Thanks. I'm in MN also. It's a hot-foot spell for an incompetent coworker where conventional means aren't working. While I probably should get a potted plant, I think it will have to go to the crossroads. Will plan to drive out of town a ways some weekend.

I live in an apartment and don't have a woodshed or any place where I could safely use a torch.

I live in a state that gets real winters, to the point where the ground and water are completely frozen and covered with snow. Do I just not cast any spells during those 3 or so months, or is there an alternative?
