What do you do with a petition after you've burned a candle on top of it?

Can you make an ammonia jar on someone else's behalf? My grandma has been having problems with her breathing for a while and I want to reverse the situation to where she doesn't have breathing problems anymore

1) Is it okay to use the word "no" or "not" in an ammonia jar petition? (For example, "Jane does NOT have a date" so that Jane will find a date)

2) Should I write both the statement and my name backwards since this is reversal work? (I found two websites that said to do this)

Does each type of candle have a particular type of spell that they are supposed to be used for? For example, when would I use a tea light over a vigil candle? Also, do smaller candles work faster (ex: would I use a tea light in a spell to see faster results?)
