Would restless be effective in getting a couple to break up?

For example X will be restless until he /she breaks up sign Y.

Just wondering if this may be good to use alongside some break up work, or whether this would be a bad path as it may keep the partner on each other's minds ...

Would it be ok to use licorice root with reconciliation oil on a skull candle to make them think/want reconciliation? I know that miss cat has said licorice root is sweet but intense, but I wasn't sure if it would be ok to mix it in this way.

Would it be ok to use a drop of blockbuster and mix it with another condition oil on a candle that I light on a honey jar? Or would it be best to light the candle separately?
