In response to my query above. Would I have to create a picture box on each person in the interview panel? And if I use little paper boxes how would I light a candle on it?

An idea has come to mind. If i go for an interview or know of a job opening with people I used to work for. Could I use a picture box to make sure they are only thinking of me and no one else for the position. Or would this land up with them been attracted to me.... cause I definately don't want that
