It's a fifty cent bet minimum (making it the cheapest game), and the draw is daily. The win is never more than $500, though. The only thing that makes it different from old time Policy is the draw of numbers is not as large (0-9). However, this puts your chances, if you pay attention to statistics, at 1:8, if you go with the easiest set of options. Aunt Sally's Dream Book products would be OF ENORMOUS HELP with this game.
I'm mildly obsessed with the lottery games, and I play with very rigid systems and personal rules. For instance, I only buy scratch tickets when it's the last one on the roll, no exceptions. Personal superstitions!
