I had a similar experience. I never received one of my reports. I called a few times and to no avail. The one report I did receive was good, but I would have loved to have seen the other report. This was in March, so I have been very patient. I just chalked it up as a loss.

For me it has been since March, never received the report for one of the candles, I called several times to no avail. I just gave up. I did receive a report for one, and what they said seems to be transpiring. I just wished I could have received the other. In all LM does a great job.

I had some success, but I also had a bad experience where I never got a candle report. Not trying to bash LM, because I think they are great! So, if you need them to lit it for you, just make sure you get the report mailed to you. Please don't take this the wrong way LM
