Yes, you can do that. But, you're also taking a chance of them arguing with each other.
To answer your second question: If that's all you have, that's fine. I've seen numerous people do the same and the spell worked.

1) I'm wanting to put other people into my jar, but was wondering if I need to do a petition paper for each one to argue with the target?

2) If all I have is full name and day and month of birth, could I just add someone to it without their birth YEAR and photo?
