I am also wondering about the menstrual tincture idea as well as any other way to preserve menses. I find that when I bottle the fluid it becomes thick and almost useless. Any ideas?

Ritual sound, that sounds like an xcellent idea!! I think I will try that first and then a few suggestions from the other posters. I just learned from my roommate that they've been digging thru our garbage and wearing discarded clothing. These ppl are too much!!
