I was wondering if anyone reccomends a certain moon schedule to do a crossing? I wanted to do one for a coworker but wasn't sure when the best time would be?

If I wanted to hot foot a co worker, could I pour the powder down at the entrance of the building late at night so in the morning when they cross over it,t hat is when it will affect them?
