Hi Ya'll

I LOVE your oils they smell and look great and always make me smile when I look at your pretty labels. I have a question and hope that it's ok to ask this here in public I'm a little shy about it but here goes
Is it ok to use Lucky Mojo oils down there if you know what im saying I want to dress my husband on his privates and want to make sure he'll be ok if i do hehehehe.

While none of Lucky Mojo's oils are hypoallergenic, some are specially formulated for use on delicate areas: Lucky Swastika oil (masculine) and Lucky Clover oil (feminine). Other LM oils may also be ok for such applications, but please do consider mixing them with a massage-type oil or lotion to reduce the risk of irritation. In any case, it is probably a good idea to test the oil you want to use ahead of time on a small patch of skin in a less sensitive area and wait 24h or so to see if any irritation / burning sensation develops.

Just keep in mind that some fabrics may be harmed by the addition of oil. Though this can certainly be done with a small amount of oil in a pinch, Lucky Mojo bath crystals are a much more suited product for this application.

Just wondering if it is okay to use dressing oils as a perfume oil to wear? Some of them smell very good-If I annoint myself with the oil it have the same effect as if I had used the oil during a ritual? For example- attraction oil-?

I have an awesome rob I wore when I did my wiccan spell work and want to wear it while doing all myspells with my LM products when I do the spell kit and lite the matching candle for this specific intent would washing the robe and everything else I am wearing that night in the matching bath crystals help.

Hi ArchAngel,

It is always advisable to test a small amount of the oil on a small area of one's skin before applying it more extensively--none of Lucky Mojo's condition oils are hypo-allergenic for all people, although a couple (Lucky Swastika and Lucky Clover) are formulated for massage. One can dilute most LM oils in a carrier oil (any massage-type oil) to make them milder on the skin.

I've been purchasing the already dressed candles from Lucky Mojo-- and love them but it would be great to just have oils on hand to dress my own..

I would say start out with one or two oils from each of the major families. Lucky Mojo does have the 12 for 10 special; not a bad deal if you want to make sure you have all your bases covered. I would start with Attraction, Love Me, Money Drawing, Money Stay With Me, Uncrossing, Blessing, Cut and Clear, Cast Off Evil, Clarity, and Van Van. That leaves two for you to customize to your usual causes. Let us know what you choose, I think this is a really good idea for a thread!

Hi LMFan,

If I may suggest, I think Special Oil No. 20 is a great one since you are planning to incorporate the oil into candle magic. Special Oil No. 20 is an all-purpose candle dressing oil and smells amazing! You should also have a wide range of candle colors to cover all of your needs. If money is an issue, start with white candles. I also like 7-day candles best as they are enjoyable to dress. If you were to by a bunch of oils I would humbly suggest: High John the Conqueror, Lodestone, VanVan, Fast Luck and Attraction as these are pretty versatile and cover many magical needs.

What is Van Van Oil? I see that alot.. and also the Queen Elizabeth, what is that used for?

Well Van Van is used for a lot of things; for luck, to anoint talismans and lucky charms,and spiritually cleaning ones home are what I use it for but I'm sure you could you it for other things. Now Queen Elizabeth is a root used mostly for love work when one wants a man. I've heard of people making it into a pendulum as well but have never done so myself.

I like topping everything off with Crown of Success.

If it is a love mix, I like Come to Me, Love Me, and Stay with Me/Look Me Over. Really depends on what you are doing. I like a hint of King Solomon's Wisdom oil in love oils with the Crown of Success.

If it is a money mix, I like Wealthy Way, Prosperity, and Money Stay with Me. Again, a bit of Crown of Success.

Really depends on what you are mixing.

I always love wearing my oils as perfumes when working with on specific things. I wear a money-drawing oil with intentions of drawing money to me and when I go out to apply for jobs. I feel that the scent of the oil is magical as well as the herbs and oils that produce that scent. So when the people I talk to smell that, I believe that is another way of working the magic to bring me prosperity. And I have had good results doing so.

To clarify the issue of whether dressing oils are "bad for the skin" -- there are many uncut essential oils which have mildly to greatly irritating effects on the skin of almost everyone (Cinnamon essential oil is an example), and a few which have irritating effects on the skin of some people but not others (Lavender Essential oil is an example) -- but Lucky Mojo dressing oils are not made of uncut essential oils -- the essentials are diluted to skin-safe level in a neutral carrier oil, such as Almond oil, Olive oil, or Mineral oil (depending on the individual formula). They are therefore skin-safe for most people -- but they are not hypo-allergenic, which means that people with known skin allergies should test them before use, just as they would have to test out any skin lotion, shampoo, or soap.

Furthermore, what i have written above about Lucky Mojo ritual oils does NOT apply to all *other* brands of conjure oils. Some brands are made with toxic diethyl phthalate (look it up at google) or may be laced with synthetic scents that are not skin-safe.

I sometime wear them on the skin too. if you are sensitve to the oil, you might want to try the powder instead. they smell just as good and the smell are quite lasting too. I often sprinkle some on the bed when I lay new sheets, and the dreams I get all the time, is profound, (if you know what I mean)

Whenever you use the conditioning oils, the intent is there to begin with. Lucky Mojo's oils are all prayed over and the intent is in the bottle. For example, Come to Me is a love oil and the intent is you get who you desire.

It's a matter of thinking of the oils as more than just a fragrance.

Hi Sharona,

While, as Mary pointed out, Lucky Mojo oils are all prayed over with intent during their manufacture, it still makes sense to personalize your intent for them when using them as a personal scent. This may be done by praying over the entire bottle / packet, or just over the portion of the product that you are using at that time. Once prayed over, you would then apply the product as you usually do.

This is something I am going to be doing on a regular basis now. for many reasons never thought about it, like healing oils applied every night prior to sleep.

I have one more question: Is using an oil better than or different or same as using the bath crystals? This is very importsnt to me.

It is simply another form of the same spiritual preparation. Oils are easier to rub on the skin, on wax candles, on wood, metal, or leather -- but they stain paper and they may stain cloth. I have a question, i have read, that when dressing yourself with any of the oils, such as with Come to me Oil, Follow me Boy etc, you basically put it on your whole body, going upwards. Then I have also read, that you can just dab a bit on your forehead or even in your hair. Can someone please tell me which way is the correct way, or does it not matter?

The general recommendation is to anoint yourself from toes to knees and then fingers to elbows to draw something.

If working for love, private areas are usually anointed as well.

Then we come to variations:

A Crowning (with King Solomon Wisdom or Crown of Success) is done exclusively on the head.
Blessings usually include feet, hands, breast bone, back of head and crown of head.
Foot washing is usually followed by anointing the feet.

Some modern practitioner, who are familiar with the chakric system usually anoints the appropriate chakra (heart, sexual and root chakras for love).

For more ways check out "Golden Sercrets of The Mystic Oils" by Anna Riva.
She uses different names than those of the Lucky Mojo Brand, but if you find a trick you like, we can recommend the equivalent LM oil.

What do you do if you have super sensitive skin and can't tolerate the oils too well without getting a rash? Even diluted oils get to me and I'm allergic to a lot of the oils out there - even carrier oils like mineral oil. I've always thought that you only had to anoint your head or your hands. This is the first time I've heard of putting it other places. How long do you have to keep the oil on?

Dusting yourself with the powders can be done in the same way, yes. For love I would dress heart and private areas as well.

Most of the Lucky Mojo carrier oils are Almond based, not mineral oil. Other brands out there use mineral oil as a standard and add phtalates to make the oil smoother, which can trigger allergic reactions.

Should the Essential oils be the problem, try dilluting with almond oil, try a powder or to smoke yourself very lightly with the incense.

You don't necessarily need to put oils directly on your skin--many work just fine when applied lightly over clothing. That said, some oils are traditionally applied to specific parts of the body-- Fear Not to Walk Over Evil to the feet, Crown of Success and King Solomon's Wisdpm to the head, etc.

If you are intending to use love oils in the context of a monogamous, committed relationship, you might find formulas such as Dixie Love, Adam and Eve, or Fire of Love more to your liking. Cleo May is formulated for the working girl who wants to draw generous clients (whether in the sex industry or otherwise); Come To Me is most often used to draw new love (whether a known or unknown person). In contrast, Dixie Love, Adam and Eve, and Fire of Love are all formulated to promote love and passion between partners who are known to each other and serious about each other. Stay With Me is another attraction formula that is formulated for known, current partners.

Hi all,

Would it be good to mix condition oil into a bottle of unscented hair oil to incorporate it into your work?

If it is, then how much should one blend in and should it be with all the herbs in the bottle or strained before adding?

You can certainly add condition oil to unscented hair oil, as far as proportions that is up to you, when I am blending oils I want to make sure I get the scent, that's what tells me how concentrated I need to make the blend.

If you are doing this as a sneaky trick then you certainly do want the herbs to give you away. If you are doing it for your own personal use then you can keep the herbs or not, I would strain them out but that's me, and I do not use hair oil on a regular basis, so I defer to those with more experience on this one

You can also add drops of condition oil to shampoo and conditioner as well.

Nope, not a sneaky trick

Just a way to add some magic to my daily regimen instead of having to dab the oil on my hair after I get all dressed. Hopefully the condition oil will have the effect of energizing the rest of the hair dressing making it one supercharged can of goop that will work to "bring me what I want" lol... (thinking attraction oil or come to me... or something of that nature).

I've been looking at the hair products and I'm wondering if they can be given as a gift to someone with some sort of dressing/blessing that the hair product will help me dominate their head. The bergamot hair dressing seems like it could be used for domination, but could one of the pomades be fixed for domination? Also, I know those products are traditional for African-American folks, but are they suitable for the type of hair texture of someone with Native American and Mexican heritage?

You can put an of the oils in any hair product. I use the oils on the ends of my hair with great results. Do you what type of hair care products your target uses? I would put some dominating types of oils in that.

You know, I can't remember exactly what he uses, but he's into the rockabilly look, so he slicks his hair back and I guess he uses something for shine. He was using some salon products, but I can't remember the brands anymore. I think he will appreciate the real vintage packaging and I was going to wrap it up with some other retro rockabilly things for a birthday gift.

In theory though, the fixed hair products will help me dominate his head, correct?

I am not too sure how to phrase the topic. Admin, feel free to change it accordingly to something more suitable. There is a lot of talk and work that goes on with oils. My question is how long does it last? Let's say I get some Follow-Me Boy and I place it on door knobs and spoons and my hands and the boy does indeed follow me as expected. Does this only work as long as the oil is in contact with his skin or essence? Is the spell gone when he washes up? Does this mean I need to anoint the objects again prior to each visit?

If this is indeed the case, can I just take a one dram vial and mix his hair with the follow-me oil with my petition as I seal it and I can call it good for a while? Is this something I can anoint a photograph of him with the Follow-Me Boy as well and keep it under my mattress and have another longer lasting effect? I am not trying to get minimal work out of the oil and maximum result, I am just trying to understand the oils better.

The little tricks that you are talking about (oiling a doorknob or a spoon) are household tricks that need to be repeated with regularity. Just like feeding your man your menstrual blood--that is something that many women do every time they have their period, so think of it like that, as a regular, recurring cycle. Getting the formulas in touch with your target's physical self is one of the best ways to influence the outcome, which is why many folks are fans of a variety of sneaky tricks that involve replacing, say the target's talcum powder that they put in their shoes every morning with half normal talcum powder and half formula sachet powder. Other similar tricks involve adding an oil or oils to bath/shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc. That way you get a two-fer: regular, repeated, usage on the part of the target and lots of contact with the target's body.

Now with that said, putting your guys hair in a full dram bottle of LMC oil is basically a bottle spell and you can't just put the hair in there and walk away and never think about it again. A bottle spell is one kind of container spell, honey jars are a special kind of bottle spell, a mojo bag is a special kind of container spell. Both of those topics have been discussed extensively in the forum and if you do a search you will see that in both cases you must work the honey jar or mojo bag on a regular basis. Same goes for a bottle spell, you could use the oil that way, but you are still going to need to work the bottle. Saying your prayers, stating your wishes and desires, etc.

My cousin brought some Lm oils, she brought fast luck, five finger grass and lucky hand . She mixed the oils together put them on and said this prayer but she didn't use any candles or anything like thatand she has been lucky lately. I asked her if she had done anything else and she said no but I always thought that you had to do a spell with like burning candles in order for the oils to work, so my question is do the oils just work by themsevles? Because I've seen on the site when your reading about the products it tells you what you need for the spells.

Oils have a power to themselves - the power that comes from each of the herb, root, and any minerals that make up the formula. Each oil is also prayed over by the practitioners at LM before they are set out for sale, so they are already magically active.

That being said, they are active in a general way that is related to whatever formula that you're using. You still need pray or do other work to make the effect the specific one that you are wanting.

For instance I like to use Love Me oil on items that I'm selling. The Love Me oil comes magically active to cause feelings of attraction. I personalize the effect by praying and working for that attraction to work on a retail level, rather than a sexual one.

So the oils work on their own - but they are more powerful if you work WITH them to get the exact effect you're looking for.

But sometimes I just wear Fast Luck as a personal scent without any specific intent, just to see how the day unfolds with that magic in my energy. It's always interesting!

Hi all

I dress myself regularly with LM oils, and have realised that my skin (especially my hands, which I use to anoint myself) feels a lot softer and smoother after use.

I have dry-ish hair, and the oils smell sooo good- so I was wondering if it would be alright to apply a little through my hair?

My boyfriend's fond of sniffing my hair, so all the better for putting love-type oils on, too!

What do you guys think?
