Thank you for the clarification Miss Athena. Locally paper bags are hard to come by unless you need 200 of them which is ore petitions than I will likely ever write lol.

I understand that traditionally petitions are written on "bag paper". Is that a requirement or is the less of an issue than I make it out to be.
