Last night I was doing my honey jar and it was hot so no wind was blowing no windows were open and my alter is not near any windows. However the flame on the candle moved back and forth slowly. Is there something wrong ? What does that mean ?

Can I use my menstrual blood to annoint the candle for my honey jar ? It's for love so if I carve my target's name and birthdate and my desire on the candle and use my blood to annoint it would it be stronger ?
