I butted the end of the candle and cut out the reverse side. The wick was all the way over to one side and the candle burned into a puddle of wax in about 30 minutes. I have about half left. How do I get a replacement?

I purchased a black and red large candle to use for a reversing spell. If I am supposed to burn it for 9 nights, how long should I burn it each night?
