Hi I have a question about my vinegar jar.

Sometimes when I shake it, some vinegar comes out. But when I upend the jar, it's closed and no vinegar comes out. It only happens when I shake it. I placed it in a ziploc bag and got some movement from it last week.

Is this normal?
