Walnut Leaves

Hi All,
I have a question regarding Walnut Leaves. I live in an area that does not grow or carry Walnut Leaves at all. The health food store carries a tinature, capulses (but they also include wormwood) and apparantly no teas that have black walnut or any other type of walnut. Could a tinature be used in place of the actual leaves. Also is there a significance in the hulls vs the leaves.

You can solve that issue completely by just buying them from LuckyMojo, ya know, the company who's forum your currently posting to?
