I rent my home and the owners of the house live in Greece and they want to sell the house. The for sale sign is in front of the house. I plan on cleaning up my credit so that I can get approved for a loan to buy the house. So I wanted to know what could I do to make someone not want to buy it or find the house attractive. I nailed the house down last year when I first moved in and that helped tremendously (there are so many times I've could've been thrown out with my 9 year old daughter for not having the rent on time but the nails and the Lord helped it from happening) but now I have to save it we love this house.

I lost my job in February and I have been struggling since, I was able to pay my bills with some money I had saved and taxes, but I have been unsuccessful with finding a job after millions of applications, so now I have been served papers for eviction and child protection service has been called since I'm on the verge of being homeless, I have tried everything from petitioning st Jude, st martin I just recently got a cos mojo hand to help with jobs and money. And I plan on doing a 13 day bath, but what should I do to help prolong this eviction because I have no where to go.

I got a call today saying my check for rent is nsf, but it wasn't refused for that. We have an account that requires checks to be preapproved, which I did. They are also asking for $155 in fees to be paid with the rent in a money order. Our complex is owned by a huge corporation so working with tenants is a foreign concept to hem. We live on SSI & barely have enough for our medications & paper products. We just don't have it. In the past they have asked me to find out what happened & I took care of it. We are seniors disabled with no funds to move or help to do so.

I usually burn sage & reversing candles during Mercury retrograde but it's back in standard orbit. Now that the moon is waning I would normally do an uncrossing spell, but this is different. I have until Sunday morning to get it in without eviction proceedings.

What can I do to get them to accept a gradual pay on the fees, drop the three day & take a replacement check, or to get help from someone else? Neither of us have parents that are alive, or relatives that care.

I also need something from keeping our rent from skyrocketing when our lease is up in August. We have section 8 vouchers, but it's just not enough.

What oils, candles, or powder can I use to deal with the property managers? I don't want to get evicted over something that isn't my fault. Basically I refuse to pay late fees so she took my rent money and added it toward late fees. Therefore I am late on rent which adds more late fees to my account. I do believe that's against the law in Texas so I don't mind going to court. However I don't want to lose my apartment since i have no where else to go and I am currently not working.

Hi all.

I'm back here once again prayed for stability got a landlord I thought was great.
Been in my home for 2 years and the landlord promised it was long term. Now he wants me to move Me and my 3 children out so he can move in his teenage daughter and boyfriends. What can I do to change there minds are renew my tenancy again for another year.
I'm doing a honey hat and sugar bowl.
I've nailed the property do I need to pray over them again? Please advise is needed i have until June to get him to change his mind. I need more time to save for my home I want to buy. Moving my children again is too unsettling for them

I'm very sorry you're in the middle of this stressful situation. I'd recommend working a skull candle on the landlord; dress a white skull candle with calamus root chips, Commanding oil and Influence oil, and write a petition paper telling him to rent the property to you for another year. I am but days away from what I can only describe as a financial crucifixion by my landlord.

After a series of traumatic and long lasting events (that took a considerable toll on my mental health) I was put into, as well as walked into a situation in which I am almost entirely helpless. I have no job, no money, no hope and this home is my dream and was also my adopted mothers dream home. (I am convinced as she described the dreams including it vividly)

She has since passed away and I have been unable to stay on top of every thing. My mental and physical health plummeted and down too went my will to strive and to live in such harsh and unforgiving circumstances. I fell in love for a short time but have since been told nasty things by him and am again left with no support system, no escape from a prior abusive relationship including his family members, and losing my home. They took me from being one month behind to now owing over 3,100$ overall knowing I am not gainfully employed at this time and taking into no account my health or well-being.

My girls are with close acquaintances, (I hesitate to call them friends with their recent badmouthing and lack of sympathy whatsoever) and safe but it will kill them to not have this house to come home to. It will kill me to lose it and cause not only my family but two more families to lose all of thier belongings! Please please help!!! I think I've been hexed!!!! There must be something I could do to catch just one little break!!! Its all I need to draw strength to go forward from, seeing as taking my own life has been a constant plagueing thought no matter how I try to fight it.

My mental health has been at an all time low and although I try my hardest to maintain a positive attitude and be reminded of the laws of manifestation and abundance it is as though I'm cursed! I've not practiced magic in years But I have always held to the belief that all things are possible in this wildly miraculous world we live in and now I'm placing my faith, and my life, in its hands!!!

I am so sorry to come to you like this today but I am desperate and on my knees, I'm out of hope and I'm out of options, please, tell me what to do because I will do anything to ensure that this home stays secure and my girls have a place and a mommy to come home to!!!

HI All. I am not sure where to start with this situation, so I would appreciate help.

The apartment complex of my son, his girlfriend and friend started eviction proceedings after they were given verbal permission to get new people in to take over the lease. They were not told to pay while doing this, my son brought me in and I told her to talk to me about anything. She took my information and agreed to call me.

Today someone showed up at the apartment with a maintenance crew (for muscle) and tried to convince my son to move out or they would destroy his credit and all this garbage. He called me,she tried to tell me the same thing and I told her if she ever did that again, I'd file harassment charges. They aren't even doing things legally.

My problem is how to make them (barring involving the police) to leave them alone, stay away from the apartment (as well as my son) and let the legal process take its course? We were trying to get out of the lease the right way, but now she messed with my kid and I won't stand for that. TIA

Hi all. I am having an issue. I ripped out the carpets of my apartment, but before I did so I contacted the building and ask them to remove the carpets because its giving me breathing issues. I have medical documents, and was prescribed puffers. They were not removing the carpets despite me asking them. Now they are coming up with a bill for $5500, and they want to evict me. I started a sweet jar using white sugar, printed out the logo of the landlord and tenant board, and dressed it with court case oil, and Influnece oil. I also dressed my petition with those oils. I filled the jar up with sugar while stating my petition, and then drizzled more oils on top and closed the lid. I have a dressed white candle lit on top. Is this good? What else should I do?

My sister moved out of our two bedroom apartment in June and my bf has been living with me in violation of the lease. She put me in a very difficult position by moving out when she did because I was in rehab at the time. I was waiting for my bf to get a job before asking to have him added to the lease. My sister threatened to tell the landlord (which she would totally do) so I tried to get out ahead of it and ask the landlord if he can move in. My bf is going through the final stages of a job offer process so he isn't technically employed yet. The landlord at first said that he doesn't qualify but is now thinking about it. We are pretty much screwed if he says no because we both have bad credit and I was very lucky to get this apartment. Aside from being furious at my sister, I'm sick with worry that we will get kicked out.

I currently have a honey jar going on the landlord. I wrapped a petition in Five Finger Grass and Licorice (I'm out of Calamus) and covered it in honey. I've been burning candles with Influence oil on the jar. I also petitioned St. Jude for the landlord to allow my bf to stay here. I am almost out of Influence oil - is it ok to use Boss Fix on the honey jar candles? I figure it has similar influencing and compelling herbs in it and he is sort of like a boss of sorts. I also nailed down the four corners of my home with regular nails dipped in my urine because I don't have any railroad spikes.

Anything else I can do? Thank you.

You can also burn a candle over the petition paper, then when its done, stick the petition in your shoe and walk on it as you talk to the landlord to influence him to do as you ask.

I'm a big fan of skull work, especially for cases like these. I would suggest working with a black skull candle dressed in confusion products (oil & sachet powders). Dress a petition which you will load inside the skull or underneath the plate upon which you will place your skull candle. You can also load the skull itself with herbs and pray for the confusion of your landlord when it comes to this matter.

Black isn't always used for cursing. It also dispels negativity. In this case, it isn't exactly evil work but it ain't good work either. At any rate, if what you intend to do, if successful, could potentially cause him trouble with a superior like the owner of the property for example so in essence what you are wanting, although not meaning ill will, will possibly cause that. Therefore, in my opinion, this classifies as a curse. if it is it makes you feel more comfortable, you should purchase a white one and pray for a harmless outcome.

If you are totally uncomfortable with the idea of doing any harm, then I would try to work on sweetening him to you and your boyfriend. Try a honey jar in that case.

I would rather have him approve my bf than find out that by law he has been approved by default because he failed to respond in time. The latter wouldn’t be good for our relations if I stay here. Hi all,

Please, can someone help me with my situation.

My family and I stay in rent and the landlord put the house on sale.

I did a freezing spell writing: “All potential buyers for villa X, on street Y, no Z, to stay away from this house.” I put salt, black pepper and eucalipt and wrapped in aluminium foil and put water and vinegar. I followed Conjure Man Ali advise but I didn’t have barberry. Is my combination a successful one?
Also am I freezing myself out of this house because I wrote down the address?

I received a 24 hour notice on my door last night. I don’t want to be evicted from my home but I don’t have the money to pay up what I owe as yet.

I have already nailed down the property with railroad spikes in all four corners of the property and I have petitioned saint expedite to assist me with my wishes. I have also done the sugar box for the judge.

I am going to the court today to request a stay of eviction what else can I do to ensure I’m not evicted from my apartment until I can pay up what I owe.

I am sorry to hear this is happening to you. Everything you have mentioned is good work, deending on where you are in the eviction process. Unfortunately, a 24 hour eviction notice may not leave you much time to work, beyond praying.

Ultimately magic spells cannot reliably take the place of cash, sad to say.

I did these items when I was in the decision phase of the eviction process before the 24 hour notice. I would technically say about a month ago I did these things. I am still currently in the house but I don’t know when or if they will show up to put us out. That’s what I don’t want to happen.

I would say you have done all the tricks I would have used to try to keep the house. Now I would work to secure funds and find a different place if it comes down to it. Nobody wants to think about that possibility but your situation is so far along, I really hope you have thought this out. Work on your Plan B if you haven't already. Homeless cannot be an option. Find a cheaper place, a better place. A home isn't just "One" place. Being prior military, I have moved A LOT, it wasn't always where I wanted or when I wanted but home was where I made it.

We had a domestic incident where the cops came (my boyfriend was drunk and accidentlly discharged his gun). I know the property manager knows about it but she hasn't said anything. Our lease is up in August and I want to make sure we don't get kicked out. I will start a honey jar on the property manager (I don't know the owners name). I would like to do railroad spikes as well, but we live in an apartment and I'm afraid of damaging the base board and floor. What do people do in this situation?

The honey jar is an absolute for a situation like this. You can take small square nails and nail down the 4 corners, you can also put the railroads outside the property in the land, or in a potted plant.

There's a situation involving a letter from the rental/management company terminating a month-to-month lease that was in place for over 1 year within 30 days. The letter goes on to say that the lease will be officially over at the end of May. The rent has never been late and tenancy has been in place for over 4 years with no complaints or any issues. Prior to the month-to-month lease, an annual lease was in place for 2 years but eventually switched to month-to-month during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been a credit issue preventing the renewal of the lease, so agreeing to a month-to-month lease was the only option to remain as a tenant. Even while paying extra as a month-to-month tenant, the rent has never been late and still, no complaints or anything adverse has transpired to cause the termination but I am very concerned because I can't afford to move, due to the rising costs of everything and the availability of another apartment. I have lived in this complex for over 4 years and I don't know what to do to secure my tenancy and to prevent this termination from happening. Does anyone have any suggestions because the rent is able to be paid and has been paid on time but the termination of this lease has created havoc and chaos overnight and again, I can't move at this time because it would uproar everything. Please help!!!

I am very sorry to hear about your situation. You should set a skull candle to influence the management to change their mind, do this work prior to contacting them telling them to let you stay. If you know the names of specific people who can make that happen, add their names and any items or photos of them to a honey jar to sweeten them to your request.

Thank you for your response. I have actually decided to leave the complex because it isn't the best situation considering how nonchalantly they've handled the issue, but the current dilemma is that I'm now trying to secure a rental property, preferably a home to rent. Financially, I'm somewhat stable but my credit score to obtain a rental property is poor. I would appreciate any sound, realistic advice involving me securing a home that is within reason and available by the end of the month. Please help. Thank you!

Practical advise is to seek a real-estate agent who also rents properties or a management company that rents properties. Otherwise you will have to search online and seek other methods yourself.
