thank you I realized afterwards. You guys are very good that's why I was so confused..lol

So I have a question. I order candles from you guys all the time. So far so good. Today I ordered a Mercury candle around 11am and I recieved a report for that same candle at 3pm today....how is that possible? I'm very confused .....

Cat I have been checking my spam as well on a daily basis and nothing. I emailed them again yesterday along with my paypal receipt. So they can see. I just thought it was odd. If they are backed up its understandable ...if I was actually communicated this.

How long does it take to receive a candle report? I ordered mine on Feb 9 and still nothing... I even emailed them and no response.
