When all attempts fail to make a horrible neighbor go away, what other options are there?

Here are list of things attempted...
1. Vinegar jar spells with her picture, hotfoot powder, sulfur, and mixture of other ingredients
2. Freezer spell
3. Hot foot powder place where she will walk over it
4 ...

Is it normally to find completely out of place and not feel like your usual self after performing a hotfoot spell? I did a cleansing bath and felt a tingling sensation for nearly a week. Im not sure what caused the tingling sensation.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Oniki Muse, I have been to numerous doctors with all of them being shocked by my situation and saying there is nothing can do. Thank you all for responding. I will take your advise.
