep away on my car but am unsure how to apply it. Thanks

Court case help - No judge or court date yet

Unread postby nana664 » Tue Apr 03, 2012 8:05 am

My son got a couple of DUIs (alcohol) while he was going through depression. He's doing much better now, but needs to take care of those charges soon. The problem is that he's now a single father, because the mother walked away. I know that I should consult a rootworker and I will, but not all rootworkers do law work. I know that I don't have the skill to handle this on my own.

Is there anything that can be done to help this to go in my son's favor? I don't know what judge will eventually hear this because he hasn't gone to court yet (I wish they would lose his file or something). If my son does hard time in jail, my grandson might go into the system. Thank you.

Any advice at all? This is the second message that I have posted that has gone unanswered. I wonder if there's a problem with my account.

This forum is run by volunteers, no one gets paid to answer questions here. There is no problem with your account, you simply need to learn patience, you posted your question April 3rd, its now only April 4th. I'd answer your question, but Court Case work is not an area I specialize in, nor do I have much experience with situations like your son's. Good Luck to you both.

Law Keep Away is more suited to this purpose. Money Stay With Me is to hang on to your money. Since you already got a ticket, Court Case is what you need to possibly get it reduced or removed.

DUI

Unread postby shelbert » Mon Nov 18, 2013 1:31 am

Greetings to all,
I really need advice on a matter. In advance I'm by no means justifying drinking and driving. My brother was involved in an accident where he received a DUI. He is going through a divorce and has been feeling sorry for himself so his buddies begged him to get out tailgating. Well he decided to get behind the wheel and drive (bad bad choice). He ended up hitting a car and destroyed his car and the other car and don't have insurance. So he is facing, dui on his license, paying for the car involved and his also as well as getting back and forth to work. Bad choices bring about severe consequences. He normally don't put his self at risk like that. I will like to help him out of this rut he is in. What can I do yo assist him magically? He has just started to snap back financially from the split up from his wife and boom this happened. I do not condone what he has done. But it seems as if this bad thing happened to a good person. HELP ME PLEASE help

Thanks in advance,
shelbert

I'm sorry about your brother. When it rains, it pours ... right? Help him get passed this by cleansing his home ( and himself ). Chinese Wash, Van Van, & Pine-sol would be my cleansing product of choice for the house ( but that is personal preference ). Tell him to at least use Epsom Salt in his baths - a capful of Chinese Wash would help too.

You could burn a Cast Off Evil Candle for him and a Road Opener to remove bad influences and any blockages. Van Van is also good for turning bad luck into good. Those are just some ideas which popped into my head. Hope they help. Best wishes! ;)

Re: Spells for Legal Cases Involving Vehicle Ticket Accident DUI

Unread postby poeticone » Mon Nov 18, 2013 11:37 am

I successfully used Lucky Mojo oils along with candle work to help a friend who was in a similar situation. He was facing multiple felony charges, jail or rehab time, etc. from multiple arrests in a short time period and ended up getting off pretty lightly with a few misdemeanor convictions and no jail or rehab time.

I focused mainly on keeping him healthy and sober.

I used Court Case, Cast off Evil (as alcoholism is an evil that possesses people,) Cut and Clear (to cut and clear the court mess from his life), Clarity, and Blessing oils; usually 2-3 at a time in novena or 50-hour candles.

I used multiple candles; since they were not from Lucky Mojo I will not disrespect the forum by getting into details.

I did petition St. Lazarus and kept my promise at the end; I donated money to a hospice named after him and got a statue for my home as promised. I found St. Lazarus prayers online. Typically I will say the traditional prayer/novena three times and add my own prayers.

Psalms 35 and 37 were also incorporated.

DUI Charges

Unread postby lonewolfinc » Mon Aug 11, 2014 3:11 pm

Hello All!

I am new to the forum and a beginner in hoodoo. I have read thoroughly the threads and have already set some of the suggestions in motion for my situation.

What is going on is that I am being accused of a DUI and I wasnt even intoxicated. I had admitted I had only a few beers, but that was it and I was fine to drive, as a few hours had passed. It is assumed that this happened because a "friend" was mad at me for a confrontation I had with her (in which she was bad mouthing me) and I confronted her about it so she decided to tell the cops I was drunk (when I wasnt).

Anyway, I have so far, employed the beef tongue spell and put the names of the officers, prosecutors, etc. and anyone else in the tongue with the ingredients and put it in the freezer.

I also have Nino de Atocha candles burning daily and have a jar that has black poppy seeds, black mustard seeds and tobacco along with a petition to have the case dismissed, to cause confusion amongst those against me, etc.

I pray Psalms 35 and 37 daily as well, in addition to praying the novena to Nino de Atocha and Justo Juez and Saint Anthony.

I also have a little drawstring bag in which I have the following herbs in it: high john root, agrimony, angelica root, 5 finger grass, lemon grass, hyysop, devil shoestrings, slippery elm, black poppy seeds, black mustard seeds, cloves, anise, lodestone. I have anointed it with fiery wall of protection oil and fast luck oil. I have several other ingredients and oils, etc. left over that was used for the beef tongue spell such as alum, sulfur, cayenne pepper, red pepper, etc.

I have also hired legal counsel, etc.

This Friday, I will be appearing for the arraignment.

Is there anything else I can do to possibly get the case dismissed or to have things sway in my favor?

I know calendula flowers and celandine is great, but I havent had any luck finding it anywhere, I may have to order it online from Lucky Mojo.

I plan on buying some cascara sagrada and possibly see if I can find some low john root and Court Case oil before Friday.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all.

DUI Charges

Unread postby j82 » Mon Aug 11, 2014 3:21 pm

Sorry for your troubles.

Lots of people get wrongfully accused and harassed by cops.

Work with what you have but I would order the LM court case spell kit which comes with a mojo and the john root to chew while at court. You will plead not guilty this week and have a date set and can have the lawyer change it till you get the kit.

I would also put the ex girl in a freezer spell to shut her up, I like a lemon to sour them in water mixed with crossing bath water froze in a jar with her name in between the lemon and pinned shut with 9 pins. I also would do the same to the cop who did this to you as well.

Burn a crown of success candle for the lawyer who is supporting you.

Unfortunetly but the laws in America on driving intoxicated are slanted to support a cop not you. Meaning you can get a dui if you are above the level, but if you blow anything at all, a cop can charge you with impaired driving. What was your BAC ? that will help with getting this dismissed.

Another note I love using stop gossip when working with court cases that involve liars or troublemakers it and slippery elm work wonderfully to shut them up.

DUI Charges

Unread postby lonewolfinc » Thu Aug 14, 2014 2:37 pm

Hello all,

Well I went to see my attorney yesterday and I will not have to appear tomorrow, Friday afterall. I did want to point out that it looks like the work I have done so far is starting to show some results, small, but still. I noticed that they got some information wrong on my profile and background and though it was just a small mistake (it was repetition of dates, etc.) it still is a sign that the black poppy seeds and mustard seeds are wielding confusion in those working this case against me : ) They still havent had the results of the BAC blood test and its been about 5 weeks now since this incident happened. I have started a honey jar on the judge that will preside over this case and it turns out, this judge's son had a DUI situation himself a few years ago! It looks like things are gonna go well and I will continue to do work and look forward to purchasing and receiving and working with LM products. I have read alot of the reviews on the items used and everything looks great and positive! I cant wait to see how this all turns out. Thank you all! I will keep updating as new developments arise. Blessings and love to all!

^arent they supposed to give you a breathlyzer? why would they believe some random person's word?

anyway good luck I guess

I personally dont give advice when it comes to DWI/DUI. I tend not to have pity when it comes to such things. cabs are everywhere.

last month my sister's best friend lost her 9 year old daughter coming from her 9th birthday party to a drunk driver. Of course the SOB lived. I have every intention on helping the family put the person UNDER THE JAIL by the help of LM

Good Job Lonewoldinc,

If they don't have the blood work yet it sounds like they lost it, that is normally a 3-5 day turn around. I am surprised they charged you with something without the evidence..tisk tisk.. that works in your favor as well. If they charged a DUI but the blood shows its below they will try and settle but your lawyer can ask for an acquittal based on the evidence. Keep the work up, dont stop till you get the dismissal! It may take a few months but its worth every effort!

Sarafina,

I am sorry for the loss of your friend and her family. Clearly people with issues exist and need to be stopped, clear example. Lonewoldinc was accused by an ex girl then cops came to him. Not exactly the same situation.. Many LM product work to help people who are accused of crimes they didnt commit or is based on slanders and lies, ( and why not after all God would not support a judgement against a person falsely. If you plan to work against this person I would start now, not when the court date is as by then all the evidence is collected plea deals made etc. You want to cross him up so he gets bad representation, king solomon on the judge to make a wise righteous decision, use court case on the family to win in criminal and civil court.

Hello, lonewolfinc,
Congrats on your work.
It appears to me that if the reports are so messed up, an attorney could argue for this in your favor (in other words attorney could argue that they are confused).
Just my thoughts.
