Changing an Order / Making Addendum to Order?

Hello LM staff!
I placed an order today and not all of the information in my special notes area seems to have transcribed. Hope this is an appropriate place to make the necessary addendum...

I ordered the "Attraction" spell kit -- the work I am doing is for money -- would it be possible to substitute a green 7 knob candle for the white? If not, no problem! I also wanted to request the sheet of parchment that's free for the asking with a spell kit order...free is nice!

I will follow this post for a reply and very much look forward to receiving my order.

This forum is not the way to reach the shop. It is run by volunteers, many of whom do not work for Lucky Mojo.

Please send your message concerning your order to our back-office order-takers, to Angela or Alicia at

order@luckymojo.com

or telephone the shop between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pom Pacific time and ask to speak to either of them.

I just completed a purchase this evening and I forgot that I also needed some deer's tongue. Is it possible to add on that to my purchase? Who should I call and speak to about this if possible?

You need to cancel the order asap and reorder, otherwise if you call the shop they will tell you that they cannot add on. Instead they will tell you that you need to place a different order for that one item, which will cost more money for shipping. There is no charge for cancelled order if you catch them soon enough. At least that has been my experience in the past. GL.

The Lucky Mojo staff rocks! I ordered a bunch of herbs but didn't realize I could qualify for the 6 herb special. When my order arrived, I looked at the invoice and found that LM edited my order to give me the 6 herb special price so I saved $3! Thank so much for watching out for your customers!

Multiple orders

Is it bothersome or weird when a customer places an order or two while a previous one(s) is in processing? Things have been coming up this month which I have an LMCC product in mind to help with it. But its like I didn't know I needed the product until maybe like a week or two after I placed an order.

No, on the contrary, we prefer a series of orders over an attempt to add on to an order! Each order is tracked with its own invoice number, so they will not become mingled.
