If you're into using natural forms - make sure to get tocopherOl, rather than tocopherYl acetate.
Tocopherol is the natural form of Vit. E. Tocopheryl acetate is an ester of acetic acid and tocopherol. So it's not entirely the same as natural Vit E though it does work similarly.

I really like the suggestion of taking pictures of the incense smoke. I've burned incense and felt compelled by the smoke I saw, but because I was focusing on something else, I shut down the feeling I was getting. Taking pictures would be a way to still look over the smoke after the fact.
