Customers simply click the buttons on our catalogue pages which adds items to our the shopping cart and you then check out with a credit ...

Just ordered items last aug 11,2012. after i send the authorization letter which is needed for credit card charging, i didn't received any replie's anymore from your company. just wanna know whats the matter and whats the status of my order.
