What should I do if I want to meet an unknown collaborator? I have an "Ideal type" of person I'd like to meet, with certain characteristics and traits. What should I do to make this happen?

Oh no, what I meant is like I'd like to meet collaborators who have all the attributes I wrote down on my list. That's what I meant by meeting a certain type of person

It seems like I can't post a topic, but I'd also like to try a variation of this. I'm a musician and I have certain types of people that I'd kill to meet. Just have them visualized inside my head and a list of attributes I'd like them to have. What would I need to do?
